I was a little unsure of giving Nicole, of West Coast Willow Skincare a try. She came highly recommended from a couple friends, but her online reviews were sparse. However, I decided to go for it! I now know why she had so few reviews on here….everyone is trying to keep her a secret! My facial was the most customized, nurturing 90 minutes I have ever had on an aesthetician’s table. And I don’t feel the need to wear any makeup for a week after the facial. Her West Seattle location is convenient with easy parking. The space feels refreshing, relaxing, and unlike any spa or salon that I have ever been in. It’s hard to describe! The products she uses, which are a mix of high-end natural products and potions she makes herself, smell amazing, and do some serious work. Her books fill up fast, but don’t let that deter you. Make sure you schedule out for the year. You are worth it, and Nicole is DEFINITELY worth it. Just don’t take my spots ;)

I love this place! I bought some tea here to help me sleep and it’s amazing (Dream Tea blend). The owner has many other fantastic blends that I can’t wait to try.

Love, Love, Love the Great atmosphere of this Apothecary! The vibe, the smells, the custom made blends of teas, the gifts for myself or friends & the knowledge for all the questions I might have. The Best thing about it is the Wonderful & Relaxing Facial with Nicole.. it is Amazing! I Highly recommend!!

Nicole has a natural gift of creating a comfortable space so one can relax. She understands her craft, is an amazing esthetician and is always looking at new ways to increase her knowledge of natural skin care. With just a touch or two to the face she creates the ultimate facial. Her touch is gentle, filled with kindness and love. She is the only person I trust to take care of me. I appreciate her gift. Great neighbor and local business! Nicole is very thorough and listened to what concerns I had (both internal and external!) Hands down, best facials in town! And she is very knowledgeable about herbs and teas for your body. Come check it out!

I got a dermaplane facial here and it was one of the most relaxing facial experiences I have ever had. Nicole has been very helpful in guiding me with my skincare concerns and I’m looking forward to my future appointments with her! She’s so kind and knowledgeable it’s very easy to relax in her care.

This local shop is fantastic and carries a plethora of herbs and natural remedies for most of your aches and pains. Nicole is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and has created a calm, welcoming environment for all to enjoy. The shop always has the hours of operation posted in the window, and the business's Instagram (@westcoastwillowapothecary) is quick to post any scheduling changes.

I stopped in here and fell in love. There is an amazing herb pharmacy, candles, skincare, and witchy, fun selection of items. I saw her skincare collection and knew it would be a really good product and I purchased the oil facial cleanser, and this amazing new obsession - Golden Glow. My life will never be the same and this gorgeous product smells amazing and feels like silk on my skin. Absorbs readily and I just feel like a queen when I put it on in the morning. West Coast Willow is going to be my new go-to for a magical skin practice ✨💫🌙 Run don’t walk

I’ve been to this shop numerous times and I just love it! It has a very soothing and welcoming vibe. The owner is very lovely and just a joy to talk to. I get their herbs for making tea. There’s a huge selection and they are very reasonably priced. There are so many nice things here like tinctures, candles, facial products, journals, pens…I’ve been very happy with all of my purchases from this shop. I plan to schedule a strawberry facial soon. I would highly recommend West Coast Willow.

I had the most relaxing facial with Nicole! Magic hands, for sure. The oils and masks she used were also light and refreshing; I had a strawberry and cream facial, and it smelled delectable. What I loved the most was her massages in between tasks. I've had facials where someone just puts a mask on me, leaves the room while I steam, and repeat. Nicole had the best massages in between. When it was over, it felt like I was on a cloud. The shop is also super cute, and the treatment room is uniquely decorated to create a peaceful foresty theme. 5/5 would return.

I needed this place in my life. Great medicine - love the owner- beautiful vibe. We need to start taking our health into our own hands and have more places like this. Even if you just want to sage your space with a cup of beautiful organic tea, this is the place!

Nicole is amazing! I started getting facials with her in January, and my skin is looking and feeling better than ever! She’s very skilled in her craft but also extremely knowledgeable about all things skin. She was able to look at my skin and tell me about the cause of the skin issue and how it related to something else in my body - and after scheduling some blood work with my doctor, the results aligned with exactly what Nicole had told me just from looking at my face. She also makes her own products and they feel and smell amazing! Her space has incredible energy and good vibes, and she is also a pleasure to talk to. Run, don’t walk!

Not only is Nicole an incredible person, but she works literal magic on my skin! I've been seeing her for a couple years and have been driving from Lynnwood just to see her. She's just that good! She always customizes my facials to fit my exact needs that day and my skin has never looked better. The products she uses are high quality, smell incredible, and work wonders.
