She is habitually late for all the appointments. She has even been a no show for a couple of them! Very unprofessional! Used a filthy washcloth on me today!! I have tolerated it for way too long; she doesn't give consideration to her client's schedule. Also, sloppy . And uses paper towel (too rough for the delicate eye area) instead of soft tissue . If you like sitting around for 45 min for her to show up, then this is for you.

I wanted a Brazilian wax and the lady did not even do that sue to time constraints. She had to leave at 7 and so did not bother to do the service that I had scheduled it for. Extremely unsatisfied. This is the lady in the far corner of the place. Maybe the other ones might be good. But not happy at this time with this place.

Shakila has been my go to person for eyebrow threading for several years now. I moved outside of Austin and still make the drive in just to see her. I swear she gets better and better, my visit with her today left my eyebrows looking simply fantastic. Simply the best, don't hesitate to pay her a visit.

I went to see Shakila, I the first time for waxing my nose hairs. she ask me to do my outside of my nose to clean it with wax I said ok. she was doing my nose hairs and she burned my nose so bad with the wax. I cant touch my nose. It is so Red and painful I called her she didn't even responded. I would never use her Servers again.

I love Shakila! I’ve been going to her for a couple years has really transformed my eyebrows. She also does my body waxing. She’s quick and always has time to schedule you. She’s quick to respond to your messages so there’s no waiting! I don’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

I was able to book a last minute appointment this past Saturday and it went great! My last waxing appointment was at a chain waxing salon and it was beyond painful. Shakila was fast but with attention to detail and best of all it was more tolerable pain wise! She’s far from me but DEFINITELY worth driving to :) can’t recommend her enough

I have now known Shakila for more than 3 years. She is awesome at everything she does - waxing, threading, facial and massages. She is very professional and detail oriented in her work.
