Honestly this was my first time ever going to get a massage but it was the worst experience ever! She was too rough, I’m in so much pain from it. My upper back and shoulders are literally so hurt from it. When we we're going the front and it was time to tip, they complained about how much I should tip them and what tip price was more reasonable for them, like what?!? I will never go back to this place. They also are really bad with communicating 0/5 stars.

I had the misfortune of receiving a gift card for the worst massage I’ve received from a well-intentioned loved one who was misled by high Groupon ratings. I requested a late afternoon appointment but was told they couldn’t do that and they gave me an early afternoon appointment. I was asked to confirm my phone number when I checked-in and was shown the books for the day, there was only one other person that day so it seemed like they wanted to get their appointments out of the way. The ambiance: the smell of day old food, bleached sheets and absolute silence (no spa/background music). The wee massage: the deepest tissue massage you can imagine, with no communication whatsoever about your preferences before. I am used to being sore the day after a massage but I was in pain and bruised within a couple of hours. I did not take into account how a good smelling environment and spa music distracts from the discomfort of deep tissue massages. I asked if they had music they could play (so I didn’t have to focus on the sound of my and the masseuse’s breathing. I think the receptionist played music from the front desk computer or her phone so it wasn’t much of a helpful distraction. The masseuse was not consistent with the amount of time she spent on each side or with technique, and was very heavy handed. She did ask a few times if I was okay, but didn’t really adjust when I asked for less pressure. One of her techniques involved what felt like scratching or ticking my feet. I’m not sure which. The icing on cake: when I left I told the receptionist to put 20% tip on my card. She repeated the amount I said and did not swipe my card until I upped the tip.

They allow walk ins which is nice. They took me right back for a massage. The rooms were clean and private. Ambiance was nice, but the rooms were a little cold. This was not by any means a relaxing massage. The back massage was very painful and I winced in pain a couple times throughout, but she didn’t seem to adjust her pressure. She kept using her elbows to push into my back and run over my bones. I was worried she was going to break something. I was hoping that i would feel refreshed afterwards but instead i’m in a lot of pain. Tried to sleep it off but still having pain a day later. The foot massage was fine—not painful. I didn’t have any issues with the tip like other people have said. They weren’t pushy about that. The price was reasonable, but overall wouldn’t recommend for a back massage. You shouldn’t ever leave a massage in pain. Probably not a safe place to go.

Great massage value. Good massage. Clean facility. Nice folks. Phone responsiveness, lack of greeter on arrival, & english language comprehension are weaknesses. Overall, it was a good experience & i will be back.

Great massages. Flexible appointments. Fast responses to my questions and appointment requests. Deep tissue is worth it and I would highly recommend. They work really hard and do a through job.

I've been going to Wee Massage for several years and keep coming back! It's not where I'd go for a calm spa experience, rather a place to loosen up my troublesome knots. Every masseuse has a different style and yet they all thoughtfully respond to my challenge areas, even without a lot of verbal communication. They work so hard and apply great pressure. If you're looking for an effective 90 minute deep tissue massage - I highly recommend Wee Massage! (Please don't forget to tip too)

Been here twice, great experience both times! We utilized the Groupon both times, which is a great deal for a couples massage. Included is the hot stone massage. This place has got a great system in place - first they start with the dry massage (with the towel/blanket), then they utilize oil to reduce the friction when massaging. My masseuse in particular could feel all the knots in my back and focused on massaging those out. Then they move to the hot stone, which the heat helps to relax the muscles, and then they use a hot towel to remove any excess oil. Overall it was a great experience!

Everything was good until they demanded a tip when I was attempting to give one. Very unprofessional. Do not force your customers to tip you!! I will not be returning!

Excellent experience. Found this place via Groupon and took my husband for his birthday today for a 60 minute couples massage. Easy to book, great price. The masseuse was incredibly strong which is what we like. Looking forward to coming back.

I have to say that this was THEE BEST massage that I have EVER had! CC was my Masseuse and she was absolutely phenomenal! I had a 90 minute deep tissue and she stayed so consistent with her strength and pace the entire time. She was so intuitive and knowledgeable with her skills and I so appreciated just that. There wasn’t a knot not worked out and now I feel so relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!

I'm not sure why I keep patronizing these types of establishments. A friend and I went to get a couples massage. We had an issue with parking, so we arrived late to our appointment. They were kind enough to still see us, and we did get the full hour. I was surprised and pleased by that. During the massage, another couple walked in seemingly unbeknownst to the proprietors. My masseuse left me unattended to speak to the couple. He did not cover me with the sheet, and she did not bother to close the curtain completely which left me feeling exposed. When she came back, she continued to poke her head out and communicate with someone else present. I had to tell her that the curtain wasn't shut. She muttered, "oh, sorry" and shut the curtain. She never asked me how much pressure I wanted or if the pressure she was applying was fine. Since this was a couples massage, there was another woman there massaging my friend, and these two would engage in conversation on occasion. The entire experience was unenjoyable and definitely not relaxing which are all the things you would hope for when getting a massage. I especially take issue with people who demand more tip when the service was subpar. I will not be returning. I do not recommend.

My husband and I did a couples massage. We really relaxed and de-stressed. I didn't like that my masseur left me twice to go deal with other clients even though another employee was available. After comparing notes with my husband, we realized he got a foot massage, and I didn't.

My partner took me here for a couples massage for my birthday. I work from a desk all day and asked for special attention on my neck and shoulders. Jenut, the massage therapist I had, did an incredible and thorough job on my whole body. She seemed attuned to where I was holding tension, she firmly massaged around it and came back over and over until it was gone. I walked out feeling taller, more flexible, and overall happier. I am planning on coming back monthly just for her.

The massage was wayyyyyy to hard and she rushed through every movement. Worst massage I have ever had an I have been to about 5 different other places to get a massage. My 60 min massage was $60. So I tipped her $10. She told me my tip wasn’t enough and I should have more money. I was appalled. Worst experience ever!!

Tonight I had a 60 min couples hot stone massage with Amy & partner and my goodness. The massage was fantastic! Amy is so good with her hands. She knew exactly what part of the body needed attention. I live an hour away visiting PA I hope to come back and come here again!

i wish i could give ZERO! after reading these reviews I'm even more frustrated that I wasted my money here. We booked through groupon, which I've done w other places before no problem. I was having trouble w the booking tool and ended up booking too early. I called and told them I wouldn't be able to make it at that time and asked to reschedule for an hour later (the time was available on the website) and was rudely told "see you at 12:30". We came when we were able to make it as we live well over 40 mins away, for a couples massage. The ladies there barely speak english and there is no signage or pictures hanging it literally looks like a empty building they put tables in. They stood outside the curtain the entire time we were undressing, continuously asking if we were done. Once the massage began, I noticed she was rushing the movements but i dismissed it as her style, or even that she was beginning at a fast pace to slow down. Halfway through, I could feel my back getting warm to the touch as she was creating SO much friction from massaging so quickly. They did not communicate with us at all, and I could feel the attitude in my massage. Once we were done, we attempted to walk out and the lady at the front desk called my husband back inside to tell him he "needed" to tip. This place doesn't even begin to live up to the money is costs! $160 thrown in the trash, not to mention my husband has BRUISES from how hard and fast they massaged him!!! stay FAR away from this place!

Hey folks. Unfortunately this was an unpleasant experience. Tonight was my first visit at this establishment and I WILL NOT be returning. We were greeted once we came in but everything was rushed and it was clear that the woman at the desk was impatient for some reason. Keep in mind, there were no other customers there. The massage was good, very rough but the masseuse was asking if everything was okay, which I appreciated. Everything was fine up until we were about to leave. Keep in mind, we had paid prior to our massage and were going to tip both masseuses regardless. As my friend and I are heading towards the front desk, the woman who gave me my massage has her coat on as if she’s about to leave. Now it makes sense why they were in a rush, although they don’t close til 9pm. I wish I knew the woman’s name but I do not. She’s standing in front of the door as if she’s blocking us from leaving. So this puzzled me. She says to us, “coupon doesn’t cover tip” in a harsh tone. She l was trying to say that the payment doesn’t include the tip but that wasn’t the proper/professional way to phrase that. This was handled professionally whatsoever. So I said I have a tip but can you give me 4 $5 bills because I had a twenty dollar bill. So as I hand her the $20 bill she says, “no, 10 and 10.” Implying that $10 goes to her and the other $10 goes to the other masseuse who massages my friend. So at this point I’m pretty heated and frustrated because she kept my money. I even asked her, “how are you going to force me to give both of you $10.” Because in all reality, how does she know that wasn’t the last of my money and that I could afford to pay $10 to each of them. This was the first time this has happened to me. So keep in mind what to expect if you do decide to spend money at this business. They need proper customer service training ASAP because this was out of line and unprofessional.

If I could give it a 0 star rating, I would. This was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I went there for relaxation and left with major back pain down the middle of my back. I have no idea why she was so rough and she didn’t even take the time to ask me which parts I would like to focus on. Also, her body was basically on me at times as if she couldn’t reach certain areas. My back is worse off than when I went there. 0/10 would not recommend. I will never return again. Also, at the end, they told me that tip was not included and practically begged for a tip after that terrible massage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Jenny was my masseuse. She was very polite and thorough. One of the best massages I’ve had. This place is nothing fancy but very clean and organized. if you want a deep tissue massage, Jenny worked in all the right places, not too aggressive but with enough pressure. I did the full body 90 minutes. Great job!
