I’ve been coming here for over a year, and it’s always such a welcoming and positive experience. The entire team is friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere every time. Eric is especially amazing, he’s incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping me feel my best. Amanda is also fantastic! She’s always so kind and attentive, making every visit even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional care and service!

Always a wonderful experience. I have seen Trisha Skinner for innumerable treatments including tox, fillers, and Morpheus 8. She is so kind and professional. Completely and totally immersed in her trade and will not steer you in the wrong direction. The front desk is warm, welcoming and capable. Highly recommend.

First off extremely happy that this place exist! I have followed Eric for years because he is the only one to touch my face with his artistic hands and knowledge. The front desk staff is the best , always smiling faces and warm energy without fail. The Place as a whole is welcoming and professional. I’m grateful to be apart of it!

I APSOLUTLY love this place. Nurse Trisha is so caring and understanding, helps calm my nerves and answers all my questions when it comes to any type of injection. The front desk is the Icing on the cake with their open personality and willingness to help you in any way.

I’ve been a patient for half a year now and I’ve had an incredible experience so far. The doctor and nurses listen and do their best to help with whatever concerns you have. I especially appreciate how great the front desk is! They are always so welcoming and go out of their way to make it a great experience. :) I love this place, I highly recommend.

I’ve seen Trish Skinner for several different treatments/procedures (filler, Botox, moxi, micro needling) and she is incredible! WA&W as a whole offers excellent services at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

LOVE Westlake Aesthetics and Wellness. Eric is incredible—he listens to exactly what your concerns are and starts conservatively with treatments to make sure you achieve exactly what you’re looking for. I especially loved my halo laser experience and will def be back for another next year.

Update: I’ve now seen Trish for various aesthetic treatments and Dr. Wills for wellness treatments and I couldn’t be happier. The service at Westlake is fantastic and all the providers are so friendly and personable. The front desk staff and management are super professional and very helpful with scheduling and checking out. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my aesthetics and wellness visits! I recently got a lash lift & tint and brow lamination at Westlake Aesthetics and absolutely loved the results! Amanda did such a great job - my lashes and brows stayed permed for so much longer than I expected. Very happy with her work and would def recommend if you’re considering anything eyelash / brow related!

I have recently started seeing Fernanda. Each time I get a facial I’m leaving with a good experience. She’s outstanding and knows her stuff. I love that she explains every step so perfectly. She has given me the best routine for my skin and I have been seeing improvements. I appreciate a company with educated/outstanding employees and the best customer service.

I LOVE the WAW! I came for an iv when I wasn’t feeling good and it knocked the sickness out! The products and services here are amazing! Not to mention, the staff is so kind and friendly I always feel welcome. They answer any questions I have and give great advice on how to not only look my best but feel my best too. I have been getting my eyelash extensions done by Amanda and will not go to anyone else! She is the best at what she does, she’s super efficient and her work is seamless! It’s just a bonus that she has the best personality and I look forward to every appointment! The front desk staff makes checking in and out so easy and do a great job at welcoming guests into the office. I look forward to adding new and different services on to my next visits!!

Every experience I’ve had at Westlake Aesthetics has been excellent. Their staff is friendly, engaging, and authentic in their interactions and seem to really care about the work they do and how you feel at every turn. Most importantly, they are home to one of Austin’s best injectors, Caleb Martin. Not only does Caleb possess an affinity for aesthetic enhancements and preventative treatments, he also has extensive experience and a dedication to education that has me in awe; I’m not sure how he does it all! I am so glad to have found Caleb who I trust to maintain and enhance my appearance for years to come. If you’re ready to turn heads and hear comments from passers-by like “you look so refreshed” and “you have the most beautiful lips,” look no further. I love this place. Great energy here and the practitioners have exceptional skills. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Eric Flores is an absolutely incredible injector. My appointment with Caleb was fantastic. He took great care of me - it was my first time getting anything done! My lips look amazing and I can't wait to see the final results. Also, Amanda does my lash extensions and I get compliments all day everyday. She's wonderful.

Trish is truly a godsend. I was so nervous to get Botox and filler because I'd only done it once before and it was a bad experience. Super painful & results were iffy (at best). Trish was my injectable angel sent from above. She explained everything in great detail. Every poke, every touch, everything. Which put me so at ease. She could sense my low pain threshold and offered a few tricks so I left with… dare I say… an enjoyable experience getting filler and botox! The front desk staff was also so kind and not pretentious like some of these places can be. I didn’t feel like anyone was judgey even though I came in looking like an exhausted mama who just climbed out of bed. All that AND we mapped out a plan for the future "enhancements" I want to make to my face. I wanted to ease into this and she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable about achieving my goals at the pace I feel good with. My results are absolutely fantastic. Exactly what I wanted & I've already sent Trish to a handful of girlfriends in the ATX area. Just book, you won't regret it!!

Well rounded experience, all staff are so friendly. I enjoyed sitting in a quiet room with cozy blankets, aesthetically pleasing images while the numbing cream numbed my face for Morpheus8 procedure. Eric the NP was most thoughtful and mindful about making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It is the second day and my skin already feels tighter. I look forward to going back for my next few sessions!

Westlake Aesthetics & Wellness is amazing in so many ways...from Dr. Wills to each and every provider/injector and medical tech. You walk in and instantly feel better. The offices are beautiful and high class. All this to say, it starts with the first person you see and that is Avi. He is so professional, genuine, knowledgable and friendly. I feel like their only patient and that is due to everyone I interact with there.
