Me and my partner came to do the sauna. We have never been here before so we didn’t know what to expect. And it was definitely beyond what we thought. It was clean and private . They had everything we needed. We will 100% be coming back

My son is an athlete and unfortunately his shoulder dislocates periodically. Localized cryotherapy is the only thing that helps him recover quickly. This business has wonderful employees and they can get him in right away. They also offer so many other services. We are lifetime customers for sure!

The spa is great - small, clean and quiet. We love the private infrared sauna and cold plunge. There is a shower and flat TV in each room. Its very easy to make an appointment and the lady is very nice and helpful each time we go. You should try the monthly packages that they have because they are a great value for the money

We were greeted by the one and only Argjenta and had a wonderful time here. We came before closing time but Argjenta allowed us to stay alittle after closing time. The infrared room was perfect for the 6 of us and the cold bath at the end was the perfect ending to the water I sweated out. Nothing but 5 stars. Highly recommend this place!

Beware if you cancel even within the appropriate cancellation window, you will only get a gift card as refund. The verbiage when booking is slightly vague and does not represent the refund policy in a concise/appropriate manner and is very misleading.

First time attempting a cold plunge and this place did not disappoint. The facilities are super nice. We had a private room with a sauna, shower, cold plunge and a TV. We did the hour and spent 30 minutes in their red light sauna and then took the plunge for 5 minutes. And I was skeptical but my buddy insisted and once the shock was gone. It felt amazing. My feet ankles, knees, back, neck and elbow instantly felt better as I got out of the plunge. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get some relief. Not to mention all the other health benefits from the cold plunge. I’m most definitely going to do this again.

GREAT experience! Clean & private room that consists of a cold plunge and sauna + red light therapy. After completing the Las Vegas marathon, my legs were thrashed & this spot really helped w. my recovery. Highly recommend booking a session!

This is my favorite place in Vegas to recover my body from the gym and to relax. I highly recommend to get the membership to enjoy all the services available. This is a place you definitely want to be every day !
