The front desk staff are friendly, the doctor is knowledgeable, and the facility is very clean. I’ve been coming here for about a month, and the urgent care staff administer my testosterone shots. Unfortunately, during my last visit, the staff member who gave my injection hit a nerve in my hip. The pain was so intense that I told her to stop, but she continued injecting anyway. It’s been five days now, and I’m still dealing with pins and needles sensations, making it difficult to sit or lay on that side. I hope they retrain their staff to handle situations like this better and prioritize patient comfort.

I have been coming to West Point Aesthetics now for about 7 years. They are the very best, always try to accommodate your schedule and Wendy Amezcua P.A. is the very best at doing Botox and fillers always minimal discomfort!!

100/10 Went in today for lip filler and left feeling like a whole new person! Jackie made me feel very comfortable and Dr.Bembi did an amazing job with the filler. It was the best decision ever! If you’re insecure about your lips like I was I recommend coming here and getting them done 💕

Dr atul is a great dr. He is very detailed oriented and ensures that you are taken care of. His office staff is friendly and very helping. The clinic is clean, well equipped and very professional setting.

Making an appointment was very easy on the website. Front desk staff was amazing and made checking in and out a breeze. I got Botox with Wendy and also had a consultation regarding weight loss. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I am so excited to start this journey.

I go to Malinda to get laser hair removal. She is super professional, friendly, and she knows what she is doing. I see great results every time I come and am always offered numbing cream for some relief. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at WP. Wendy and Anna are great at what they do and very professional, patient and sweet, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I become more confident after every visit I am so thankful to have found them. They are always on time and they don’t make you wait! I highly recommend this place.
