Do not buy into their membership!!! It's a fraud!, they explain to you how you can use an extra credit to gift it to someone but they don’t explain to you all the details that are entitled in the memebership and how you have to wait 2 months to actually have 2 credits and how the credits expire as well. They’re just trying to scam people outta money and honestly it’s sad for a business to be doing that now a day. The service girl in the front even went as far as saying they fired the other men who sold us the membership cause he was doing false advertising for them. DONT BE A MEMEBERSHIP THEY’RE Scammers and it’s super sad to see people still trying to take advantage of people. Never will I come here again. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

I love the team in the hand and stone west Kendall! All the front desk girls are absolutely amazing, they’re so sweet and accommodating. Definitely recommend to book a hand and stone massage, all the therapists are great.

BEWARE! Do not buy into their membership!!! It's a fraud! After you pay for services and cancel, they only give you 2 months to use your credits and then you lose them!! Something you paid for, they don't give you the service or your money back. Staff is not the nice. The manager there was rude and belittling. Plus, they up charge you for EVEYTHING and the massages were not even worth it which is why I cancelled. If you like to throw your money away, then this is the place for you otherwise, run away!

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in! Deb at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming and answered all my questions. I had the pleasure of having a massage with Carmen and let me tell you it was amazing!! I left feeling like a different person. 10/10 , booked my next massage before leaving. I received a massage here today and i will not be going back. I’ve been to various hand and stone spa’s all over miami and this location was the worst service i’ve experienced. My therapist was unprofessional and was cursing 30 seconds into me being there, the massage was not good and felt like i was barely being touched 90% of the time. I asked for the CBD oil add on as i always do and she had a reaction as if she didn’t want to use the CBD oil for some reason, i thought it was odd and already felt uneasy being there but i tried to relax and let everything go. No joke, she did not apply any CBD oil to my skin at all, the entire “massage” was extremely dry and felt rough. She kept pretending to add oil every now and then and when she would come back to my skin it felt exactly the same, rough and dry, no oil at all. I don’t understand why you offer CBD oil if some massage therapists clearly do not want to use it or work with it, mind you this is a +$30 add on. To top it off my “massage” finished at 11:54 while i paid for an hour massage, an add on i did not receive at all as when i got up i saw the small cbd oil completely full, not even the tiniest bit of oil used, and all of the other unacceptable circumstances. I was genuinely so shocked by all of this and couldn’t wait to get out of there, what i received today was a complete rip off and it is not okay. Do not go here, i came here for relaxation and left even more tense than i was when i came in. I deeply regret trying out this location. Every other hand and stone in miami is better than this one.

I’ve struggled with other massage businesses messing up my appointments, and my account and the list goes on. I’ve been coming to this location for the last three months, I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to let everyone know how efficient and friendly the staff has been. It’s difficult to find a therapist that really understands and listens to your problems. I’ve walked out, truly satisfied, very relaxed, and my pains have gone away. I highly recommend this location. Not all locations off of the same service and level of efficiency.

Carmen is very professional and friendly. She has good vibes and I feel comfortable in her care. Her technique will make you walk out better than when you came in. A Swedish massage and deep tissue with Carmen makes me feel good for weeks afterwards. Free parking. Relaxing music.

Great spa! From the moment you walk you its relaxing and friendly, Isabella the friendly front desk person offered me delicious flavor hydrating water and checked me in, then I was escorted to my room and Alina gave an excellent massage, it was relaxing and she is very professional, then . She escorted me to my facial, and Viviana was excellent my face was glowing. I loved it so much I joined their membership which Isabella did an excellent job explaining. Great local spa!

Horrible place the owners are super ratchet specially the wife she speaks to people like they are animals. I’ll definitely be contacting corporate I would really wish they closed this place down because the attention is super bad and the staff are horrible and on top of that they collect payments without authorization. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Alma, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Alma's professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me in a relaxed state. The massage room was serene and calming, with soft lighting and soothing music that created the perfect environment for relaxation. Alma is incredibly skilled in her craft. She used a combination of deep tissue, Swedish, and trigger point techniques, which were tailored to my specific needs. Her ability to find and relieve tension in my muscles was remarkable. Alma was attentive to my comfort level throughout the session, adjusting the pressure as needed. She checked in with me periodically to ensure I was comfortable, which I greatly appreciated. After the massage, I felt a significant reduction in muscle tension and an overall sense of well-being. Alma’s massage left me feeling rejuvenated and more relaxed than I had felt in a long time. I am now a regular this is my now my third massage with her.

I was a member to South Miami location for longer than their current software could allow to show. The front desk could not confirm my membership age, what she could confirm is that I was a member prior to September 2013. September 2013. One of the greatest values the company provided was the ability to rollover any unused services to the next month and even combined services during a visit. This was extremely useful during a day that a facialist recommended something to improve the or I simply wanted to upgrade my visit. I was explained in multiple visits that if I ended up adding services in order to use an unused package to be mindful and add enough upgrades to total the amount of two packages to not lose any value of the service. If they were small upgrade $10-20 best to save my unused service for another time and pay out of pocket the small upgrade. I have done this for years with no issues. I relocated around 2017 and began using the location in Town & Country and never had an issue with any appointment. I would say after that I only visited South Miami only a handful of time because location was convenient, and the service was the same if not better. Coral Way location opened and figured this would be even better and I would maintain a more routine schedule since it was a bit closer. Only until the recent opening of the Coral Way location that I have somehow been incorrectly charged to the point of losing over numerous services due to poor management between locations. I personally called the South Miami location to confirm my credits prior to booking and attending services to know what I was able to plan and schedule. When I would explain to the South Miami location the disconnect during a call to update my credit, they simply said we said X number of services available you will need to call the West Kendall location and they should see the same thing. I still don’t know what happen but figured the services has slowly decreased over the last couple years some great staff but not how it was when you could book anyone, and service was across the board regardless of who you saw that day. I was very excited to see a closer location but disappointed they cannot provide the same standard as Town and Country and South Miami location once had. My most recent engagements via phone and in person with the South Miami location have been very dismissive I hope management can update their customer service training. I understand telling a customer they will have to call them back when the customer is on the phone. I personally came to the South Miami location to try to resolve the number of credits since in trying to discuss with West Kendall they advised since South Miami was my home location, I needed to resolve the status with them. Fair enough but over the phone was not getting me any answers except yes, I see X credits they should too. I arrived at the South Miami location to resolve, and they tell me they will call me back. In the end I chose to cancel my membership. I understand Coral Way is a new location and training and new staff can be challenging the facialist and massage therapist that work there do a nice job I would just caution the monthly program.

This is one of the most disguting spa ive been to. I saw the way the owner humiliates the employees and they only care about selling memberships. They tried to brag me to leave a good Review by offering me aroma therapy. I really do not recomend this spa.

First time at Hand & Stone - Ambar was excellent! We discussed problem areas before beginning my massage and she did such a fantastic job with just the right amount of pressure. Cannot recommend her enough. She was also so sweet and calming, her energy truly made the difference in making this a relaxing massage
