So disappointed. I have been to many spas and for what we paid the service should have been better. It is Barrett Jackson weekend so it was packed they didn’t have enough room for all the women and they kept saying be quiet and I wasn’t even talking!! Then they told me that I can’t even have a phone out! My daughter is in labor so I was not going to put my phone away. It wasn’t like I was talking on it. I had it in my hand!! So incredibly rude and when you drop 1k in one day you should be treated better. Don’t go there are so many other amazing spas.

Had a Sisley body treatment with massage. Very relaxing (and I usually don’t like massages)

I would not recommend going to Well & Being spa currently as their spa pool is under construction. They had anticipated it being completed in Fall 2024, but yet incomplete. This has resulted in overcrowding as they have not reduced capacity. Amenities are unable to be accessed and you are tripping over people in attempts to get to your locker. The sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, inhalation room, etc were flooded with people as you lost the rooftop pool as a central place to hangout. I would also encourage people to be weary that I was charged $15 more for a male’s 60 minute massage than a woman’s. Their argument was that they have “dynamic pricing” at more popular times, but the 4 of us had appointments at 1:30pm (x2), 1:45pm & 2:00pm. The only men’s massage was at 1:45pm and incurred the additional $15 fee. This feels discriminatory and I would caution others to look out for this. Overall do not go until the pool is complete unless you want as crowded locker room without the space to enjoy what you are paying for.

I had the most amazing massage today! Can’t think of the young man’s name but every detail - the face mask, the oils, temp of the table, the massage -he paid special attention to my problem spots and released so much tension in my body- top notch. I can’t wait to book another session. I wish the pool was open kinda bummed, I wanted to spend my birthday by the pool 😩

90 minute massage, champagne and full use of the resort. All in all I really enjoyed my first actual spa DAY.

I had one of the most relaxing massages of my life with Andrea, an exceptional and gentle masseuse. Her practice of asking for consent before any touch truly sets her apart and demonstrates her respect and professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the spa, which included a fantastic massage, a rejuvenating facial, and access to various facilities such as the sauna, steam room, waterfall, hot and cold pools, inhalation room, and unlimited snacks, including coffee and tea. The only aspect I would have liked to experience was the rooftop pool, which is currently under renovation. I will be coming back.

It was my first time coming here in January 2024. My mom and I got the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic facial and the Sisley Harmonizing Salt Stone massage. Both of them were so amazing and relaxing. All of the products they used smelled really good too and felt great on our skin! Before our treatments we had lunch up at the rooftop pool. We had chips and guac, salad, and Asian chicken lettuce cups. All of it was great and the macarons in the Sisley spa were too! We could tell they really pay attention to every single detail at this spa. It was very clean too and had a nice eucalyptus inhalation room, steam room, and sauna. There was also a plunge pool, jacuzzi, waterfall area, fitness room, and shopping area. Every single staff member we interacted with was very kind and helpful as well and wanted to make sure we had a great experience there. It was a perfect spa day and we will definitely be back! I just returned back to this spa in December 2024 and had an issue with a spa credit related to staying at the hotel, but this has now been resolved.

A Wonderful Spa Experience with a Few Minor Improvements Needed Overall, this spa provided an amazing experience with exceptional service. The team went above and beyond, even wishing me a happy birthday and surprising me with a thoughtful gift—a delightful touch that added to the celebration with my friends. We planned a full day, arriving early to enjoy the amenities and ending with facials in the afternoon. I highly recommend this approach, as the facility is truly remarkable and fully equipped for a serene spa day. The spa does have a dedicated pool, but it was under construction during our visit. While they offered access to other pools on-site, we opted for the adults-only pool, which was a bit of a walk from the spa. We spent a relaxing morning there and enjoyed lunch by the pool—the poke bowl was delicious, and the drink selection was excellent. However, we accidentally left our credit card at the pool and had to return the next day to retrieve it. I believe this could have been avoided if the spa pool had been open, or if a system were in place to allow guests to use spa credit at the pool instead of leaving a card on tab. The spa’s facilities were impressive and well-managed. Although it was a busy day, the flow of guests between rooms allowed us to fully experience each area. We enjoyed the hot and cold plunges (the cold pool was at a manageable 54 degrees), as well as the steam room and sauna. However, the lavender relaxation room was consistently occupied by guests napping across the benches, which made it challenging for others to use. If this is a common occurrence, it would be helpful for the staff to encourage a similar flow as in the other rooms so that everyone can enjoy it. Despite these minor inconveniences, this remains one of the best spa experiences I’ve had. I look forward to returning once the spa pool reopens and highly recommend making a full day of it.

Always treated like royalty!

Have been to 3 spas in the Scotsdale area previously and this, by far, is the best. Spent a long weekend at the Fairmont Princess and visited the spa multiple times during our visit. The treatments and the facilities are top notch. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered. Can't wait to go back when the roof top pool is back open.

I really love this spa and try to come for a reset when I am in the area. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. I like to upgrade to Sisley because of the products and service. They also give you complimentary champagne. Shay who works there is an absolute doll and is very knowledgeable about the Sisley products. My masseuse was awesome too. The facilities are great and you can even join a fitness class while you are here. They typically have a rooftop pool for spa guests but it is being renovated. No worries they give you access to all of the beautiful Princess pools! I’ve been to tons of spas around the world and this is one of my absolute favorites!

I went to this spa for my birthday today and received a wonderful massage from Jen. However, the rest of my visit was incredibly unpleasant because the spa was insanely overcrowded and loud. It was not relaxing experience. Because of this, I left shortly after my service. It wasn't at all worth the $.

Amazing amenities, I want to go here seven times a week!! Very friendly staff and good drinks! The rooftop pool was not open but they gave access to the hotel pool instead, it was lovely!

Second time visiting the Fairmont Well& Being Spa. 10/10 this is a true day spa experience like no other. I started with Ariel Yogo, then a light snack, 90 min Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, sauna, then lunch poolside (light salad). Next an amazing botanical facial, inhalation room, and water! What a day! Thx Fairmont!!

Great place for spa day. Massages and facials are some of the best I've ever had. Lots of other amenities to enjoy while you are having a treatment. Including food and drink, fun for special occasions.

I was a member here for a couple of years and continue to come back. The service is unparalleled. Everyone is so kind, warm, always remembers you, and makes it such a special experience. The massages and facials are great, as are the many amenities and workout classes and fitness center. The crown jewel however, is the team of Jamie and Alex who work at the rooftop pool. The drinks are amazing, the service makes you feel like you’re the only person there, and they take great care of every single guest. I cannot recommend this place enough! It’s impossible to have a bad day here, it’s my absolute favorite place (and every friend I have taken with me agrees!)

Amazing!

Usually love this spa and frequent it often as a local - it’s been my favorite in the valley until today. Today, the pool was incredibly packed and a (one) spot never opened up as people were saving seats. I then decided to order lunch at the front desk and was told I had to go to the pool. My next favorite amenity was the steam room which was closed. Instead of a relaxing day, it was spent without lunch and killing time not enjoying the amenities. Again, I’ve loved this spa but beware as today was not worth the $$.

Wonderful experience! I feel relaxed after my full body massage with Jen. The jacuzzi is everything! I highly recommend taking yourself and your best girlfriends to this spa. There is so much to do, and the beautiful female staff members are kind and attentive. I included a picture of the area in front of the spa. Please note that the spa is far from the front entrance of the resort, so definitely ask to be escorted via golf cart to the spa.

Wow, has this place gone downhill over the last 20 years. The "remodeled" co-ed water fall is growing mold and is filty. The gal that did my pedicure left my feet hurting for weeks. Go to the Phoenician!

Have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Excellent service and very relaxing experience. The Himalayan sea salt massage with Darcy was the best I’ve ever had! Would recommend again and again.

Loved it! Spent the whole day there. Love that I could workout, grab lunch, enjoy the pool and spa amenities in one place. The staff was friendly and even gives you a tour when you arrive

Tried to buy a gift card for my wife, but they couldn't tell me how much the spa treatment would cost. Their dynamic pricing varies with the time of day and experience level of your masseuse. Shouldn't all of your staff have a certain level of experience? The desk offensively suggested I get a gift card for $100 over the cost of a normal massage. Panhandling is performed on the street, not at luxury hotels. Transparency goes a long way. Who wants to visit a spa that makes up their prices as they go along?

I was visiting Arizona for the first time and this place was recommended by a local friend. It exceeded my expectations! The experience was amazing, customer service was excellent, I would definitely recommend it. The amenities were great and the facility looked clean and welcoming.

I went to the spa while on vacation at the Princess and I received the desert facial. The aesthetician, Brandi, was fantastic. She asked me what my concerns were, offered a scalp and a foot massage in addition to the facial, and explained all of the products she was using along with their purpose. She also put a list and basket of recommended products together for me at the shop once my facial was over. I was surprised that the prices of the products in the shop were the same as prices online. I noticed an immediate difference in my skin once I got back to my room at the resort. Now, it has been a week and a half since my facial and there is an immense difference in my skin from using the products that were recommended. Thank you Brandi!! Overall, the spa was very clean and offered many amenities that I did not expect. Every staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this spa and wish I lived closer so I would be able to visit again!

I've spent several birthdays and lazy Tuesdays here and haven't found another spa in Scottsdale at this level. The amenities are amazing (I love the dry sauna & rooftop pool). Make sure to get there a few hours before your session to try everything!

A little piece of heaven! For a great price with just one treatment!!! I will go every time I’m in Arizona from now on 🌴!!

I was a huge fan of this spa for so many years. I am local and having been coming here once a year for 25 years. Today was the worst experience. I came with a group of girls for a spa day and it was awful. There wasn’t anywhere to sit outside at the pool. We came early before our treatments and basically sat on 1 lounge chair waiting for more to open up for 3 hours. Guests are apparently allowed to save chairs all day while they leave and get spa services done. I left this spa feeling more stressed than when I came. Very crowded and not at all the luxury we were used to. So incredibly disappointed.
