Lucy is the best masseuse there is. She knows every massage technique hands down. She is also very focused. Just make sure to slowly and clearly communicate what you want her to focus on. And if she's using too much pressure, politely ask her to be softer. She is very responsive and doesn't get offended by constructive criticism.

Updating my review: Hit or miss with how the massage is. I’ve had great massages, and I’ve had absolutely terrible massages here. But the one thing I can’t get past is that they have their workers come in very clearly ill. I can’t say with absolute certainty, but I’m fairly positive that two years in a row, I got the flu from my massage therapist. So much coughing without hand washing… during a week I didn’t go out anywhere else. Two separate times, a year apart!! They have to stop this.

I had a wonderful massage here! It was very relaxing and thorough. They worked out all my knots, and I enjoyed the addition of hot stones. The facilities were clean and calming. Great price as well!

Recommend this massage parlor place. After a long day of walking around the city, I spotted by for a foot massage and let me tell you I left with such light feet and legs. The pressure a was perfect and the hot stone at the end just melted my feet away. Tip your masseuse, they deserve it.

They’re the best!! We had a girls’ trip to NYC and came here twice (back-to-back days). All the ladies are super kind and they’ll definitely take out any knots… it may hurt at times but a GOOD kind of hurt. You won’t have muscle aches the next day :)

yuki & may best🌟 Found this place via google - the hubby and I got a 1hr reflexology massage which came with a back and neck massage. The massage was really good and didn’t want it to end. Staff were nice and the ambience was good. each and added tips at end. We will definitely be back…Enjoy a facial💕

Spas and foot massages are our thing… and we all (four of us) agreed this place was one of the best in terms of their consistency and techniques across all their masseuses (if that’s what we wanna call them). They all did the same great moves - deliberate pressure points on the right areas, slow smooth strokes, right amount of pressure for that person, etc. We would have gone back the next day if we had time in the city.

Very bad experience! Two weeks ago, we came for a leg massage, and everything was fine. This time, we had a very bad experience. The manager was very disrespectful! We asked her employees for a small discount; last time we paid $40 for 60 minutes and asked for the same again. The employee agreed, but the manager did not want to change the towels! We asked her three times, and finally, she put fresh towels on the chair. After the massage, her male employee did a great job, but she insisted that we pay $50! Very disappointed! We will not come again.

Had a great massage + facial session at Water Cube Spa! Mia really got all the knots out and was very receptive to if I wanted more or less pressure. I literally fell asleep during both the massage and facial, it was so relaxing!

Amazing massage. I absolutely loved it . The masseuse used techniques and strokes that relaxed my muscles . Highly recommended. Comparatively the place is pretty inexpensive for New York standards.

The place deletes negative posts. Asks to post positives for a discount. Unless your white the treatment is bias. The receptionist ia the actual owner, so dont let her slide as new.

I had a wonderful time here. I got the 30 mins massage and 40 mins facial and it was one of the most relaxing thing ever. Mei was so tentative and the front desk lady was just so sweet. Definitely recommending this to all my friends in New York. I really appreciate how clean this place is and the music feels relaxing, I felt like I was at a ASMR video ahah

My friend has come here before and after back and neck pain sustained from over-lifting at the gym. Each time they have done an incredible job of relieving his pain and tightness in a single 1-Hour session, dramatically improving how he feels and helping him sleep better because of it. He could not stop mentioning how fantastic the price is for how great the results are. Definitely recommend to anyone price conscious who just needs some quick muscle pain and tightness relief.
