We had a 2 bedrooms villa. One side worked , the other bedroom never had any hot water ever!! Complained and never any results! The electrical breaker in the one bathroom keep tripping, which is an gfi breaker just needed to be replace but they said it was fine even though it kept tripping, you would alway be in the dark in the shower or doing anything in the bathroom , it would alway put you in the dark !! Terrible never fixed. So we had an whole bedroom that never worked.. crap.. Now they are charging parking to owners which we are.. you have to charge it to your card and then they said they will credit you!! Will see.. I also just read a women had bed bugs.. I got up the the day Tuesday and had red bumps on my stomach that hurt.. but my husband said just blow it off.. so I did. My mistake but the maid service did come the next day. No problems with that situation, except my spots are still itchy and red.. We will never come back here again

Nice hotel, everything seemed clean staff was nice, nothing mind-blowing but not bad either. Lots of Elvis Presley stuff so if you're a fan good place for you.

This hotel is close to kids' sports competitions, but that is the only thing going for it. 2 of our 4 elevators were broken for the weekend, and the remaining always had a line. The water was turned off (hot and cold) for emergency repairs that took 5+hours. There are very limited dining options and almost no entertainment. The arcade was bare bones and the pool closes for the winter (but it's not posted). The only cool thing was the view of the sphere.

I’ll start with the GOOD! Mr. Jimmy the bellhop was the best! First impression is everything, so after interacting with him, we thought that all would be well. We also liked that we had access to the train, which goes back and forth to the new strip throughout the day. All was well until we attended the timeshare presentation. Everyone that we encountered were all kind, even though everyone’s goal was to get us to attend the timeshare presentation. I must note that the only reason that we selected Westgate was due to an owners referral; we thought that we’d save a few dollars, and cancel our reservation at Elara, and it is the biggest mistake that we could’ve made! NEVER AGAIN. We attended what we THOUGHT would be a 90 minute presentation. We ended up being there for 4.5 hours. It’s all a SETUP, and they’re all in on it! Our tourist was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, literally. He told us upfront that even if we say no, he’d treat us with respect, and that was a LIE. He even told us that he went in on his day off, we’ve figured out that this was a lie as well. Once he realized that we weren’t giving in to this timeshare business, his entire demeanor changed. He told us that he already makes 6-figures a year, and that he wasn’t tripping if that meant he’d help us get $150! Ha! It was NEVER about a giftcard, again, it was the $500 fee that they’d charge if we did not attend. Also note that we already make 6-figures, so that comment did not phase us AT ALL. 😂 This “ resort “ was not worth $700 for 2 nights, so we were NOT going to allow them to charge us that (with the $500 fee). After several interactions with he and his boss, and saying NO over and over again, they finally accepted that we weren’t giving them our money. Also note that we and maybe 2 more families were still in the room by this time (we went at 9:30), and an entire new group of people were there by the time they gave up (their goal is to hold you up, and force you to buy). Only ONE family of all that attended purchased (they made an announcement), so why were they holding us up? Our tour guide was very upset and said that not everyone wants the finer “shit” in life, lol. and walks off! I thanked him anyway. After he finally got out of our hair, a rude little lady came to the table to close us out, and process our gift, so she say. She came to the table to offer us time to think about the offer, and then turned around to also invite us back for 4 nights, for $75. I told her that I’d think about it, she was very rude and wanted a definite yes or no. We said no, and she escorted us out. You can tell that she was not happy. The staff cannot take no as an answer, and it’s weird! They get so butt hurt if you decline their offer. The resort is VERY OUTDATED, and if you’re there on a promotion, they will give you a room with issues, so that when you see the demo room, you’ll be easily persuaded. At the end of our tour, we spoke with hospitality about the time that we spent being hassled by these tour guides, and he said “ I’m sorry if they told you 90 minutes before going inside, it recently changed to 120 minutes.” We knew that he’d been trained to say that! We did receive a $100 gift-card, that we considered as reimbursement. Also, they will present you with an 100K+ offer with a 25K down payment first, and they will then work themselves down. Our last offer was $118 a month, with a $300 down payment and we still said NO! We didn’t like the attitude, hassle, and the fact that our tour guide purposely held up our day. So, please avoid this resort and stay somewhere else!!!!!!! We will go back to Vegas, but we will NOT stay there! This location also has the lowest reviews out of their other locations, and I now see why.

Great location for an event at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Hotel is very nice, good size gaming floor, some good food and drink choices on site.

Feb 03, 2025

Not good for longer stays. No microwave, no coffee pot. Airport shuttle needs to be planned “weeks in advance”. Sheets got changed once a week and had to call to get more towels. Monorail access is great, just bad service.

Feb 02, 2025

Close to Convention Center. Wish they had a coffee maker in the room.

Feb 02, 2025

We checked in late last night and they gave us a room that was occupied! We ended up having to trek back to the front desk and ended up in this room because it’s all they have even though we booked our room in November. The bathtub drain is rusted because the faucet leaks. The bed is pretty firm and the pillows are comfortable. The resort fee includes parking, safe and an empty mini fridge to use in the room. But our safe was broken. The location is walking distance to the convention center.

I love this placeI've been coming here many years they have a great sports book they have great resort .shows and the service is perfect. the cocktail waitresses are prompt and all-around it's a very clean environment

It is always a pleasure staying at Westgate Resorts in Las Vegas. The staff is pleasant and always willing to assist whenever possible. The suites are clean with nice decor. It's conveniently located off the strip away from the major crowds, but the monorail is right there, or you can utilize the free shuttle to Treasure Island on the strip, which runs frequently. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and games on-site.

Feb 01, 2025

Staff friendly and helpful. Casino clean, and many servers, food at restaurants excellent

The Westgate is an average to above-average casino. It’s not on the strip but it’s close enough for most things. It’s tucked next to the convention center in a relatively quiet area. The rooms and service were fine but you can tell it’s a bit dated. There is also a more smoky smell than other, newer casinos. If you have a sensitive nose this will bother you. Also, the elevators are rather slow and often require a wait to access your room. The casino floor has plenty of options and the high limit room is quite nice. We ate at the Italian restaurant and were very satisfied with the experience. The 24/7 Starbucks was a nice touch. It’s dog friendly and there are a few EV chargers in the North Garage. This wouldn’t be our first choice but somewhere we’d definitely stay again if it lined up.

Where do I begin with this disappointment? I booked here due to the proximity to the Convention Ctr. Paid for a King Luxe Room, which is an upgrade. After 12 hours of travel, we checked in and went upstairs, exhausted, only to find there was nothing “Luxe” about it. For starters, it wasn’t even a hotel room, it was a hospitality suite. Weirdest layout imaginable and dated as hell. Looked around and wondered where the bed was. The only bed we could find was one of those accordion beds you have to fold down on both ends, almost like a large cot. It was folded up and in the middle of the floor. Then we discovered that the sofa was actually the bed. The sofa turned into a Murphy bed. The handle was in the wall above the sofa and it pulled down into a full sized bed, or a very small queen, right out of the wall. Mattress was about 6” and had no body to it. The best part was the amount of noise it made. Breathing made it squeak, I shit you not. Being unacceptable, I called. After an absurdly long wait, they moved us to an Owners Suite. Two large rooms combined with two full baths, jacuzzi tub and a king bed. Updated, beautiful and modern. But….one of the toilets wouldn’t flush and there was NO hot water. We ran both bathroom sinks and showers for several minutes. Maintenance comes up and literally ran every faucet for 15 minutes while chatting with us. Here I’ll add that the hotel staff was wonderful, all of them. Earl the Bellman, Adam the maintenance guy and the restaurant staff were all amazing. After 15 minutes the hot water for one shower came and the other never got hot. Also, the toilet in the good shower/bath wouldn’t flush and the shower/bath with the good toilet wouldn’t get hot. Since we were technically in two suites we had two thermostats. Well, the heat just wouldn’t come on in the suite with the living room and dining room, making it 65 degrees tops. Not unbearable, but certainly not comfortable. Overall, this place is just a massive disappointment for what we paid. I’d never stay here again, and you shouldn’t either. Also need to add that although we saw them every morning in our hall, housekeeping never came. Weird

Are you getting me that I left a glowing review??? On the contrary. Room was never cleaned over a 4 day period, heat didn't work and had to ask housekeeping to provide extra blankets.

Great people, lot's of things available at Westgate Resort & Casino from shows, restaurants, Spa's and really good service. The best sports book in Las Vegas. Great time was had. I will be back soon.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this time I received terrible treatment from the staff during check-in. Not only was my room not ready, but they also made me wait for two hours in the lobby until it was cleaned. They offered me a room with a small bed, which I did not request, even though I had paid for a king-size bed. They told me they could not guarantee the type of room, even though that is the first thing a guest selects when booking. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and a woman came out 15–20 minutes later only to tell me the same thing, but in an even worse manner. After a long and exhausting trip, not being able to rest upon arrival made this the worst experience. To make matters worse, the guests in the room next door had a live band practicing and rehearsing until 3–4 AM. I had to report them the first, second, and third nights of my stay, and although they would stop for a moment, they would continue playing. It was truly frustrating.

The Last time I stayed at this property was 40 years ago when it was the Hilton. The renovation to what is now the Westgate is impressive. I have hosted an AFC/NFC Party for over 30 years in Vegas where between 20 and 30 guys attend. The was the first year I hosted at the Westgate. My party attendees were as impressed as I was, and My Host John Sia was awesome

Jan 31, 2025

The casino Host service in the casino is awful never had this kinda hateful hosts they hate players coming to them when you see the face they are so mad why these players come to host.. such a shameless less people if they don’t like that kinda work find something else Definitely will not suggest this place for high stake gamblers

Visited the the Westgate to see Elvis! Great show! As a Veteran I came to tears for the dedication to our military.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Would not stay here again even if it was for free. Paid for a king room, front desk lady told me kindly upgraded my husband and I. We got to the room, started looking for the bed, and couldn’t find one. Turns out that the small single sofa bed IS THE BED. Obviously went back down very confused as to how i was upgraded, when I was indeed downgraded. Even the lobby staff admitted “they don’t have any more real beds tonight” and that I would have to wait till the next day to see if any free’d up. Lobby staff suggested to wait till manager was out of a meeting to offer compensation, waited over an hour past midnight just to be spoken extremely rudely by Nancy saying she would not offer any compensation and that she won’t do anything to assist us. Apparently this hotel does not guarantee what room you select, and that all they guarantee is a room. I reviewed all the terms and conditions of my reservation and found no such thing. The manager also refused to email me any proof of our conversation so that I could speak to corporate. If you want to enjoy your trip, I highly suggest looking for another hotel.

Clean, up to date rooms. Friendly service. Nice facilities.

Jan 30, 2025

It all started with the fact that after a 6-hour move I had to stand in line for registration for another 40 minutes. Of the 10 cash desks, only 2 were open, after my turn came the staff did not greet me and was quite cold emotionally. The room was clean and nice, but you had to wait a very long time for hot water in the shower. But the "cherry on the cake" was the commission after check-out, $ 180 for two days!!!!! Are you serious?!?? In addition to $ 300 for accommodation, you lovingly added another $ 180! This ruined all the positive emotions of staying at the hotel. I chose you because Elvis lived with you and I wanted to touch history. But these were the last $ 180 that I spent in you. I hope you became richer. Goodbye

This hotel is one star at the best. The rooms all need to be renovated. The service is terrible. This is the second time I stayed at the Westgate. The first day there was no cold water. The second day there was no hot water. The third day there was no water for over 6 hours. The noise coming from the hallway and other rooms seems like it never stopped. The restaurants in the hotel were all pretty bad. The service and the food was slow and there was taste in the food.

This is a great place to experience

Jan 30, 2025

We checked in this evening and received what appears to be a large ‘overflow’ room. When we immediately called the front desk to request a room change the front desk person (Charlene) was abrupt and then rude to me and said that the hotel is full with no room. We would have wait until tomorrow afternoon to make a room change. When I reminded her that we are customers and she should display better customer service she continued to be abrupt and did not care. We have never experienced this kind of customer treatment will never return to this hotel in the future.

Jan 30, 2025

Great friendly people They treat you like family Very clean environment with lots of shows to choose from

Jan 30, 2025

I have not spent time at this hotel. I was thinking about celebrate my birthday and stay there. Unfortunately I have read so many negative comments in regards to their customer services and other situations that have happened in the past few days that I decided not trying.

Jan 30, 2025

Restrooms have warm water. Better than the luxury resorts on the Strip.

Jan 30, 2025

The hotel has free parking and the location going for it. The hotel is outdated and the furniture is old. I really don’t know if the resort fee is even worth it since the internet is so slow. The customer service is great though. My room wasn’t clean well, there were hairs on the tub and the wrap that is used for new socks in one of the drawers. At some point, this hotel had a glorious past but not anymore. For the price, I rather stay at the Tuscany Suites. Walking between the parking structure and the hotel elevators is painful because they have swap meet style stores trying to sell you stuff. Don’t even mention the time shares efforts.

Jan 30, 2025

They call themselves "SuperBook" but now close at 10pm, including on their app. Embarrassing! Last time I tried to go in person they added paid parking, but the app didn't work so I just left.
