Much love for Well Room and Megan. I've been coming to Well Room for years for a myriad of services: IV therapy, Cryo facial (my favorite), spray tan, sauna and most recently received the VI peel with dermaplaning. My skin is brighter and my pigmentation has greatly subsided. Looking forward to scheduling my next go round of a VI peel! Would recommend the Well Room to all!!

The space is warm and inviting with a delightful selection of carefully sourced products, and Megan is a true expert who provides best-in-class wellness and aesthetic advice & care. I trust her completely to hear and respond accurately to my treatment desires, and have been 100% happy with results every time. Also, Lizzy's facials are phenomenal!

This was my first ever laser hair treatment and Wellroom made it seamless in every way! It was quick, relatively painless, and all of the pre and post procedural items were explained. I love Wellroom for all of their services and would highly recommend going here for laser hair removal too!

Absolutely love this gem of a place! Staffed with knowledgeable caring nurses who make sure you got the right infusion. Plus super relaxing environment and aesthetically pleasing.. felt like an oasis.. highly highly recommend! Will be returning on a regular basis when I have low energy.

The Well Room was a fantastic experience. I am a simple man - I just love a good private sauna session and this couldn’t have been better. The layout of the facility is quite nice, intimate, and absolutely has the small business charm that I know many people like. Lots of room to gather oneself before and after treatments, spotless bathrooms, and that relaxing spa aroma that I love when I’m wanting to relax. Not sure who the associate was who helped me, but I was there on Friday 9/20/24. She quickly checked me in, showed me around, and was very prompt and professional. She followed up and asked me afterwards how it was, in a very friendly, welcoming, and genuine way. I’ll be coming back here every time I’m in Charlottesville (I’m here only periodically for trainings at a nearby hotel). This was just an awesome experience all around. Thank you, Well Room, can’t wait to come back!

What a kind and warm experience! I highly recommend Well Room. Cryotherapy has helped with swelling and my appointment was on time, quickly done but any questions I had were answered with great care and expertise.

The Morpheus 8 treatment on my sons facial acne scarring was amazing! It offered instant improvement in the texture and coloration. It was worth the price and made him so happy.

Well Room was inviting, relaxing, and beautiful. They offer an array of wonderful products. The staff was super friendly and helpful when scheduling, welcoming, and checking out. The facial I received was one of the best and I'm still glowing over a week later. It was so worth the drive up from Richmond and I will definitely be back!

I'm a huge fan of Megan, Well Room, and the services they offer. I wasn't quite ready to look my actual age, and Megan heard my concerns, wants, and vision for my face. My face looks natural, age appropriate, and I still have all of my expressive features...the lines have just been softened slightly. The Well Room space is beautiful and calming, which instantly set me at ease. I've been for the sauna and an IV drip, and I love the products in her apothecary. What I love most is that Megan and her team are all medical professionals; I trust her and them with my face (and health) completely.

I had a really great experience. Well Room has a calm vibe and pretty aesthetic. The best part was the ability to connect to Bluetooth. The only downside is I wish they had better instructions, especially regarding how to hang the infrared lights. Overall, happy customer and I will be back.

Well Room has always been an awesome environment and experience. The new retreat room with PEMF mat and red light therapy is an ABSOLUTE treat! It is an incredibly grounding, refreshing, and uplifting experience. Not only is the treatment relaxing, it’s extremely beneficial for multiple different health conditions! I highly recommend everyone experience this treatment!

Perfect Galentine's day retreat for the women on our MADabolic coaching team. The spa day provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving us physically and mentally refreshed. Megan and her team's attention to detail, cleanliness, and flexibility made our visit truly exceptional. We appreciate the getting to lounge together in the backroom before spending time in the sauna, having mini cry facials, and a B12 injection to send us on our way. WellRoom has our highest recommendation for our next team outing or girls day!

WOW! I went to the Well Room for the first time today, what a find! Such an amazing relaxing experience. Shannon was so kind and answered all my questions and Jessica was so helpful. I got an Rona Recovery IV and am feeling wonderful. I will be a regular for sure, go check it out!
