UPDATE!!! First experience with Joyce was great…BUT…I went back today and I am not happy with the customer service. They switched massage therapists on me in the middle of my massage…NOT ok! And then the lady they switched me to tried to tell me I OWED a larger tip.

My husband and I both went on separate occasions, and also had a couples massage. Every time the massages were great. I highly recommend this place.

It truly is a hidden gem! I just learned of this place, and I live 1/2 mile away. In the past I’ve been going to a nearby traditional spa, but their prices keep increasing, and the massages were just ok, so I decided to look around. This by far was one of the best massages I’ve ever had at a very reasonable cost. Nothing fancy but that’s ok! Will definitely go back!

I’ve been going here for almost 7 years. They almost always can accommodate walk ins, Joyce and Lisa are the absolute BEST. Lisa has magic hands and is so kind. Joyce is lovely as well and incredibly good at what she does too. If you want deep tissue and to leave feeling truly taken care of this is the spot. They took care of me during my two pregnancies as well. I’ve been to many massage places and this is one of the best places in the city. The reflexology is also highly recommended.

Little hidden gem. Massages are good and strong, ideal for a sport massage. My wife got a softer massage and felt very relaxed. Highly recommend. Pay in cash otherwise you will be charged cars fees. And tip generously.. worth it.

I had an incredible massage from Lisa today.Her technique is top-notch, addressing problem areas with just the right amount of pressure. Her hands are like magic, both powerful and gentle, creating an artful and therapeutic experience. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend Lisa for her expertise and excellent service. Looking forward to my next massage session!

My partner and I try to get massages once a year, and we've tried a few different places trying to find a good one. This place was hands-down the best experience we've had so far, and we'll definitely be returning!

Ive been going here for over a yearly, but after my recent visit, they’ve lost my business. In the past my appointments were great. However, my most recent appointment there was a new lady who did my massage. The massage wasn’t to the standard I had gotten used to there, but that’s okay because maybe it’s better for some people, just not me. However, at the end of the massage the lady got up and walked out almost without a word. Didn’t even wipe all the massage oil off. I went to pay and the same lady was handling this. In the past I had always tipped at least $10, sometimes more (especially when my fiancé and I got a couples massage). This time I was so annoyed I wasn’t going to tip. The lady said after she saw me signing the receipt “excuse me I need a tip”. How unprofessional, especially compared to the main lady who is usually present and in charge. I really did like this place and I was still going to come back (and hope I got someone else for the massage), but this therapist has lost Well Being business because she all but demanded a tip for awful service. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because I had previously enjoyed my experience here.

Lisa gave the best massage. She methodically worked out the pain and knew exactly what she was doing. Pleasant woman scheduled my last minute appointment. Couldn't locate at first as it was interior of the complex. Worth the search.

Second time here, can’t imagine how much money I wasted on mediocre massage in the past. Very simple place and decor, professional service, excellent deep tissue work. Therapist was really helpful with planning future visits, stretches I should do. Others have mentioned there’s an animal place on the other side. I think I heard a dog bark once, but it honestly isn’t distracting at all. Give these lovely people a try!

I got a massage yesterday. I am in so much pain I cant hardly move. The masseuse name was Lisa. She did everything to hurt me in the name of deep tissue. Horrible!!! Plus, I gave her $20 tip and she was not happy with me. Last time I go to Lisa. I just got off the phone with someone called Joyce, who could be the manager/owner, cause my pain is getting worse. I woke up at 4 am with leg cramps due to her massage. Then she offered me a refund, if it remove this review! I will not remove this review and dont need the refund. It sounds like a shaky business just AVOID.

They don't speak English and don't understand your needs. And I have never ever seen them changing the sheets. Even their pillow case uses some paper towel for protection. I am not even sure, if the change and wash the towels. I think it is just the culture to save money. Just avoid

My husband and I were in town for a special occasion and decided to try out Well-Being for a couples massage. When we arrived we were assessed and asked if there was any areas of focus. When the massages began...amazing and met all plus more of any expectations we had. Lisa and Amily were very pleasant and attentive to our needs and stress areas. Afterwards the front desk lady gave some great advice for us to work on to better help maintain loose muscles and less tension. Will definitely love stopping by again.

The atmosphere was peaceful, facility well kept and I was well received at the door. As for the massage, I was very pleased with Lisa's attention to focus on the sore muscles/area needing treatment. I felt relaxed and my body felts loose after it was done.

This place is fantastic! Well worth it. Very relaxing & they definitely are great at what they do. We got a couples massage and it was both of our 1st time getting a massage. We will definitely be back. Also, tip them. The money you pay is to take care of expenses that come with running a business. Tipping them is for their service. If you don’t tip, Then don’t go because they deserve a tip!

Amazing massage! Lisa was totally professional and listened to my needs. I had neck pain for days and she did everything perfectly, not too hard or intense. The shop was clean and comfortable. I felt completely safe even during this pandemic. Their prices are such a bargain too! I'll definitely be back!

My partner and I came here for a couple's massage and it was one of the best massages we've ever had. We both have physical ailments that cause a lot of pain and both of our therapists paid special attention to addressing these areas. We left so relaxed. We will most definitely be back!

When I walked in I was looked up and down in disgust. I was then asked when being taken to the room if I was pregnant. No other questions were ever asked about me or my health. I almost walked out, but I was already having a horrible vacation. I layed face down first and cried the first half of my session. They are not nice and definitely didn't add any happiness to my vacation. Unfortunately, I am not as skinny as an asia so I'm pregnant. Thanks!!! PS A sweedish massage is equivalent to breeze and a deep tissue is barely a sweedish. I only ever get a sweedish at any massage business and at least my knots are worked on. You pay for what you get!!!
