I went to LA to visit a friend and go to a Rams game. My buddy picked me up at the airport and was telling me about this great massage place so I agreed to give it a try. When I walked inside the spa I was very impressed with how nice and clean the spa was. The lady who helped me was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was great . Next time I am back in LA this will be my first stop.

If you’re looking for a relaxing normal massage, do not go here. This is a place that definitely wants to give you more than a massage. After repeatedly telling the therapist No, I ended my massage. I was totally thrown off by this because how clean the inside was also, there are so many signs saying this business is not about that sort of thing.

Massage cut short, masseuse didn't understand basic English, overall just a poor experience. Only upside is that the location looks nice. Tip felt completely wasted but it would've been awkward to just not pay it so I'll just never come back.

Massage was amazing!! I came with a lot of pain in my shoulder and at the end of the session I felt so much better. Also I was able to stretch my back again. They have great hands!! Totally recommended.

I am changing my review of this place. Some women are pretending not to be able to speak English as an excuse for deceiving the customer. So, it's like buyer's beware. The service is a hit or miss depending on the massage therapist. Some are asking for too many tips! Over $100! I paid for 2 hours. My session was cut short to only 1 and 1/2 hours. I was told that I will be given free 30 minutes. However, I was never compensated for the free 30 minutes. I received a missed call and a text message from Kaya Liu. I am being told to delete this review...🤔🙄

I just have the most amazing massage I have ever had at this place or spot it was super they were super kind to me the price is very reasonable and I have I felt like I was in heaven. I highly recommend this spa, also everyone was very nice to me. Finally, the place is super clean!

I really DO NOT recommend this place. The massage wasn't just less than average, but biggest issue is that the people who work there gave me a terrible attitude when it came for the tip, even though I gave almost 20% tip for a less than average massage. The lady who massage me actually followed me to the entrance asking me for more money, wanting to make me feel guilty in a semi aggressive manner. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional! First and last time I visit this place, is not even worth it. I never write reviews about any place, but this place really earned it! There are other places, don't waste your money in this one. Review update: Besides the terrible experience with the tip, forgot to mention that they made me pay in advance, and now I know why. Also, when I got down on the massage table with my shorts on, the person who massage me tried to pull down my shorts, to which I said "please don't, only the back". It wasn't a pleasant feeling I must say... Just a bad experience overall with this place. At least now I laugh every time I drive by it.

Newly opened massage spa with modern feel and style. Everything looks brand new. A very calm and warm environment. Linens are the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The feel and atmosphere of a high end spa but super affordable. This place is a great deal price wise. The Therapist I had was excellent, attentive and well-trained. I will be back.

The only tough part is that they don't speak much English and communication is hard Other than that a pretty nice spa 😌 and massage was very good Also take cash with you they add $3 if you use card.

The best massage I've had in a long time for one specific reason: Kaia the masseuse uses her hands and fingers. Many of these places use elbows and forearms in a windshield-wiper technique which I don't find pleasant. But this was truly relaxing and enjoyable. Wharf spa is a little higher price point than typically seen in the stand-alone massage business, but they make an effort to present an upscale and quality option that is worth the extra splurge. The space is clean and the decor is tasteful. One oddity, the room had a large TV turned on if you want watch sth, however she happily turned it off at my request. Honestly, the massage and experience was much better than any Burke Williams visit I've had (and over $100 cheaper). Give it shot!

This is a newly opened spa with warm decoration and enthusiastic and skilled massage technicians. It is worth seeing everyone to relax and relieve fatigue. This is very exciting because I especially like massage and come back every week.

Was in so cal for business and was in a auto accident. Afterwards I stopped by Warf Spa and got massage work a few times for my back and neck . These ladies work magic , by far the best massage I have ever had in my life . The place was so high end and cozy and very well decorated . I will return here many times I felt amazing after I left . Very professional staff wonderful place .
