Amazing…💝Excuse my dry server hands… They know what they are doing and do it well!!! Let me tell you Ive had my fair share of improper tip install leaving huge under nail gaps and gap on the cutical to make you come back sooner! This place does NOT do that… Give them a try you wont be disappointed!!! Thank You

Very friendly staff but my tech didn’t even buff my nails before painting them. It looks like she rushed through my pedicure

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Lasts so long and all of the techs are so friendly. Demi is my favorite! Really good prices too compared to others in the area. They really take their time and you don’t feel rushed through at all! I will always recommend them

I paid over $100 for my gel to chip and completely come off two of my toes after 3 days… the polish all over my skin around my toe nails. So messy and poorly done. I didn’t get a message with the mani or pedi I payed for that was supposed to come with one. My finger nails look okay, my cuticles are peeling pretty bad, and all she did was dip my nails in cold water and then painted them… definitely not the mani I payed for. I never have a good experience when I come here. They are all about charging a lot of money for quick and poor work.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy yet Holly did an awesome job on my pedicure. Love love love this place.

I never get my nails done but had a wedding to attend and thought I should. I asked for Ashley because she was recommended. My nails came out great. They looked just like the picture. The messed up part is she didn't manicure my nails beforehand. So when she was finished I asked her to cut the dead skin from around my nail bed. She didn't like that, I could tell. She butchered me. I was bleeding from 4 nails. The Day after I got my hair and make up done and the lady doing that couldn't believe how bad she cut me. She recommended polish me pretty. Thank God! Oh the cherry on the top...I left a $40 tip and she didn't say thank you. I never get my nails done so inquiried if that was a good tip. The owner and Ashley made me feel like it wasn't. Come to find out from people who get their nails done on a regular basis it actually was a great tip. I was very disappointed. Today I went to polish me pretty and got the nails removed. I had to soak them off, which was expected, I wanted to make sure my nails would be like before Since I don't get my nails done, and there was huge divots in my nail bed. They didn't care about me and were not grateful for the gracious tip I gave. Not to mention they spoke Vietnamese around me the whole time and made me feel very excluded. Would not recommend.

I usually do not do reviews but given my most recent experience at Waterscape Nails & Spa last Wednesday, I had to speak up. Only 4 days later, I noticed that my nails were chipping badly, and my toes looked awful. More importantly, I want to briefly share my experience. I recently moved to Newnan and was looking for a nail salon in the area. Waterscape looked like a nice relaxing spa salon, so I decided to schedule appt. What I don't like is when you are a new client to a salon it seems that they always give up the techs that are not as experienced. My nail tech Jenny had really bad energy and did not want want to do the SnS with the gel with tips. She had really bad attitude so the experience was stressful and awful for me to have to ask her to draw a more rounded line on my white tips. She seemed very irritated. And Rose doing my pedicure was awful...she asked my to pick a color. (They do not have Opi or other main brands). I told her the number for the color, and she kept saying, I have a white..) $143 later and feeling more stressed and definitely unhappy with the overall service not to mention there were techs all huddled in the back having a blast with coworkers while I was experiencing this awful service..check out these pics. (Byw, one Pic is what I asked for. ) I am now looking for a new salon to correct this disaster! Good luck if you visit this salon. I will never visit again!

UPDATE… My favorite tech started working here. Went in for my appointment & was seated right away. As long as she is there, I’ll be there! What is the use of having appointments if when I get there at my appointment time, my tech is just starting on someone else. This has happened on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS! It’s too many nail salons in Newnan to keep getting treated like this. GoodBye.

Customer service is trash!!!!! They are very much overpriced don’t waste your time!! The owner is rude and they are very disrespectful. I came in for a mani and pedi and asked to remove acrylic on one toe and instead of them saying they didn’t want to do it or can’t they had a major attitude and ran my credit card twice for services they claim they forgot to add. I will never come back to this place!!! Would give them a 1 star if I could.

I’m not one to ever complain but I’ve tried to give this salon so many chances and im dissatisfied every time. This is at waterscape nail and spa in Newnan. I was cut three different times and to make things worse the nail tech used a dirty brush from the customer next to me. When I said something they took a whole $5 off my payment. I won’t be going back but would love recommendations on a salon that will take their time and use clean tools!
