The wax suites is just has the prefect ambiance created by Sophia. Her warm welcoming energy, her attention to detail. If your looking for the best wax specialist in Chicago, it’s Sophia. She is quick, knowledgeable and above of cares about your needs. I have the prefect eyebrow shape thanks to Sophia, so lucky to have found her!

10/10 would recommend. I got a brazillian done and the whole process was proffesional and she kept the flow of conversation going even when i was in pain. She was funny and kind and sweet and overall i never expected to feel so cared about during my first wax ever. :)

Can not recommend this place enough! I tell all my friends about this place. Sophia is kind and so funny and makes the entire experience so calming. She even made me a stress ball to calm my nerves. Love talking to her and even for something as painful as waxing I always leave here with a smile. She makes the entire experience pleasant and is honestly the only person I trust with this. Extremely clean, easy to find, and I don't think I would trust anyone else with this service. So professional and kind. She also gave me a chocolate after my service and if that's not a selling point I don't know what is!

If you are looking for a place to get your eye brows done this is the place!! The place is clean and well kept. Sophia is amazing. She’s kind and funny. She actually asked me what would you like me to do and we talked about what I wanted done with my brows and she delivered. She made my brows exactly how I want them. She took her time which was the best part I did not feel rushed. I have already booked my next eye brow appointment with her that’s how much I liked her and her work. Can’t wait to go again!!

I was reluctant to get a professional wax because 1. I thought it would be EXTREMELY painful and 2. I was shy about being sooo exposed. But once I took the plunge, I chose Sophia due to all of the great reviews. They are all right. My experience was wonderful. Sophia is so kind and welcoming and helped me to feel calm and at ease from the moment I walked in the door. My embarrassment was out the door. She is so professional. The wax itself was super fast and not at all the pain I expected. The results are smooth and clean and I feel awesome. Her salon is sooo cute and clean. I am going back and would recommend Sophia for sure. If you are on the fence....just go. She's got you!

I love this waxing spot in gold coast! I recently got an eyebrow wax, lip wax, and Brazilian done by Sophia and it was a great experience! My eyebrows turned out just how I wanted them to look and I was very happy with the results of all the services! The studio has super cute decor inside and it's clean and modern, Sophia the owner is extremely nice and great at what she does! 100% recommend this spot!

Stumbled upon this place by chance, but I'm so happy I did! It was the BEST BRAZILIAN EXPERIENCE I've ever had. It was as close to painless as a Brazilian can be, and Sophia was very knowledgeable, and personable. The space was also clean, well lit, purposefully decorated, and inviting.

Top of the line service. This was my first time here and was not familiar with Chicago. Front desk concierge, Renee, was very sweet. She came down from her desk and met with me, which she didn’t have to do. It was Much appreciated because I was lost. Sophia is warm and welcoming. She’s a natural people person. My waxing service was great! I barely felt any pain since we were talking and laughing. She uses hard wax which also gave me a clean wax. I highly recommend this place to be for your waxing services.
