This was my first time visiting here and I was not impressed. I asked for a deep tissue massage and I did not get that was basically a lot of rubbing Swedish style massage so I really got no benefit from it I was on a table with a towel over me no clothes on and they left the door open which really offended me And when I left I Left a tip that I thought was rather good and she pointed out that it wasn't good enough for her. It's rather funny when a tip should be something you say thank you not expected 20% of a lousy massage should be zero The whole place Is very amateur and the massage table I was on was not even in top condition and hurt my chest when I was laying on it.

Therapists focus on affected areas. Very clean, friendly, and professional. Been there many times and always very pleased.

My man got a massage here there was no privacy at all. The lady massaging him was really rough hurting him. Do you all treat the Groupon customers different from the $120 customers?

My husband and I did a couples massage. It was fantastic. The atmosphere was pleasant and the therapists did a great job. I feel like their prices were very reasonable. We are walking away feeling very relaxed!

Hello everyone it was 60 minutes massage full body .they start massage but first I telll them low pressure she don't understand English she was keep massage me with pressure hard next it was full body massage she only massages my back & leg 20 minutes no feet massage no neck massage with that much hard pressure next day my back have green marks I spend 70$ not worth it at all my back in pain I can't move 70$ for not relaxing for more pain only. If they don't understand English please close ur business. Don't make people body in pain. Yes last when they finish the massage they don't understand English they don't know how massage they ask for 20% tip they literally force us to pay the tip so much rude behaviour please give me my money back

This was my first time ever getting a massage anywhere, and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed the entire time and the woman was very nice and did an amazing job on my whole body. I wish I would have gotten her name before I left. Will definitely be coming back! My favorite part is when she put the hot stones on my back and massaged my calves/hands. It was a great experience :)

Have been here before for foot massage and they did great but had the body and foot combo on my recent visit and that was great too and a great rate so I will start coming more often. It also helped that the restaurant next door is gone so you can relax. Update: still great service but unfortunately another restaurant has opened next door and seems to be busy so it's kinda hard to fully relax. Update: visited 10-5-24 and the masseuse that worked on me today did an excellent job. I didn't know that I had so many knots in my back and she seems to have gotten them. I'm having a hard time adjusting to my shoulders being relaxed after so being tense for so ling.

They force you to tip them at least 20% and they get SO MAD and won’t let you go until “you GIFT” them them 20% by force.

I called 6 days prior to setup for an appt. I get inside and there is no one at the front desk, and I when we were approached, I mentioned my appt & name, but was still offered something I didn’t ask for. The massage was amazing, but you could hear EVERYTHING going on next door (it was a restaurant) I had to tune it out, but it was very loud. But the reasoning for this review is how uncomfortable they make you, when demanding a 20% tip.. the lady was basically yelling at me 20% SIR!! And was saying it’s recommended, as if the definition of recommended has changed. I will not be returning to this business.

Would give 0 if I could.this place is very unprofessional… looks quite sus inside to. Didn’t even make it to the massage room. Made a reservation for 3:30 and received several calls from the “ manager “ from different numbers trying to persuade me to change my time. I work in the evening so that is why I made a reservation…. 15 minutes before scheduled time I get a call saying they aren’t available and I can go to another location… who knew it would be this hard to get a massage. I wasted my after noon killing time in the area to make it there on time. So disappointed. :(

My wife and I had a couples massage here! It was perfect. Easily in the top 5 of the 20-30 massages we have had! We walked right in, can't beat that!

Received a couples massage, was really good and the price was fair. Technique was really great as well as the pressure. The towel/ sheets could be a little bigger to provide more coverage. The therapists did have to leave the room multiple times ( I think to retrieve hot stones and oil maybe?) I think they closed the door each time but it still made me feel a bit exposed..? That would be my only complaint/ suggestion is to somehow how have everything they need in the room already. Otherwise it was great and they were really nice.

The reflexology foot massage was amazing. I definitely felt relaxed to the point that I even fell asleep. I do wish their prices were a little cheaper or at least have discounts for students and educators but other than that, it’s definitely a 10/10 massage!

I have never had a massage until now. Having a massage has just been truly beneficial for me and I am so glad that I went to Warm Reflexology first. We had couples massages for my anniversary and my wife and I realized that we will be making this a regular event. We were both so relaxed and thoroughly impressed with the techniques and results. This massage also exposed some hidden problem areas that will require more attention. So..... absolutely we will be revisiting more regularly. The staff was so nice and inviting. The transaction was simple and very beneficial. BTW get the Hot Stones treatment...you will not be disappointed!

The first time I went to this place my experience was great, no complaints. The second time I patronized this business, I brought a friend for a couple massage. No complaints on the Massage, just the prompting for a higher tip. Now granted for the couple massage together it was $120. I tipped them an additional $20, but they wanted more tip money. I thought was very rude to tell me how much I should tip them. I gave in and tipped them an additional 20. So instead of my final bill being $140, my final over all bill was $160. I will never go back to them again because they made me feel so uncomfortable about my tip payment. You all missed out on my monthly massage visits. Just Shameful.

What a delightful way to spend an afternoon. My spouse and I very much enjoyed our couples massage package with Warm Reflexology. Scheduling was very easy - just a quick phone call - and they're open 7 days a week which is convenient for those who work a typical M-F schedule. They do only book 1 week in advance so you can't schedule several weeks ahead, but if you call 6-7 days before your desired appointment date/time the schedule is generally pretty open. The package we chose includes: - 30 minute foot massage - 15 minute back massage The foot portion begins with a nice soak in hot water, then a relaxing foot, ankle, and calf massage, as well as some gentle range-of-motion work. The back massage occurs clothed, and includes the entire back of the body (neck, shoulders, upper and lower back, buttocks, thighs, and calves), not just the back, which was a pleasant surprise. The ladies who provided our service were professional, skilled, and very friendly. This is an activity I would love to do again and often, with family, friends, and solo.
