Merry Christmas to me! I opted for a breast reduction because I was having back and neck pain. I have never been happier. They are perfect for my size and perky, I just love them. Dr Ayoub and his team did a wonderful job. I really expected more scarring but compared to another surgery I had from a different surgeon in LA I am so very pleased. The vertical incision scar is almost nonexistent at 6 weeks. I am not sure if that’s normal but I just cannot thank Dr Ayoub enough. The reduction not only took years off my appearance but emotionally it has given me a lot more confidence and I sleep better. Thank you!!!

I am so happy and pleased with my results. I had a lower body lift and tummy tuck. I was so unhappy with the large amount of stretch marks that I had across my abdomen. No matter what I did I could not lose that skin. My hips were larger than I liked and I could not lose the skin and fat in that area either. Dr Ayoub and his team are fantastic to work with. He gave me the results that all my hard work couldn’t. The team answered all my questions, were honest in what is going to happen, what to expect, and the healing process. I could not be happier with the care and professionalism that they provided, not to mention my new body!!!!

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, and lipo of my back and flanks on Oct 3rd, after maintaining a 100 lb+ weight loss. I had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Ayoub did an amazing job. Everyone was very informative, and answered all my questions. I couldn't be happier with my results. I did have a superficial incision infection about 2 weeks post op, but Dr. Ayoub and his staff were great with follow up appointments, and staying on top of my care to make sure I healed properly. I would definitely return, and I highly recommend!

My journey with Dr. Ayoub began in 2009 after a bilateral mastectomy from breast cancer. We started with tissue expanders then implants in 2010. Here we are 15 years later took out the old and put in new smaller implants. Dr. Ayoub and his team have always been wonderful to work with. I had a major breast reduction done. Dr. Ayoub did an amazing job! Initially Dr.Ayoub postponed my first scheduled surgery to have me see a specialist to confirm that I was healthy enough to have surgery with minimal risk. The doctor cleared me for surgery. I was thankful that Dr. Ayoub double checked. He cares about his patients and will not risk his license or patients life. My surgery was successful, I developed a hematoma which is very common with breast reduction. Dr. Ayoub and his staff immediately had me come into the office. Dr. Ayoub performed a painless procedure to remove the hematoma. I healed well. Dr. Ayoub also performed breast reductions on two of my sisters as well. Overall I am very pleased with how I look. I highly recommend Dr. Ayoub, he is very professional, does amazing work and has years of experience.

From my initial consult with Dr Ayoub, I felt very comfortable with him as person and as a surgeon. I had had implants placed over 34 years ago and needless to say they were incapsulated and possibly ruptured. I was finally going in for a removal and replacement, Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had. I decided on the CC's with the help of his amazing PA, based on my body size. I had an appointment before surgery to answer any final questions. The day of surgery went very smoothly, and yes, one of my implants was ruptured. I had minimal pain considering what was done, and I am very happy with the results. I may not keep them for 34 years again, but they'll last me until the point where it won't matter to me....or my husband anymore. ; )

I had a breast lift with implants done by Dr. Nagi Ayoub. I just finished my 6 week appointment, and to say my life has been changed is an understatement. He is not rated best in omaha for nothing! I received the best care from the kindest staff. Not only that, but the results I got are beyond all expectations. They are beautiful! I never imagined I would want an elective cosmetic surgery with my fear of medical procedures, but after nursing 5 children I couldn't love my body and was even feeling hatred towards it.I gave birth at home because I'm so terrified of medical environments so i wasn't sure I could go through with it. After months of consideration I decided to seek a surgeon for a breast lift and augmentation. I met with 3 surgeons in surrounding areas but when I met Dr. Ayoub and his staff I knew I was in the best hands. I received honest information with compassion. None of the other surgeons were as kind or informative. Everything was explained, from the procedure to risks and expected outcomes. I felt like he WANTED me to be his patient where the other surgeons didn't seem to care if I returned. He wanted to give me the outcome I asked for. He was direct so I understood exactly what I needed to know. He listened attentively to what exactly I hoped for and he gave me the exact outcome I asked for. He and his nurses helped me decide the best size for my body and how to keep a natural aesthetical look. The day of surgery came and I was very nervous, yet excited. We arrived at Bergen surgery center, and to no surprise the surgical staff there was absolutely incredible also. I had heard they were having a busy and hectic morning but none of them showed it. The nurses engaged in conversation with me as they were getting me prepped and were so awesome. Dr. Ayoub came in to mark me for incisions and engaged in conversation. Then the anesthesiologist came and we talked and laughed. She accompanied me into the operating room (which was large, comfortable, and not at all intimidating) while chatting about our families and experiences. (If you see this we're taking the kids to Maui in 2 weeks and you are the best!) One moment we were chatting and then I woke up all done! I had no room for fear as they kept me distracted and so at ease! This team of people work great with each other and it shows that they love working together. My after care nurse was so attentive to me and ensured I had no waiting for pain management. She had been doing this for years but still showed passion for caring. I felt extremely cared for and have so much gratitude to everybody involved. Dr. Ayoub was very precise with my incisions, my scars are very thin. His experience shows in his work. I was amazed how particular he was. The staff says he is an artist and I agree. His work is beautiful. I now have natural looking breasts that are perfectly placed, sized for my body, and more symmetrical. I honestly don't believe another surgeon could have given me this good of an outcome. More importantly than looking amazing, I love my body again and have the self confidence I was missing. Dr. Ayoub gave me that. If you are debating this procedure you need to see Dr. Ayoub and his staff at Westfield Plastc Surgery.

This review, much like my breast reduction was, is much overdue! I had spent a LOT of time before scheduling my consultation researching the procedure and local doctors (even out of state doctors). I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ayoub and his staff..but I’m gonna try! I had my (completely insurance covered) breast reduction in Oct 2023. My initial consultation was in mid July 2023. I came in prepared to make my case as to why insurance SHOULD cover my surgery. But as it turned out, I didn’t need to. They took my “before” pictures and then I was seen by Dr Ayoub. Immediately I knew that not only was I in incredibly good hands but that he agreed with me that it was medically necessary. I asked a couple questions but overall, he covered everything very thoroughly and made me aware of the risks involved. With that, they sent everything off to insurance for me. I heard back from their office in 3 weeks to let me know I had been approved and to get me scheduled. As anyone who has dealt with insurance knows, 3 weeks is super speedy! Again I was prepared for a fight on getting it approved but again…not necessary! I had another consultation a month prior to my surgery to go over consent and to answer any questions I may have. Poor Dr Ayoub, I showed up with a page full of questions but he answered them all with amazing patience. Surgery day went off without a hitch and I have never been so calm/minimal anxiety prior to having a procedure done! I was never really hung up on a specific cup size and trusted Dr Ayoub to make the right call. And my results are amazing! I literally could not dreamed of having these results! Smaller, perkier AND I’m out of pain? Huzzah! Everyone was so incredibly nice and accommodating for my follow ups too. I never felt there was a lack of communication or that I didn’t know what my next steps were at any point during this process. Big shout outs to Tatiana RN and Cassidy PA-C! You gals are the sweetest and I appreciate all your help through everything!! Highly HIGHLY recommend Dr Ayoub and his team for any of your needs!

I highly recommend Dr. Ayoub and his staff - they are so wonderful and truly are there to help you realize your goals! When I was younger I had saline implants and after ten years, one ruptured and so I simply had them removed. After about seven years, I decided to have them redone so I could feel more confident. Pushing 40 and having a teenage daughter - I knew I wanted them to be realistic for this stage of my life (and for my body frame) and I could not be happier with how they turned out! I am six months removed from the surgery and they are fantastic, very natural looking (now with silicone implants) - his team was so attentive to helping me get the right size for what I was going for - they are so thoughtful and kind - taking the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve.
