I had an appointment with Kayla some weeks ago it was my first time ever being waxed, she made it the most comfortable experience I’ve ever. Very quick, informative with the questions I had. Also kept conversation going which helped me. Extremely friendly and caring. Such a people person. 100/10 . No complaints at all. Will be coming back definitely!

I am a Waxing the City customer but currently live in Sioux City, IA. I'm home to Omaha all the time and needed to book a wax for the wedding I was attending back in mid August. I picked "any cerologist" and got assigned to Kayla. What a dream of a wax appointment! I had THEE BEST TIME with her and laughed the whole appointment. Kayla made me feel comfortable immediately and I felt like she was an old friend I'd know for a long time. Whatever WTC is doing for hiring, it's working because I've had only good experiences with all the cerologists I've been with. If I could give Kayla 1,000 stars, I would! She's incredible at her job!!

OMG. Best experience ever. Ease of booking first appointment. Didn't want to leave my credit info on the third-party booking site so I called and they were so nice. They got me scheduled within the hour. Checkin was a breeze. The decor and vibes honestly made me feel like I was getting back home treatment, southern hospitality. Kylie was the best. Very nice, funny, and knowledgeable. She literally had me laughing my butt off. When checking out, I asked about products, again very informative and knowledgeable of even the new product. Adrienne or Adrianna was at the front and she was even helpful and very knowledgeable about after care. Could not have asked for better customer service and a great experience. You have a new customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kayla T is simply AMAZING! I have been getting Brazilian waxes done by her for the past few months and I can’t see myself EVER returning to shaving or going to any other waxer! She always makes me feel so comfortable and has me laughing every appointment, my skin looks amazing and she is full of information and suggestions for all of my questions !! 10/10

I am absolutely in love! Kayla is such a beautiful, kind and genuine person. We connected on IG and I just knew when it was time for me to grab the “bull by the horns” and get my first Brazilian it had to be with her. She made me so incredibly comfortable and walked through step by step. I have the gift of gab and she kept up with me which was a fantastic distraction as I was very nervous. She is very professional and a fantastic owner of her own business as she offered to rebook me before I left! It was love at first wax and I cannot wait to return to such a professional and passionate young woman! 🙂

My experience was absolutely amazing. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and Kayla in the lobby to greet me. I came in for ear waxing service. Kayla was most accommodating as it was my first time to receive the service. She explained what I should expect and how it would feel. She took her time and didn’t rush. It was exactly as she said it would be and did a very thorough job. Not one hair left on my ear.

A huge shout out to Kayla! Love, love, love her!! I was hesitant to have my legs waxed to begin with, and she made it fun through the small sting. She doesn't know this, but on my second visit, I had to put my favorite pet down hours before my appointment. When I got there, I didn't say anything to her about it, but she was so joyful, she helped me reflect on my own sadness that day. It is rare to find such a wonderful employee! I will be reoccurring business as long as Kayla is there!

I was so used to being burned by wax that I stopped doing it for years. Decided to try it again but with actual experts and they did not dissapoint. I love how my eyebrows look now.

I happened across this place by chance and met Kayla who took such good care of me, that I will never go anywhere else! Kayla is wonderful! She has a lovely personality and such a nurturing spirit.
