The salon is super clean, organized and has an incredible energy!! Sol, who works at the reception, was the one who welcomed me, a wonderful person, I got my hair cut by James, super attentive and professional! I definitely recommend this salon!

I had an appointment with Bruno i was just visiting miami me and my girlfriend and I have to tell he is the best he did my beard and my girl hair color and we love it. He's sweet and take of us in the details I definitely recommend him. All the staff are amazing we just sit on the chair drink champagne chill and wait for him to do his magic.

James Deus is the best hair stylist in all of Miami! I have been coming to Welcome Beauty for 3 years and this was my first appointment with James; an expert hair stylist and was a pleasure to work with. The entire team at Welcome Beauty was wonderful and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I really recommend this Place! When you get there you will be welcome by a good vibes and a beautiful smile from the receptionist called Sol. James is doing my hair since I’ve moved to Miami. If you’re looking for someone really professional for a haircut, he’s the guy! For pedi or mani look for Gaby, she does a great job! Another great professional is Thaisa. I did some facial services with her and I really like it. Ask for the tanning machine!!!! I use this a lot to keep my summer Bronze color. It will be necessary only 10min to get your tanning session. It is really amazing!!!

Gabby was absolutely amazing! She gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she was so gentle and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend her!

This salon is a rare find and I would recommend it to anyone! It is full of amazing stylists and the vibe is so warm & welcoming. I can see why everyone who goes here also comes back. Bruno is so talented with color so if you need highlights or anything then he is amazing to work with! 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Unfortunately, I came here for the first time to do my hair and had the worse experience of my life. BRUNO completely ruined my hair. I told him I wanted to be bleach blonde. My hair was already blonde I just wanted to lighten it. It was so healthy and long and I had finally gotten it to be in great condition after working on it for years and spending tons of money on products. Bruno was very irresponsible & he burned my hair off. I could tell he didn’t know what he was doing because he called a manager over freaking out and they both just stared at my head and told me not to shower or use any product on it for a few days. Like what???? It’s been 3 months and my Hair is STILL falling out. I’m having to pay for treatments now that are nearly 1000$ monthly & also I’m investing money in super expensive hair care & nothing seems to work just to try and fix it. I can’t wear my hair down anymore because it looks so horrible. I can’t even dye it to make the color even because I have to wait until it gets strong and healthy. So now I have to wear a hat or bandana everyday. I’m a model and content creator and I can’t record or participate in shows anymore because my hair is completely ruined. When I went back and talked to the management and owner , they said sorry but “mistakes happen sometime” which unfortunately I don’t think is right at all. I was never offered a refund either, which was very disappointing because I spent a lot of money and now this mistake is costing me even more. They offered me “Ozone” treatment and I tried it…after one use and it made my hair worse and it started falling even more. If someone does this to someone’s hair, they shouldn’t work in the salon or ever touch hair again. This has caused my GREAT emotional damage & lost me opportunities to grow as a model and actress. It’s going to take me MINIMUM a year to grow it anywhere near the length I had it and get it healthy again. And I still don’t know when it’s going to stop falling out. Worse experience of my life. I’m so depressed because of this and I have break downs about this weekly. DONT go here. Worse mistake of my life.

Os profissionais são extremamente qualificados e demonstram um conhecimento profundo em todas as áreas de beleza. Fiz depilação brasileira, manicure, sobrancelha e um corte de cabelo, e cada serviço foi executado com perfeição. Além disso, o ambiente é super aconchegante… Recomendo de olhos fechados! Se você está procurando um lugar de confiança para cuidar da sua beleza, este é o lugar certo. Voltarei com certeza!

Excellent Service and very friendly and professional staff. Their facilities have been recently remodeled and upgraded and they are beautiful! I have been doing my Tanning with Thaisa for more than 2 years and she is the BEST!!! She is very professional, uses the best quality products and provides excellent customer service. Highly Recommended !!!!

If you live in the downtown/Brickell this is the place to go, no need to look further. My wife and I went to visit this place to support local businesses and couldn't have a better experience. Staff is super welcoming, from the front desk to the the last person. We were there for a male haircut and women wax and both services were top notch. Congrats guys, keep up the great work. Ps, we were offered prosecco and scotch😉

I’ve been going for years! And the best manicurist is Gabby… she’s really talented and extremely careful. The place is clean, has great serene energy and the new owners are very nice! Solange is the salon manager and she’s the best ever ! Luckily my hairstylist James Deus came back and is now working there as well, so for me it’s a one stop shop… if you looking for talent, James is the hair expert … They validate parking as well.. I will be a loyal Customer for life 🥰

This is the best hair salon in the area, Thaisa, James and Gaby are the best. As soon as you walk into the salon; Solange greets you with smile and great customer service skills. Way to go guys!
