I went in my hair look ok, and when I got out, it looked like a butch. I told the owner i want light trim only. I guess she's not paying attention. Stayed clear with this salon.

I went for a trim only . But Ms Wee was very pleasant and gave me tips on getting my hair healthy. It wasn’t just about her trying to get my business / money, her advice was genuine. She even recommended products I can buy at other places and not just from her. Her major concern was that I don’t damage my hair more than what it is …. I highly recommend.

Lovely, professional people. Went to get my hair cut off for "wigs for kids" and they were kind enough to also trim up my hair afterward.

I’ve gone to this place in the past and had good experiences, I even recommend it to a couple friends. But my last experience has left me crying. I should have asked for a refund. I wanted a grown out bob look. About an inch longer than a normal bob. I am left with choppy hair that is different lengths on both sides and has wild pieces throughout. It looks like a 5 year old took safety scissors to my hair. She didn’t part or get my hair wet at all before starting the cut. It took about 8 minutes I still tipped and payed in a hurry to leave. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home.

I came to this place for a hair cut and color. It was actually on my actual birthday last month. When I made an appointment, the staff was so friendly, helpful and polite. Ms. Wee was so nice to explain things to me with regards to my current hair color and my hair type. And as to what will be most convenient to me. She did my hair cut quickly and nicely. The prices are very affordable. I left the place with a smile and confidence. And satisfaction as well. I highly recommend this place. I will surely come back! I forgot to take a picture inside the hair saloon but here’s two pictures I took after two hours since Ms. Wee did my hair.

I enjoyed meeting and talking to Wee. I can talk forever when it comes to Helen. But Wee gave us the personalized treatment and treated Helen with a great deal of respect and I appreciate that very much.

No AC when I walked in, it was hotter in there than it was outside. I’m not sure of the hairdressers name but she was Caucasian with blonde hair. She couldn’t even untangle my hair correctly, resulting in ripping out the knot and breaking her own wide tooth comb from aggressive tugging. I showed her the pics of what I wanted my hair to look like, she dry cut my hair, pretty quickly but didn’t go back after washing it to make sure it blends seamlessly. It was very rushed and resulted in my hair being so chunky. When she was blow drying my hair, her fingers kept swiping across my face and getting close to my eye multiple times. She then left the dryer too long on my neck and caused me to flinch and react. She then styled my hair completely wrong from what I wanted using a curling iron instead of getting a blow out. She didn’t even section my hair to curl it. She took big chunks from the right to the left, all curling in the same direction like she’s never styled hair before. I left with Shirley temple type curls that I did not want at all. I’m not the type of person to say anything in the moment and I try to be as understanding as possible. This was a horrible experience and I will never come here again. I chose this salon because in my experiences, I have Asian hair so Asian salons and stylists worked best for me. I paid $45 with a $2 tip, and it was the biggest waste of money. Save the hassle and money by avoiding this place, not worth it by any means.

Now that I’m done crying…. Went here showed the girl a reference picture all sides( because I know it helps) I had a straight bob cut I wanted it layered. Showed the older blonde with faded color in her hair. I blind without my glasses but I didn’t want to look like Velma. After cut and blow dry I looked like the berrys and cream guy. I told them this is not what I wanted so she starts cutting my hair dry. Totally messed it up. I think she was mad I had told her it wasn’t what I wanted. I said this looks nothing like the picture. She quoted most people don’t know what they want and just like the girl in the picture they show me. Says she thought I just wanted to trim the look I had well 3 inches isn’t a trim and I can get a straight line from anyone. Barber college costs $10 for that. I don’t know how this place has good reviews. I asked to keep the length too she cut it short and lopsided. I had to cut it into a pixie ( at sports clips which they did amazing) after growing my hair out for months. No charge she told me thanks I said as I went out to my car trying not to cry. I would not recommend this place. I feel sorry for the young girl working there since the blonde didn’t give her any direction and just let her take over so she could restock. Like you don’t swap places with someone different while cutting a persons hair.

Oh no, not this place… she was either hung over, or has absolutely no skills… I’ll never go back there again… her work was so bad I had to have it redone…

Wee and Theresa are the best! I have been going to them for 3+ years. I was told during my first appointment that I couldn't have my hair colored and a perm at the same time because my hair wasn't healthy enough. To prove the point, a cut of my hair was put in a glass of water. It sank to the bottom. This got my attention. At last, these hairdressers care what is best for me. I have been a continual customer ever since. Sherry

Donated about a foot of hair. Very sweet staff would highly recommend. The dono includes a free cut, I tipped $7 and it felt kinda low will have to come back.

I was kind of nervous to get bangs and my hair trimmed but Wee did suuuuch a great job and it was really fast! Wee is so kind and she’s really good at what she does! I am definitely going back again :) (the first picture was the day I got them cut and the others were like a few months after)

Theresa was great, she is super Friendly and Efficient. She got me in on short notice. Which usually no one takes you in, but she did. My hair feels great and soft. Thank you Theresa 😊
