I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stacey at We Do Men in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, creating an instant sense of relaxation. Stacey was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had a mini facial, and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered great suggestions tailored to my style. The attention to detail was outstanding, and I left feeling more confident than ever. Now speaking on my Chakra session. I honestly could not believe the experience that I had and the kind of connection that Stacey has. I am an extremely religious person (Christian) and I did not once feel my religious values were being violated. She made me feel extremely safe and welcomed. I started with Level 1 and cant wait to experience Level 2! The overall experience was top-notch, combining quality service with a laid-back vibe. I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the space. If you’re looking for a place that truly understands men’s grooming and offers exceptional service, We Do Men is the place to go. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Excellent place for men to experience some quality “me” time and come out looking great afterwards. Got a facial and something else, a friend which is great.😊 I recommend looking it up and making an appointment. You won’t regret it!

The body blasting. It works. I golfed 3 days, did some stretching. No pain. I'm thinking. I need a day trip each month to have you do this. I can't imagine I can do it on my own and get the same impact. You have some cool alternate therapies I don't see out there. I hope you're reaping the benefits in your business. Amazing customer service! I waited so late to get my brother a gift card for his birthday….but Stacey was able to save the day and deliver the gift card to my brother on his birthday! Excited for my brother to have his first facial/spa experience.

Boss Lady Stace brought an energy that left me energized well after the session. During the session she was very communicative, letting me know that she only needed two things from me: to relax and to let her know how I was feeling. Boss Lady is an absolute master at what she does. I saw her “moving vehicle” (wrapped car) off Raintree with services listed and boom, I was in the next day! My experience was fantastic! The consult was very informative, and the facial itself was something I’ve never experienced before - her technique is one of a kind! I would also like to comment on her space - the vibe is on point. Facility is clean, inviting and meticulously decorated. After the session, I felt relaxed and energized at the same time. My face felt clean, and came home with products that I absolutely can get behind.

I’ve been going to the Boss Lady and team for years. Best men’s facial in Scottsdale. Let’s face it, most men need a good facial and some targeted hair removal or trimming from our bushy eye brows and yes nose hairs. And now she’s blasting with Body Blasting. I gave it a try. I had immediate results from a neck adjustment gone wrong years ago. For the first time in a long time my neck pain went away. What does it hurt to try any of the services?’

Seriously the BEST Spa in the Valley with super cool vibes! The LED light is incredible! I was in a bad car accident and had bruises, scraps, very achey, and this treatment instantly had me feeling better from aches and skin scabs/scraps had a huge improvement in healing! Definitely going back!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. Everyone there takes pride in what they do and they do it well. I visited last year on a vacation and they managed to make me actually consider taking care of my skin. I live across the country and ran out of one of the products I really liked, so I reached out and they got right back to me, figured out exactly what I needed and how to get it, and shipped it to my house, and provided tons of good advice. They're a gem for sure.

I've been coming here for a number of years now. Stacey and company offer professional skin care focused on men. It's a no BS environment that focuses on getting men's faces in better shape and teaching them how to do a better job of self care. So, you will get the best facial you've ever had, it will be in an environment that is less salon and more barbershop so you'll feel right at home. And you'll learn a thing or two. Just do it. You need it!

Visited Boss Lady Stace and her team at the new We Do Men location yesterday, and it was amazing! A thorough review of all my products helped me eliminate several with nasty ingredients. That was followed by a fantastic facial that left my skin soft and glowing. Ladies, We Do Men now welcomes women, so do yourself a favor and make an appointment. You’ll laugh, have a great time and leave with serious skincare information that will help you look your best. No fluff, just solid skincare. (And the best candles I’ve smelled anywhere, hands down.) We do Men & Boss Lady Stacey are amazing. I had the 90 minute LED light therapy (ask for the trifecta) and couldn't believe the results afterwards. It really brightened my skin. The facial afterwards was the perfect culmination. Stacey and her staff were so knowledgeable and gave excellent care. While the focus is a mens spa. It's not just for men. It would make for a great date for couples. Highly recommend!!!

At first, I tried to text to make an appointment to go to this place. After all, why list texting on your website as an option if that’s not actually an option? Was told I have to call to make an appointment. Called 3 times during business hours over the course of a week and went straight to voicemail. Did in fact leave a voicemail with my full name, number, etc. Guess they just don’t want business. I take back anything that gave this place any enticement. With heavily limited business hours combined with the fact us as the customer are also busy during the day, why isn’t there more options or avenues for making an appointment? Either from an unattended digital method, text messaging or better front desk/scheduling staff. Edit:reply “I don’t recognize your name” - unfortunately some business owners/managers decided that when they received a negative review they decided to be retaliatory or harassing. So just like people who only use their initials or a username, I purposefully don’t use my name so they don’t take out constructive criticism in a toxic manner. “We’ve had zero problems with booking or scheduling” - are you sure you don’t want to double check other reviews before making that claim? Looks like I’m not the only one who has given you one star for this very thing. At least that’s what Frog 11215 London says. I get you’re retelling me what rules you place on your “boss baby” staff. But that didn’t happen. Not a thing a small business owner wants to face that they’re being penalized by the actions of the staff that has become their friends. But doubling down rather than honestly facing possibility of errors or lapses in decisions made, then saying things like “we’ve had zero problems”, “trust us”, that cemented that one star. Edit #2. Wow. Just...Wow. I just have to post this for posterity.... The owner here must of gone to the Trump school of business and image management. So I received a voicemail saying to leave call back info and reason I called (like I hadn’t already done that 5 days prior and had texted what I was interested in as well as 2 different follow up calls on my part). Immediately followed by a text message. So that neither of us expends any more time or effort on this failed endeavor, I reply “I’m no longer interested in your services. Remove me for your list and do not contact me.” Admittedly there should of been a “please” in there to soften the message. However I was on a business call and didn’t take the time to proof read. So knowing I don’t want to be contacted, I don’t want the business services, what does the owner do? Call it a loss and walk away? Comply with a wish that someone doesn’t want to be contacted? How about send a multi-paragraph reply of threatening to ban me from her shop? Yep. Like the recently fired orangutan, she sent a hilarious rant message saying I was banned when told I don’t want her services. Oh no, what ever will I do? A business who I want nothing to do with just banned me! I hope I’m not banned for Nestle, Monsanto, or Walmart next!

I am loving this place. Went in to get my eyebrows taken care of as i had a bit of a Eugene Levy situation developing. Even picked up some local products on the way out. Stacey and her team could not have been more respectful. Truly looking forward to her fathers-day offerings.

Nice facial, but very pricey. I spent 30 min for waiver, review to my perfume, after shave and body lotion and chose candle smell (which was never used). Then 50 min facial. $180 for 50 min facial. Side notes; - they asked for my credit card while I came with a gift voucher - I came 5 min before the appointment and the place was closed and someone came right at my appointment time

This woman is amazing. Somehow Stacy manages to blend this straightforward no bs attitude with total professionalism all the while having the best quality products anywhere. Her service is impeccable and her space is beautiful and serene without being frilly. Ten stars. I’m blown away. Such a cool concept, and so well executed. Oh, and PS THAT KANGEN WATER?? To start The atmosphere is wonderful ,peaceful an warm with a touch of masculinity. Def gives me a feeling of being completely comfortable and relaxed. Stacey was more then amazing she walked me thru each part of the process. And explained the parts I had no clue about. I even learned a couple things which is always helpful with her u are truly in good hands. I read a few reviews before going and Some say it’s pricey but has anyone sent their gf/wife to a spa. I think it’s priced more then fair, I felt rejuvenated and fresh when leaving I’m definitely coming back very soon to get myself pampered and ready for Valentine’s Day.

While i was getting my treatment we had some incredible conversations and she taught me a very simple and effective skin care routine i needed. Her two hour facials are spectacular! I have been going to the Man Spa every few months for the last year and a half or so. Every experience I have had at the spa has been great! I have learned a ton about skin care and am very happy with the results of their services. If you are looking a great facial and conversation, do yourself a favor and go see Stacey.

The facial itself was actually really really great. But the vibe she gave off was a little too “in your face” for me. Also the on boarding session was quite long considering the length of the actual facial. She really tries to push selling you her products to a point that it’s kinda uncomfortable. Also-she was quick to tell me my face products I brought in were not healthy but then went on to try and sell me her “chakra bracelets” which I found ironic lol. The actual service itself was fantastic-everything else not so much

Always a pleasure to come visit Stacey and get thee treatment! Totally professional, very comfortable yet clinical setting, and product geared specifically for men. I take care of my skin regularly with cleansers but getting a full on facial scrub to exfoliate all that junk that builds over time is absolutely amazing. Cannot wait to come back to her man spa next time I am in Scottsdale! Highly recommended, 5-stars, tell your friends, get a treatment for your dad or special man!

I will never let anyone touch my face besides We Do Men. I’ve been to Spa’s all over the world and this is the best most professional place I’ve ever been to. I had no clue how to take care of my skin until I came here. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to take care of their skin properly!

Can't recommend this place enough. Great service, honest and straightforward, never upsells. Just be warned, we all call her the Boss Lady for a reason; she's not one to tolerate disrespect.

I'm sure it's great for a guy who's wife tells him to go get a facial, and the only thing that matters is that it's *manly*. I'm almost 41, an avid AZ hiker, and wanted to make sure I'm doing what I should to keep my face lookin good for the ladies. I didn't go to a chain because they are focused on women and make-up and stuff. Service was good, probably just a case of mismanaged expectations. Boss Lady was not present.
