I am speechless… getting a Brazilian was the best decision! I recommend going to Hayley! She made the entire experience so smooth and comfortable! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt completely at ease, especially in the room. I highly recommend Hayley if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing. Pain 5/10 lol. It’s definitely tolerable.

I used to work at Waxing the City, this location. I’m not from El Paso as I am military. I’ve been waxing since 2020! Done so many Brazilians and can do one in 15 minutes as my last job did speed waxing. Even though I was only there for a few months, I had a lot of clientele and people who loved my work. I met some really sweet people!! Lizette and Jennine. The first few people to welcome me in El Paso. Anyways, I was not there long due to being excluded by a few girls. They accused me of stealing and said I acted like I was better than everyone. It was ALWAYS something. They didn’t like that I kept to myself, but when I would try to talk… I felt excluded again. So, I contacted HR and went on about my life. Lizette and I would wax each other all the time! She’s a great waxer and I would recommend her to anyone. She’s sweet, humble, and very passionate for this industry. 🩷 Don’t listen to these reviews on this location. It’s company policy to NOT inform clients someone has left. Business is business. I was not allowed to disclose where my new place of work was back in Georgia UNLESS I originally brought in the client to that said business. I think it shows character in a person if they’re having people leave bad reviews, because a company decided to fire them. Take the lesson, learn from it, and go on about your life.

Horrible place to get waxes done. They also unfairly fired Vanessa for no reason. This company is a scam DO NOT come here. Go book with Vanessa at 2829 Montana Ave L100 El Paso, TX 79903, she will take great care of you! She was their best waxer and I hope that this location continues to loose business.

I go in for full Brazilians and Haley always does an amazing job and makes me feel so welcome and comfortable! She's always asking how things have been and ensures that I'm still feeling great while she's waxing me. 10/10 recommend and love the atmosphere of this place! One of the best waxing places I've been!

I got my very first wax with Lizette and I have never felt more confident and comfortable with myself ! She gives great advice on aftercare and I’m OBSESSED with their products that they offer ! After 6 months already I haven’t left her side 🤍 10/10 recommended for first timers !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would for ANY location. My family and I had been going here since this location opened we were so excited since it was closer to us. We had a membership and I think It is ridiculous that our credits on a membership that WE PAID FOR cannot be used the way WE WANT WHEN IT’S MONEY WE SPENT. This company will force you to only use YOUR credits aka YOUR MONEY on TERRIBLE IRRITATING products (NO ONE WANTS) rather than using YOUR MONEY on waxes, or simply gifting YOUR MONEY to friends or family on a gift card. Many people have had this issue not just my family and I. They also have fired one of their best employees Vanessa FOR NO REASON, SHE’S THE REASON FOR ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS and told all of her clients that she’s simply not “available that day” in order to keep their business alive. Well, I’m here to tell you guys Vanessa is great and has her own waxing at The DollHouse EPTX on 2829 Montana Ave Level B suite L100. She’s great, friendly, uses products that don’t burn or irritate your skin, gives you what you want for your money, and has a better atmosphere than this place.

I’ve been waxing for a few years and I’m new to the area. I love the results I get here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting lobby is clean and the rooms are clean and well lit. Haley has helped me every time I go. She does a great job in making sure I am comfortable and she is knowledgeable on what to do for a better wax. Just signed up for the membership, can’t wait to again.

I’ve seen many waxers in a short span of time due to my military status, but I’m glad I found my girl, Haley, here! I was never a fan of chain waxing establishments, but she’s the best waxer I’ve personally had. My skin has seen so much improvement since seeing her. She is gentle and reassuring—not to mention that she’s also very approachable. I wish I could take her everywhere I go, but since I can’t, I can just tell everyone else about her!

This location is AWFUL. I had a membership and was unable to use any of the credit on my account as I chose. It’s my money and could only use to purchase products. I could not get it reimbursed or pay for my daughter to get a wax done. There was only 1 cerologist there that did a great job and her name was Vanessa. She is no longer there as neither am I. Avoid this place. Take your money elsewhere or visit Vanessa at her new location The Doll House on Montana, EPTX. I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS AND SOON!!!!!

Vanessa is the best! I’m new to El Paso and was looking for a new waxing location, I’ve found it! I decided to book with her solely on the google reviews and they were right! The pain was minimal and she was pleasant to talk with. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her! Update: Vanessa was fired, and the company initially informed her clients that she was no longer there. However, when they saw a significant number of cancellations, they stopped notifying her clients in advance. Instead, clients would arrive expecting Vanessa, only to be told on the spot that she was no longer with the company—a very unprofessional approach. Vanessa has since opened her own waxing studio, The Dollhouse EPTX, at 2829 Montana Ave.
