Peter and Micheal were excellent. I took my mother for her birthday as a surprise and we both had the Ginger Sun Package. The hot stones were wonderful and the pressure was perfect. Highly recommend!

Came in with a Groupon, the appointment was very easy to sep up over the phone and to use the coupon. Really enjoyed our massage, the men made sure to check on the pressure throughout the whole massage. The lobby and massage areas were very clean and tidy. Although I came in with a Groupon, I feel their normal service costs are very affordable and they offer punch cards to make it more affordable for repeat customers. Highly recommend coming in for a relaxing time

This is my third time coming to this salon, and today I had Zoe as my massage therapist. She did a great job, the pressure was perfect and I really enjoyed the massage. The atmosphere here is always nice, everything is clean and well organized. I love coming back!

best massage ever💆‍♀️don't listen to the bad reviews as they will have you with doubts. bought a Groupon since I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. Groupon had many options but this one called my name. definitely going back and booking directly with them. we walked in Receptionist very nice explained the procedure offered other packages and add ons definitely did not feel obligated like others say. we were given slippers taken to our area my partner one side and myself on the other. a total of 90min with hot stones. we asked for medium pressure and received exactly that. when I felt discomfort I was always asked it it was ok . never felt pressure to give tip. but they definitely deserved it. 10/10 left so relaxed and stress free thank you for the great service 😌

I had one of the best experiences. Kelly was the best . She is so strong and same time gently, my body says thanks for her hands. I"ll be back really soon. Place is very clean and calm , staff are so polite and friendly. Got all my neck notes out while feeling relaxed. Highly recommend!

I once had an amazing massage here, so I returned. But then I had a terrible one. The masseuse was very rough and fast, very hard pressure when I asked for medium, but she didn't speak any English and just laughed when I asked her to be gentle. She also burned me with the hot stones by leaving them on my skin. I was in pain for days and my back had marks and bruises. Not to mention she spent maybe one minute on my neck and head when I said that was my main source of pain. I was super bummed because my first experience was amazing and really wanted to make this my place. I guess I'd have to get the name of the first masseuse and return to her specifically, but I'm not willing to risk it again.

Kelly was AMAZING! First experience at this location. Best massage I’ve had in Chicago! Space was clean and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for relaxation. Extremely affordable. Purchased and booked online utilizing their weekly combo special. (So easy) Didn’t want it to end. Looking forward to my next massage here with Kelly. Can’t wait to take my Mom and Sister here with me!! If you’re hesitant, book Kelly!

The massage was nice he was a little ruff and I asked the pressure to be light but it felt like medium. But really turned me off was how they begged for a tip like I already didn’t pay for the service and when I left a tip they acted like it wasn’t enough. Tips are OPTIONAL not mandatory. Will not return.

Came here with a Groupon for a couples massage and had a fantastic experience. The vibe is super chill and relaxing and all the staff are very professional. Massage quality was very good - we'll be coming back :)

Kelly and Perry did a phenomenal job! My shoulder and back were in a lot of pain, but I felt a lot more ease after the 1 hour massage! Highly recommend the hot stones.

The best massage I’ve had in a long time!! Michael was incredible!!! He knew exactly how to massage with the perfect pressure and technique! He needed no instruction from me! The place is super clean and smells good! I want to go back ASAP! I’m so happy with Wellness Foot Spa wow!!!

The massage was fine but the the massager opened my curtains when I was still changing, and after the massage, he failed to close the curtains for me, so I had to got up and wrapped myself with the towel cause I was half naked. When we got out, the girl at the counter asked us to tip and I refused since the overall experience wasn't great and I explained the situation I had back there. She didn't apologize at all, her attitude wasn't great. Just be aware that they don't provide any clothes to change and they have male and female massager. If you wish to have female massager make sure to mentioned that when booking your appointment.

First time to try this place for a full body massage. By far the best massage I’ve experienced to date. Place is super clean and atmosphere is very zen. (I guessed it helped also that I’m one of the first clients of the day!) Peter, my masseur, really worked hard to release and loosen my tense muscles in the neck/upper back. Definitely coming back!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Michael. I appreciated that he kept checking in with me to make sure the pressure was ok for me. He took his time and really worked out my knots. The spa itself is beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. I received a Groupon as a gift and completely enjoyed this experience. I think I found my new massage spot!
