This is my second time with Wellness Spa, and I am 100% very satisfied with their service. Rina and Lyn, the skin specialists gave me excellent service. Emily has been helpful explaining the package they offer to their clients.

I found an offer on Facebook for facial and decided to try it . Place is very clean and have a relaxing vibe . The staff is amazing here . Very professional .Rina my esthetician did fantastic job , she was very detailed and explained everything as she was working on my face . My skin looks clean , refresh and glowing . I feel like million bucks . After the facial Emily explained all the different services and gave me recommendations for my future facials . Don't forget to use the massage chair in the waiting room .

I really enjoy having facials at Wellness Spa! Emily is very knowledgeable on all services and products. Jowell gave me the lymphatic facial and it was very calming and relaxing. Everyone is friendly and promotes self care!

This wellness spa is amazing. Just by chance i saw it on Facebook and decided to make an appointment. Rina explains what she is doing for me. I have done hydro facial, nano infusions and glo2facial. I leave feeling great I think spending money on me this way is what I need now.

I have been to many beauty spa and have done many facials, but Wellness Spa is extra ordinary! They are amazing! From the front desk to my skin speacialist (Rina Gai) Ive done three customized facial already and i am absolutely happy! Emily the manager is so accomodating, nice and friendly! She's a rockstar. She knows how to take care of their clients. She always make sure clients are happy and (well fed😉☺️🥹) yes, they have some complimentary food and relaxing atmosphere in their receiving area (which is very cool) Whenever i visit, it feels home. You wont feel initimidated. Today, as part of my commitment and to show that am really happy, i invested in purchasing their non avasive Eneo Totale Blue skin rejuvenation and anti aging machine. Thanks to the owner Tommy for being so kind and considerate! They definitely deserve more clients! Shout out to everyone for making their clients pretty like me! and educating clients what services they are doing and what it does n the skin😊.. i will be a forever client!

I highly recommend Wellness Spa at Willow Glen! I have not only seen great results but they have great customer service! My friends are always asking what brand moisturizer I wear! Had a great experience at The Wellness Spa which started with skin analysis followed my specific treatment catering my skin texture. You will also get led treatment and massage chair after massage that helps relax back, foot and the arms. Overall great experience. Wish they add more massage time as part of facial as well 😬

The staff was very warm and welcoming. As you as you walk in you feel a sense of calm. The environment is well appointed and elegant. I had the lymphatic facial massage due to congestion and clogged ears. There was some relief with the procedure. Hopefully, they will be more benefits tomorrow. I definitely recommend giving this spa a try.

We visited for a facial spa on 9th Nov 2023. I have completed facial spa. After that, the person at Spa told me that, they can treat face pigmentation and convinced me that they will reduce 70%. She made me to pay $500 for two sittings (facials) and informed me that, there will be 70% of improvement on pigmentation. I have completed both sittings (1 in December and 1 in January). Below are the concerns: 1. The person who gave commitment of 70% of reduction in pigmentation, never met with me after she got $500 payment from me on 9th November. 2. Absolutely no follow up 3. After completing both sittings, the person at reception, doesn't have any idea about my plan and she tried reaching someone, but there was no response. 4. We have to leave the Spa without any result and end up loosing $500. Its waste of money and as soon as we are done with payment, there will not be any follow up and no one answers any questions.
