It's a bit pricey. We walked in because we had some unexpected free time in our schedule, but the usual place we go to was booked. On the wall, they have the prices listed, and I saw the women's haircuts were $20 and up, which is the usual for a wash AND cut. I figured they would charge a little more because my 11 yr old daughter has a lot of hair and mine is long. Stylist 1 asked if I wanted my daughter's hair washed but I declined because we were on a time crunch. My stylist didn't give me an option, and she just cut away. For a basic haircut without a washing or styling, it was $55, plus 20% tip! I always leave 20%, but I dont think it was warranted this time. They saved that time by not washing our hair, so i figured they'd charge the least amount:$20 each. Needless to say, I learned my lesson and will make sure I make an appointment with my regular stylist.

I had the worst experience with my haircut and my highlights! She did everything opposite that I had asked her. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted my haircut and she completely did whatever she wanted. I told her I did not want my hair so short in the back, I told her that I wanted the pixie to have some sideburns I told her I did not want thick highlights. Especially in the back I looked like a skunk it was so uneven. There was another customer there that I befriended and she also told me that she did not like her haircut her layers were not even. She did a terrible job I will never go there again!

Lorena did a beautiful job on coloring my hair. It was so pretty and I am so happy with it. Overall it’s a really nice place with nice people 🙂

Friendly staff , can’t express my gratitude towards Ms. Lorena for taking care of my hair and bringing it back to life , she talked me through the whole process and advised me on how to care for the hair after .. over all I’ll be coming back again in 2 months too retouch up ❤️

I always have a great experience when I come to this establishment, they are all super friendly. I love this place they always have time for you and make you feel welcome the only place I know that doesn’t gossip and have positive attitude. Me, my husband, and my mom come here and Lorena does an excellent job on my cut, color, highlights, and style been doing my mani and pedi with Jenn for years now, my husband get his beard and haircut done with Elizabeth and is always satisfied with out come.Took my mom to get her hair permed with Elizabeth and she was very pleased with her work. We will keep on coming here love their vibe and work

This place is fantastic, inexpensive, and customer service is great. Lorena has bleached/colored, cut, and done my nails here for over six months and I couldn’t be happier.

I am absolutely in love with my hair cut Ms. Elizabeth gave me a few days ago. I wanted to have my hair cut to my shoulders because of this heat, it's just too much with all this hair. I am so amazed and impressed by her work, I am absolutely in love with my hair cut!!! She was so kind and wonderful!!! Definitely ask for Elizabeth!!! I'm so happy!!! And prices are great and affordable. Thank you Elizabeth!!

I set up a nail appointment and she cancelled 20 minutes before appointment because she said her regular switched hours ,would not recommend. Very hard to get a hold up 👎

Terrible experience. I highly do not recommend this place. They have little to no consideration for hygiene. For example, when a hair stylist, Elizabeth, dropped a comb she was using on me, she simply picked it up, dipped it into a large container with a blue solution, wiggled it, took it out and continued using it like nothing happened. By the way, the comb she used on me once again still had hairs on it, which I dread that it could have been the hair of another customer. She used the comb when hairs were stuck to it, due to the gel on it. Did I mention that she was cutting my hair AFTER having applied gel to my hair? When I came back home, there was chunks of loose hair attached with gel to my normal hair. It was a sticky, frankly sad, sad mess. This business is very inconsiderate to its customers. I have seen small hair salon businesses like these, and fortunately, most of them seem to make a decent effort to keep the place clean. But not this one. I would also like to add that Elizabeth seemed to rush on my haircut. They did not slow down. When I got a mirror after asking for one to see how my hair cut was, she continued to carelessly, dare I say, recklessly, cut my hair with hair thinning scissors deep into the hair I had. This causes my hair to look very sparse. I then expressed that I was unsatisfied with the haircut I had, and blamed the bad haircut ON ME. Elizabeth did not slow down to ask. She rushed on my haircut way too much, so much so that I felt pushed back from insisting that she stop. A common thing that hair stylists do is spin a chair to move on to different parts of a customer's hair on their head. Elizabeth literally spun me a full 360 degrees in a very fast motion, which was very uncomfortable to experience and unnecessary. She also JERKED my head in various directions without warning. This business seems to conform to children with all of the superheroes and whatnot; therefore, you have to question, how do they treat children there? If you take your children here, make it a last choice and supervise how they are treated and how they are given a haircut *very* closely. Don't come here.
