Went to the Knoxville location with my mom and they fit us in the day of! So relaxing, and our drinks were free. Private rooms, great scents, relaxing music and nice massage.

I had a great experience here! The staff was so kind and welcoming! My therapist, Haley, did a fantastic job! Wake is a lovely place to relax and have some time to yourself. I can’t wait to go back!

Wake is an Asheville must. My parents live in Asheville and whenever I visit, I always book my foot soak and massages. I have tried a number of foot soaks and they are all truly amazing. I particularly love the specials that they run every few months. Just recently, I did a mulled wine soak that smelled amazing and left my feet and legs so smooth and moisturized. I am always so amazed at the massages I get at Wake. While you are in a chair versus on a table, I always feel like the massage therapists hit the sweet spots and are just very skilled. It is nice to trust an establishment to know that no matter who you get for your massage, you are going to love it. Highly recommended.

I received a gift card for my birthday from a dear friend and I treated myself to the mulled wine package recently. I had Jake as my therapist and it was unlike any experience I’ve had. The ambiance was perfect, the soak itself was divine, and Jake was amazing! I practically fell asleep I was so relaxed! I had a great time by myself, but I can imagine how fun it would be with friends or for a celebration. The front staff were kind, prompt, and extremely helpful. I can say without a doubt that I will be back again soon! Thank you for a wonderful treat!

This is just what I needed! I went to wake foot spa for the first time this week and I can’t believe I’m just finding out about it. Everything was wonderful from the atmosphere to the treatments. The staff was super friendly. I can’t wait to come back!

I agree wholeheartedly with another reviewer about the shushing policy/no talking. This was mine and my friends first experience here and we both felt underwhelmed for the money spent, as well as for being reprimanded for speaking. The group next to us made a lot more noise than we did. The employees didn't seem happy or like they enjoyed their jobs. I did like the shop but will probably not return. I'd rather spend the same money on a full body massage where I'm allowed to talk.

My husband and I went here for my birthday. Our therapist was kind and super personable. The girl running the front desk was extremely rude however. It definitely put a damper on the experience for us. For $160 I would put my money elsewhere.

Wake us one of our most FAVORITE places to spend time in East TN. Each time we go we ask ourselves why we wait so long in between each visit. It is truly the most wonderful experience! We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, and self-care days and it is always an incredible experience. This morning we had Aiden and Alex and they are phenomenal. Can’t wait until my next soak!!!!

Yes it was nice ..but basically you soak your feet for 15-20 minutes ..forgot how long but short..then they rub your feet not really a massage for a short time and that was it. We got a cookie and tea but you pay for it. Overall my impression was that it was really expensive for what you got. So probably won’t go back.

Wake Foot Sanctuary was the perfect place for me to take daughters for their birthdays this year! Relaxing environment, caring staff and an overall wonderful experience. The foot soak takes you away on a quiet, calm retreat and my daughters give high praise for the massages they received from Hayley! I’m sure we will go back to enjoy Wake Foot Spa again!

Our team had incredible foot soaks and massages from Wake! The vibes are so relaxing and we definitely recommend the head and foot massages. It’s so worth the upgrade. They also had tea service which I wasn’t expecting. Would make a perfect Mother’s Day or Bachelorette activity!

Wake Foot Sanctuary was a lovely little escape from reality for a few hours. From the moment you enter, your senses are delighted with calming scents and sounds. The attention to detail was wonderful from the sweet little slippers and the comfortable chairs. The foot soak selection was really nice and the massage therapist was amazing. I definitely plan to go back!

Went for our anniversary and it was amazing. We did the jet setter package we got all the massages. I had Aiden did an excellent job would recommend for special occasion. I would come for a regular soak and foot massage 💯! Treat yourself it’s worth it!

As a long time client of Wake in Asheville (8+ years and dozens and dozens of services), I had a poor experience in Knoxville. My foot soak was not hot to begin with, and the warm ups along the way only warmed up the water for a couple of minutes. Both my friend and I experienced this and we both left the spa feeling cold since our feet and lower legs were in cool water almost the entire time. We ordered a pot of tea to share, and though it will cool over time, by the end of the soak the tea in the pot was cold. I also had a head, neck, shoulder massage that was less than par. It was 20 minutes of a tickle, and no pressure was applied to relieve sore and tight muscles. The massage therapist did not ask even once how the pressure was. Every time I have left Wake Foot Spa in Asheville, I have felt warm, cozy, and relaxed. When I left Wake Foot Spa in Knoxville, I felt like I didn't have a foot soak or massage at all. Wake Knoxville does have a great setup that feels more private during soaks, and a cute shop.
