I’ve been going to Wax N Lash for over six years, and after a long two-year hiatus, my recent experience was just as great as my previous visits! I’m very pleased with the customer service and the location itself. The parking is convenient, and Haylee, who did my waxing, was incredibly kind. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed at this location. Although I’ve only ever been to the Colfax location, this was my first time at Central Park, and I walked away feeling very happy with the results and the exceptional service I received! I can’t wait to go back and have already booked my next appointment. Love how cozy and comfy this spot is- I’ve always seen the same gal Kaity who is so fast, kind, and fun to chat with but I needed to schedule on a time she wasn’t listed as available, so I had a gal I haven’t had an appointment with before, Cam, who was SO sweet and made the whole appointment painless and easy :-) it’s always a lil nerve-inducing to see a new wax gal but love knowing whoever I end up booking with here it will always be a friendly easy experience!

This place charged me for a missed appt even though I called and cancelled. They don't have anyone answering their phone. Yoh have to leave a message. Doesn't matter because they will charge you anyway

Hands down the best waxing experience ever! Kaity was so caring and professional and really took the time to make sure I have the best experience. She worked so efficiently and it was least painful waxing session I've ever had! I've been to a couple different waxing spots and this will be my go to now because of Kaity!

Went here for about a year to get Brazilians. Had 3 girls that were absolutely wonderful that I’d go to specifically. One by one the girls would disappear from the booking website and I’d get emails/texts saying they’re no longer with the company since I’d have appointments with them and had to choose someone else. Once those 3 girls were gone I thought well that’s weird but I’ll try someone else there and since then I’ve had the worst experience there. Everyone has been very rude and the service was horrible. Hairs never pulled from the root left with so many patches, felt like I shaved a couple days before… and that was with trying a couple different girls as I thought I got a sour apple. I’ve been to all of their locations. I would NEVER come back here.
