I HAD BOOKED AN APPT. at 4:30 on Saturday … I was 7 minutes late…. I am a visitor in town and I was not informed that the salon closes at 5pm. My appt. was with William. He informed me that the appt. was for 4:15, not 4:30. He also informed me that there was NOTHING he could do for me. He didn’t even have the grace or courtesy to apologize or anything….. I SCHEDULED THIS APPT. IN HONOR OF MY BIRTHDAY, which is tomorrow, Sunday. What kind of blasé, insensitive, uncaring and REALLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES is this kind of behavior? I am Incensed at this cavalier treatment of a client. You can be sure I will not come back to this salon, nor will I recommend it to friends/acquaintances who would travel here to the Phoenix area…

I have been faithfully seeing Taylor for about a year now and she’s incredible! My hair is the most healthy and vibrant it has ever been in my adult life and it’s all thanks to her. Sometimes I struggle with self confidence, and at times my hair is one of the few things that make me feel better and I wouldn’t haven’t that if I didn’t have Taylor and the salon in my life. Aside from her work, the prices are very fair, especially for the amount of work gets put in to each visit. Taylor is efficient while having a perfectionist type of eye for design. Everyone there is wonderful. If Taylor happened to not be available, I know that I would still get great service with of the other three stylists. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is clean with few healthy house plants in the corners or on the desk adding the simple, but welcoming vibe. I personally really enjoy going to salons that are over stimulating, but have character. This is the best salon I have been in the Phoenix area.

Absolutely love this salon. I’ve been seeing Alicia for 5 years and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. We talk about my expectations every time and do I want to change up anything with the color, how products are working and then move forward with the appointment. I have NEVER left disappointed with the beautiful results.

I haven't even gotten a service and I'm already in love with this salon. The owner is genuine and sincere and she really made everyone feel comfortable. I will be recommending this salon to friends as well as family and I will definatly come back for services in the future.

Best place ever! Staff is incredible and this salon is so very clean. Trisha has been doing my hair for over 4 years. My color is perfect every time and my cut is great too. She also cuts my small children’s hair and she is so thorough and so patient. I highly recommend Trisha!

I thought my hair was ruined when I tried to dye it platinum blonde by myself. Fortunately, William was able to fix the patchy mess I made and I ended up with a beautiful, natural-looking red. My haircut was amazing as well. Thanks!

Love this place! Started getting those pesky gray hairs and needed some help covering them up. Being a ginger makes my hair even more complicated. William took the challenge and came up with 3 colors to blend in and it's amazing! Definitely will recommend to all my family and friends.

The new owners of this Salon have created the cleanest Salon environment I have ever seen. The stylists are excellent scissors cutters, which is critical for a great haircut. I know. I met my wife in this business 45 years ago. Give them a try.

Waters + Co Salon is so cute. Not to mention I got the best haircut and highlights I've ever had at this salon. The blowdry and style lasted for days, I received so many compliments after my appointment. The owner and the stylists are really nice and helpful. There's a friendly feeling right when you walk in the door, plus they have all the Aveda hair products that can be difficult to find. I'm looking forward to having them color my hair.

William is a remarkable stylist! His attention to detail, calm and caring demeanor, and his knowledge of his field make him outstanding. He cares for his clients and it shows.
