Came here with a Groupon for a Hydrafacial and loved it! The service was extremely well-priced for a thorough 1 hour facial including painless Hydrafacial extractions and a wonderful massage. Only potential downside for some customers is a somewhat loud environment, but it didn’t hinder me from relaxing and enjoying!

My regular facial place cancelled on me an hour before my appointment (second time this year). I really wanted a facial prior to an event I had the following day. I started scanning facial places in Koreatown because I decided I wanted to get one there. I found WB Spa on Google. They have a nice, functional website where you can book online. Since I was coming last minute, I gave them a call to confirm their availability. They were able to see me asap. Their location is on the 5th floor of a building at the end of Koreatown, closer to 5th Ave. I didn’t have to buzz in and an elevator is available. The spa is located right off of the elevator when you get off. The building itself is kind of ugly and grimey, but WB itself is clean and modern looking once you step inside. They have a waiting area to sit while you wait for your service. I didn’t have to wait at all. They took me in immediately for my Deep Cleansing Facial ($65). The price point is very good as they use various machines and steaming techniques throughout the 45 minute facial. You can take off your shoes and sit on the comfortable beds during your service. I left feeling relaxed with soft skin. One thing I didn’t care for was my esthetician talking to her coworkers while she was doing my service. The room I was in didn’t have a wall that went all the way to the ceiling, so she was basically shouting to her coworkers while in the next room while I’m on the table. It ruined the relaxation aspect for a bit, though she eventually stopped doing this. The only bathroom in the facility is a bathroom in the hallway that has to be opened with a key. It’s very small, not fancy. But if you need it, it’s there. I suggest paying in cash because if you pay with card, they will charge you tax plus a credit card surcharge, so it basically increases the cost of the service by $5 or more to pay with a credit card. They have a member card where you can get a free service after visiting 10 times and I was given one upon leaving. Overall, this was a decent, clean spot at an affordable price. I would consider coming back

Got a last minute booking for a Head bliss massage from Yoyo, which was truly blissful, her technique is absolutely amazing!! Wish I had booked more treatments with her on the spot. Pricing super reasonable as well. Place is low key, clean and very very comfortable.

Definitely our favorite massage spot in the city, no other place we have tried even come close! The price is very reasonable, and the service is superb! Owner is very friendly, will be a regular customer.

Wonderful service and very calming environment. The receptionist is so kind and caring. He poured me some warm tea before and after my massage and made the space so welcoming. My massage therapist was attentive and precise. She applied the pressure I needed while also being careful not to hurt me. 10/10 experience!

I went with my mother . It was clean and quiet minus the occasional honks from the street . It is NYC .. lol but seriously this massage was REALLY good for the price . A well deserved tip ! If you are looking for aesthetics, this isn’t the place . However, the massage I received surpasses any fancy decorations ! The customer service was also outstanding! Very friendly and professional! I can’t stress how amazing my massage was ! Yo-yo was her name . The 90 minute massage is worth it . She literally massaged every part of my body besides my .. you know ! Toes, fingers and all ! Well needed ! Thank you !

Excelente lugar quedé como nuevo. Llevo tres años en esta ciudad y es primera vez que encuentro un lugar tan limpio, tan bien atendido, me fui tan feliz al recibir un verdadero masaje de la gran masajista YuoYou. Recomiendo este lugar 💯. Además que sus precios son muy accesibles para todos. Volveré y recomendaré a todos mis amigos y familiares. This hole in the wall spa was truly so relaxing. I got an hour foot massage and all the knots in my calves were worked on. The staff was super nice and welcoming, I will definitely come back next time I’m in New York!

I’m come spa first time I very lovely wb spa , nice music and very clean stuff, I did one hour body massage and half hour foot massage so relaxing and looks change new person, I am highly recommend this place.

My favorite Massage studio in Manhattan !!!! Mary, the owner, has been my masseuse for more than 10 years. This is her new studio and it is absolutely beautiful - so specious and clean, so inviting and comfortable. Mary is my go to person for deep tissue massage and Ciciya for reflexology !!! I highly recommend their services and also their prices are very reasonable !!! You would love it !!
