⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! I had such a great experience at Waxing The City! From the moment I walked in, the both Danielle and Shakemia were super welcoming and professional. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a really relaxing vibe. My technician, Shakemia, was absolutely wonderful—she made me feel at ease and took her time to ensure everything was perfect. The waxing was almost painless, and the results were flawless. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next session and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great waxing experience!

I was looking for a place to get my wax done and did not want to go to EWC. I stumbled on this place during my online search and it had amazing reviews so I decided to book an appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment and Kema was my wax specialist. She was very warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She understood that it had been a while since my last wax and was very patient with me. She was talking me through everything and I was done in no time. Definitely a much better experience here than at any other waxing place I’ve been. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Kema!

Let me tell you something..if you want to receive a top tier wax with the best customer service, please ask for Mercy! An overall great experience with no hair left behind honey. Lord have Mercy, because Mercy had me! 10000/10 highly recommend.

Make sure you don’t sign up for their membership if you are active duty . It is not military friendly and you will not get your money back from services you never used . Even if you move, and have no way of going to a waxing the city … they will profit off you and unused services . Very frustrating, but since this location is near Soldiers I just wanted people to know

I had an appointment on 10/20/23. I am very upset the henna dye on my eyebrows did not last and would like a refund. I did not receive the proper consult. If I had been told prior to receiving the service individuals with oily skin are not good candidates for henna dye I would not have done it. Also, I inquired about eyebrow tinting and the attendant chose the service. She stated this was the best option and bronze the best color. Why would she select a service and after collecting money say it won't last because of my skin type e.g., oily? Also, this was the most expensive tinting service offered which leads me to believe it was a scam. I did call on 10/24/23 to explain I'm not happy with tinting and cancel my future eyebrow waxing service I had also scheduled. I don't feel I should receive any services from there because my trust in the service has been lost and the front desk attendant on Friday and today is aware of the situation. She too said my skin was oily on Friday so why not speak up. I was new to their facility and asked them to help me establish the best services. Note: I followed their care instructions and unfortunately my skin type I can't change. The service of tinting should've been explained and don't force someone into a service just to make money if its not compatible with them.

They were phenomenal. I enjoyed myself. They made me feel very comfortable. They talked to me the entire time and walked me through the process if you go there. I definitely will suggest that you request Cheyenne. She's from texas but the girl is good with a great personality.

From the front desk to the esthetician, this location is GREAT! Louis at that front desk is absolutely awesome, super friendly, and always has a smile on his face. Teblez the esthetician is AMAZING, I am so glad that I found her! She has been doing my brows for over six months now and I could not be happier! She is always so complementing, professional, friendly and of course, always has a smile on her face too. Every time I leave there I feel so good about myself. I will defiantly follow her where ever she goes, she is so worth the drive! If you are looking for an amazing waxing center and esthetician this is the place to go!

Shyanne is a gem. I use to shave my facial hair due to PCOS. And Shyanne helped me with facial insecurity. She suggests products to help with between waxing. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and routine care. I can’t wait til she comes back.

This was my first time going to Waxing the City and I had the pleasure to work with Amanda. I received the Brazilian Wax service and she did an amazing job. Amanda was very gentle and made the experience a breeze! She is also very knowledgeable about what she does. I will definitely be a returning customer! The facility was very clean and they are following proper COVID-19 protocols which is a big deal for me.

Waxing the City at Parkside in Cary, NC was my first time ever waxing experience. My cerologist Marissa is a true professional. She listened to what services I wanted and what results I desired. Marissa thoroughly explained the waxing process to me and was very attentive to my needs and concerns during the session. I was very pleased with Marissa's waxing services and will definitely be a repeat client of hers. I recommend Marissa and Waxing the City in Cary to anyone in search of waxing treatments, especially if it's your first experience.
