I always have a good experience here with Rushi as my technician. I get bikini/Brazilian and she is very thorough and professional. When doing regular maintenance my appointments are less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend her

I got an eyebrow wax and tent with Alana. She did an amazing job. I also got a lower leg wax. I couldn’t believe how smooth my legs were. Alana was so friendly and detailed. Definitely go see her!

I definitely do not recommend either one of their locations. Tiffany is unpleasant and unprofessional and very disrespectful with her smart mouth. She also doesn’t not clean the tools properly. I watched her use tweezers and immediately put them in a disinfectant solution however, the tools are supposed to be washed with soap and water. Not washing does not disinfect instead it contaminates the disinfectant solution. When I asked why is that not being properly cleaned she said the manager doesn’t allow to clean with soap and water. Disgusting. And I will be reporting them.

I recently made an appointment for eyebrow lamination ,legs and Brazilian . I got my services done by Tiffany and I got to say ,she was very calming and professional she took her time explaining the whole process and aftercare ,was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job . I have been getting waxed for a long time and hands down the most gentle process I have had so far ! I’m so pleased with how everything came out and the overall experience was very pleasant .

I was a male model there, was very nervous at first but my waxer Tiffany did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of comfortably throughout my process of getting waxed for the first time! The front desk, Lilyvette Acevedo did an amazing job as well! She made sure if I had any questions or concern, she answered them to the ability that I was very comfortable to get my wax service!

This was the first time I have visited this business. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and Alana. She did an awesome job on my eyebrows including tinting them. I’m on week three and they still look fantastic. I will definitely be back to see Alana.

I started seeing Tiondra at Waxing the City last year for my eyebrows. She creates such a welcoming space. I recently, nervously talked to her about a Brazilian and she offered so much kindness and knowledge. She made me feel super relaxed and comfortable about trying it. I’ve now had two with her and I will absolutely keep doing it. Anyone who sees her can tell you that she’s a friendly perfectionist. She leaves no stray hair behind! I love Waxing the City and will keep going back because of Tiondra!
