Absolutely loved my first experience at the Waldorf Astoria Spa!! I did a day here for my birthday and even from the week before when I did a tour of the amenities, I was treated like royalty. So many incentives + perks for booking in person and for it being my birthday. Staff was so kind, informative and amazing. I booked originally with Mia + although I didn't catch her again until I was done for the day, Chasity was at the front desk and just as kind and accommodating. I wasn't aware that brunch was only on weekends so I was disappointed I couldn't try the Southerner's benedict but everything else was fabulous. My massage was amazing, Tamara's hands had me feeling as if I was melting into the bed. My facial was amazing, Jenny was so informative & my nose is the smoothest it's ever been. When I left my appointment, I had a person in the mall ask me if my freckles were real--my skin was glowing SO much. I learned from other reviews beforehand that gratuity is auto included in your service so I was prepared beforehand, but everyone deserved it 100%. Cannot wait to go back!!!

We absolutely love going to Waldorf whenever we are in town and are in need of a relaxing day. The staff is lovely, accommodating and attentive. They have a sauna, hot tub, showers, everything you need to leave fully refreshed.

The furthest thing from luxury. The “amenities” were in a dimly lit, back rooms-style tiny area. If you don’t trip over the broken boards by the door of the men’s sauna and make it to the seat, you are greeted with a view of the mechanical closet door which doesn’t close and constantly produces loud mechanical whirring. So relaxing, right? The 3 showers were all leaking, broken, and disgustingly dirty. So much dirt on the floors you could follow the foot prints of the previous guests. The Garden Room was fine. The bath experience was not good and just a lack of care over the whole thing. I can’t imagine that any senior staff at the hotel has paid the spa a visit in years. The staff were all lovely but they are betrayed by the amenities which need deep help, replacement, and cleaning. And for the love of god, hire a designer. It’s so brutal and utilitarian back there. Back to the St. Regis Spa for me.

I had the most Relaxing Weekend at the Waldorf Astoria BuckHead Atlanta GA! From the moment we arrived I was immediately impressed! We were greeted upon arrival & did not have to ask for help with the Luggage. Walked into a Beautiful old Hollywood estic. Our Suite on the 11th floor was Everything that a Hotel should be! Room service was Amazing even the Restaurant was just Wonderful! This is my first experience here but in the Future this will definitely be our first Choice while in the Atlanta area!!

I highly recommend Nina and the Georgia Bloom service. It was a treat to myself for my birthday and it was wonderful! From start to finish Nina made sure I was comfortable. She was friendly and professional as well. I will definitely return, Nina and the service she provided was top tier and one of the best highlights in my visit to Atlanta. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Waldorf Astoria in Atlanta. The staff were very nice and the pre/post spa amentites really help create a soothing and calm experience. This was my first time getting a massage and my masseuse was Regina. She helped ease my first time concerns and provided a deeply relaxing massage with just the right amount of pressure, which she said she could adjust based on my liking. As it was my first time visiting Atlanta, Regina also gave my friend and I some tips about which spots to visit and restaurants to checkout. I really appreciated her kindness.

We’ve been visiting this spa for a couple of years. Facility is okay. Staff are very polite. The reason we keep coming back is because of Kelley M. She is the BEST masseuse. We followed her from another spa to this one. She knows exactly what she is doing. We don’t need to tell her which area to focus on. She knows. She is that good. We’ve been to quite a few spas in the states and Kelley is among the top masseuses and definitely No 1 in Atlanta

I called for two hours to book a spa treatment for my bestfriend that recently lost her mother. No answer…. The front desk tried to get in touch with the spa with no help at all…. I was told to call back the next day. This service is just why people will book another facility. The lack of “care” when it comes to a spa is so important.

The door person would not let my mom into the building even though she came on time. When I called the spa the receptionist apologized profusely and said that even if the door person believed my mom was late, it’s not his job to cancel her appointment on the spa’s behalf. She told me she would call me back to reschedule - that was on 5/18. She never called back and the spa will not return my calls. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund.

I went to the Waldorf Astoria Spa Atlanta Buckhead and received a Standard Massage with a deep tissue enhancement as well as the 50-minute facial. Tammy delivered, by far, the best massage I have ever had (and I have had many). She was using strong pressure the entire way through, working through tension and knots, and making sure I was comfortable. She maintained utmost professionalism while also being welcoming and genuine.

I can't speak highly enough of the Profesional service of everyone at this spa. From the time we arrived with the guys at valet to the welcome by Sam, Deja, Bre and Sabela for making sure we were ok the entire time. Thank you Sabela. Shondra gave the best massage! It was so needed. Not only were they kind, the spa was so clean. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you ...until next time. The 4 star would have been 5. The lunch has a lot of room for improvement.

I had a WONDERFUL massage and body scrub experience with Andrea! She was fantastic, and the front desk staff did a great job explaining the amenities available to me throughout my visit at the spa. Removed only 1 star due to the automatic 22% fees charged without your say… it increases an already expensive experience up A LOT and doesn’t allow you any agency to tip based on the services you were provided. I would tip Andrea generously anyway, but didn’t love that this spa forces a high additional fee onto you in addition to the $$$$ price tag you already spend with them. Not worth revisiting often, but was enjoyable just for 1 day.

Love this place. I have been here several times over the past two months for work travel. The amenities are excellent with a dry sauna steam sauna and whirlpool. The dressing and locker areas are pristine and include all needed grooming items like combs brushes toothpaste and lotion. The services are top tier. I had a facial with Jenny an it was therapeutic and my skin appreciated every product applied. The massage was absolutely amazing f as well. Applied the hot stones and aroma therapy and was in a trance immediately. 10 out of 10 P.s. they will gladly bring you a complimentary champagne if you ask nicely

DO NOT BOOK SPA SERVICES HERE! The website advertises prices that are significantly different ($200 less) than what they want you to pay for the same service when booking online. And it is clearly due to a website glitch that they eventually acknowledged but still won’t honor the prices posted online. Spoke to the spa manager and he was extremely rude and thought I was lying until I emailed them a screenshot. I will not spend one red cent here and would encourage others to look elsewhere as well.

I went with a friend on a Monday so the first part of the day was nice with very few people. The gym, steam room and whirlpool were lovely. If you order food it can take 30 easily for 2 people. We enjoyed the cheese burger and truffle fries.

Lovely 2-day staycation on the top floor for my birthday in a stunning Jr. Suite. I could not stay away from the spa or the corn bisque, which I ate 3X in two days. 😋

The treatment and aesthetician were both great. The facilities are run down and not like any high end spa I’ve been to before. Do not recommend… went for a girls day and was really disappointed in the experience.

They not only lost my spa appointment but didn't have a male masseuse on staff per my request. They comped my hot stones, but they were never hot. They were warm stones. I won't return. Much better experience when it was tbe Mandarin Oriental Spa.
