Truly a 5 star experience! The spa was beautiful, very clean, and environment was just blissful. Carla was amazing. I’ve seen many masseuse in the past and she is by far one of the best I’ve ever had. I felt like I was drifted away on a cloud and felt like a brand new rejuvenated person afterwards. I can’t wait to come back for my next spa day. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend!!

I was on a birthday weekend trip and my husband told me to locate a spa of my choosing. I was searching different spas at resorts and was not to thrilled about. How drastically high the prices were. My husband threw out the idea of simply searching for spas and within minutes I found Wellness Spa. I reviewed the menu and loved what they offered and their prices were fantastic. Looked at a few reviews and was impressed with what their clientele had said regarding the facility and staff. Used their online booking system and it was so easy to book my service which was the Dream getaway. A wonderful combination of a facial and a massage. The next day as I’m making my way over to the spa but run into traffic. I call to let them know I’ll be late. They said no problem and we will see you soon. As I arrive I am greeted by the front desk receptionist Olivia who was very welcoming and warm upon meeting. Olivia gave me a tour of the facility and walked me through their amenities and showed me my locker that had slippers, a robe and a treat for me. Want to point out their lockers are very easy to use . I go to the waiting area and I am right away greeted by my esthetician Carla. We walk into the room which was clean, had great soft lightening, smelled excellent and the bed was very comfortable along with a heating pad. My esthetician Carla was so welcoming and would check in during the massage to make sure the pressure was acceptable and I was doing well also. Carla also asked where I had the most pressure and made sure to focus in those spots. As we finished the massage, Carla gave me a few minutes to get ready for the facial. As Carla came back in we just began talking and honestly it was like I was meeting a friend for a catch up sesh. Only thing we were missing was something to sip on haha. Carla even asked about my facial routine and gave me tips as well. Again I booked the 60 minute Dream Getaway package but do yourself a favor and book the 90 minute! It was worth every penny. Please do yourself the favor and visit the Wellness Spa if you are needing a relaxing day to treat yourself. You can tell all the staff truly take pride in what they do! Thank you everyone at the Wellness Spa. I am looking forward to visiting you and taking a break from this Yuma Sun!

From the beginning I felt welcome and calm in this spa. Alexis did my message and was incredibly kind professional and made the experience so easy. I was under a lot of stress before I got to the spa and I left feeling like a new man. I highly recommend the steam room as well. The next time I’m in San Diego I’ll be making another appointment and I hope it’ll be with Alexis again!

I had a really nice experience here! It feels like a little hidden gem in mission bay - easy parking, tranquil, and a beautiful property. I got the hot stones massage and it was wonderful. I did not use the steam room so can't review that but the locker room was clean and I enjoyed the relaxation lounge. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was there on a weekday and I didn't see anyone else there; I can't attest to how busy this place might get on a weekend. I really appreciate the resident discount and also a complimentary add-on for my birthday. They also gave me a complimentary glass of bubbly for my birthday - a nice touch! They also sell passes to the hotel pool for $25 - I may do that next time. Will definitely be coming back here!

I was welcomed to the Spa very warmly by the receptionist. I had a massage by Diane and she was amazing. I had so many knots in my upper back area and they are all gone! I’ve had massages all over the world but I think Diane was one of the best masseuse’s I’ve had. Overall it was a great visit.

this place was super sweet and beautiful, in a gorgeous location, and was the perfect place for a mother daughter spa day gift :’) alexis and dion were amazing (my mom said that their massages were 1000x better than her husbands lol) and ana at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating from the start ! thank you for making the day such a treat, from the steam room to the complimentary champagne as a special treat ❣️❣️ we will be back !

Carla and Dian were fabulous! My mom and I came in for a couples massage and had a relaxing time. The locker room was very clean and the relaxation room was stocked with tea, cucumber water, chocolates, and oranges. Everyone was super friendly and professional! 10/10 recommend!

I dropped my overworked, stressed, in pain daughter off for a massage and picked up an entirely different human. Carla did such an amazing job! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. My daughter said they were so kind and complimentary that she felt she was the only person there and the only person they cared about. She can turn her head with no pain. She slept so very well last night. I highly recommend.

My husband planned a birthday massage. I am about 6 months pregnant. My experience was amazing it was super relaxing. Casey was amazing and so was the receptionist. The locker room, bathrooms, showers and lounge area were super clean. I can't wait for next time.

I was looking to unwind and relax. Casey 100% delivered! I don’t get out as often as I want for pampering. This was definitely a treat. I transcended into a massage dimension I was so relaxed and did not want the massage to stop. Casey is phenomenal with her hands!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My massage therapist was perfect with pressure and listening to all the areas needing extra work. I got my money’s worth and plan on returning again when traveling to San Diego in the future

From the first moment I stepped into the spa I was welcomed by Ana. The waiting area is a bit small but you don’t wait for long. I was shown around and given a locker/robe/sandals. I got ready and helped myself to some tea and honey. Casey came shortly and asked me some great questions and provided a chest pillow for support (I’ve had many and no one’s ever offered!). The massage was relaxing and she paid attention to all of the important parts. Casey had strong hands but was gentle in some areas where I had sensitivity like in my legs. Casey had to do the hard work but both she and Ana were kind and professional. I really appreciated their service. I’m coming back for sure. Remember to fill out the online flyer before you arrive, saves time!

I had a wonderful experience. I started with hot tea in the waiting room, then Casey provided a wonderfully relaxing massage. Afterwards I used the steam room and showered off. The steam room and the showers are very clean. I enjoyed the time I spent at this spa. It is a modest spa, but it's better than larger spas I have visited.
