This used to be such a great practice. The best ever as a matter of fact. Now no one gets back to you when calling or texting. The person at the front desk is really really bad. I wish the old folks never left. I used to see Nicole and she was the best. I call to make an appointment with her and the receptionist dryly tells me kind of as a matter of fact "Oh Nicole had switched roles and doesn't do this anymore." It would have been nice to be notified especially her clients be notified by the office staff. It's not her fault. The management needs to be revamped with professional staff and not Gen Z people working at the front desk that don't give a crap about their patients. I'm so disappointed. Been going here since 2008 or so.

Ashley and Corina are the best!! They make you feel so welcome and supported from the minute you walk in. Ashely is knowledgeable and straight forward which I appreciate in an injector. I informed her of my concerns and overall objective, within seconds she understood and provided the results I was hoping for. This was my first experience with lip filler and I’m so pleased! My only regret is that I didn’t book sooner! I would highly recommend them for all your MedSpa needs.

Worst customer service, I was locked out and when I tried to notify the staff that I was going to be five minutes late nobody answered, I had appeared at the door at 1:05 the door was locked and then I was told that I could not even come in even though the policy states I could not be 10 minutes late. How was I supposed to be there if the door was locked. This wasn’t the first time I was met with some sort of attitude in this establishment either.

Absolutely the worst in customer service!! I had been a regular consistent client and always schedule my appointments before I leave the facility and put it on my calendar…every 4 weeks to be exact. So I go and I’m scheduled 8 weeks out instead of my 4….why? Apparently they made a scheduling mistake… Mistakes happen but the dry apology and not taking the responsibility for your mistake is what gets me. I service clients all the time and if they are unhappy or a mistake is made I always except responsibility sometimes even if I was correct. It is my responsibility to make sure all clients are happy and if they are not I do my best to accommodate….I’m floored at the response and energy given by Alexis and I will never refer any of my facial clients to this facility for medical treatments. In response to the lie that was told in response to this review it was stated that the provider was fully booked that day and I would not be seen. So it’s crazy that the response was a bold face lie!! They offered me an appointment 2 weeks out!! This is hilarious. Again no responsibility excepted just run from this facility.

Amazing! Ashley W. is patience and perfection personified. Both with laser tattoo removal and helping to reverse what age has done to my facial features! The entire staff deserves 5 stars!

Complete lack of professionalism and organization. Nonexistent ability to meet basic communication needs such as replying to messages let alone important medical updates. Please evaluate your practices and management so that you don’t continue to be a detriment to individuals health care.

Had such a great experience for my first visit at MedSpa 810. Staff was super welcoming and informative from the time I made my appointment to walking in the door. My laser specialist Ashley was so sweet and made me feel extremely comfortable for my first treatment. I will definitely be coming back again highly recommend this facility!

This place is so underrated!! I’m so happy I started going here about a year ago. Alysia is my go to gal, but I’ve been to almost everyone there & they’re all amazing! I’ve done botox, filler, Lazer hair removal & facials. I would trust them with anything. They’re all VERY educated, and I feel lucky to have this talent so close to home. Seriously better than any other med spa I’ve tried.

Booked deep cleansing facial, esthetician was very inexperienced and was all around disappointing she didn't seem confident in what she was doing. At one point she said she would be back in 5 minutes pretty sure she forgot about me because it was more like 15 minutes, was not the best experience would not recommend.

Have left several messages for someone to get back to me purchase a product that was to be banked and told it would not expire, now I got general advertisement email noting that it will expire at end of month. Called the office and now they state that they’re scheduling out six weeks and can I get an appointment for what I have already purchased and it is simply expired. So I paid my money for a product and service that I’m not going to get credit for or receive it’s a total rip off do not go there!!

I have been a patient/client at Wake Health Medical Group for 4 years now and have received care for anything from laser hair removal and facials to weight/nutrition/female hormone management. Meredith has been my go to provider when it comes to the discussion, monitoring, and management of my health as a female overall. She has a great understanding of female hormones and has helped me understand how even the slightest imbalance can disrupt, not only, fertility, but that it can affect how the body digests and absorbs nutrients as well as being able to invite an array of autoimmune disorders. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, although it can be tough to get a quick appointment they are more than willing to call you when an earlier appointment opens up and/or work with your schedule.

I love Wake Heath. Not to be confused with Wake Med as this is a med spa with no association with Wake Med. I have asked the estheticians about the negative reviews received and have found that most of the reviews come from serial no show clients that didn't want to pay their no show fees or patients showing up 15 mins late when their service was only scheduled for 15 mins. They always try to make it right but some customers will never be happy. This place is exceptionally clean

Terrible experience. After a 20 minute screening/initial intake process, it was clear that they didn't know what I was there for (asked me about a condition I never mentioned). I'm not sure if they thought I was someone else or if the person who made my appointment just wasn't listening. I reached out via email, but never got a response.
