Ok guys I have got to say best experience ever. They do it all. Haley did my Brazilian and she is amazing. I had so much fun here with my daughter. They have a great boutique and sell all sorts of things. Stop by just for conversation and see what services they offer.

I cannot believe I hadn't written a review until now! I've been coming here for a few years now. The first time was a bit too much for me, with a tech who isn't there anymore, but after I added more specifics to how I communicated my desires for my lash look, it's been wonderful ever since, with whoever I book with! Make sure you have reference photos and emphasize what you want more of and less of. The lashes stay on for a good while, especially with Tatiana!

I had came here to get my eyebrows waxed, and a hybrid set of extensions. Krissy was very open to looking at photos of extensions I had and made me feel comfortable, I almost fell asleep during my appointment. The atmosphere is very comforting and relaxing which adds to the experience.

I have been wearing lash extensions for over 15 years and have gotten them done all over the country through my travels, and this studio has by far been my fave! From the relaxed “family vibe” inside to the talented lash artists (shoutout specifically to Tatiana and Krissy) this place is a MUST try for anyone considering getting lash extensions or just feel like theirs could level up.

I used to love coming here a couple years ago, now it’s filled with very inexperienced lash “artists”. I left here with my lashes completely destroyed and had to have them removed. My eye was completely glue shut and the girl had to literally cut it back open with scissors. 4-5 lashes glued to several of my lashes together. I sent multiple messages, filled out the contact me form with my phone number and email and the owner didn’t care to try to reach out to me at all, horrible business practice. Save your money and your lashes and go to Top Knox.

I’ve never had eyelash extensions before. I’ve been doing cluster lashes myself for about a year now. Finally decided to go for it so I don’t have to apply lashes everyday! Haley did my lashes today and they are exactly what I wanted. So happy I have found a place so close to my house and a tech that took her time and really listened to what I wanted! She also did a facial on me last week which was also amazing. I’ve finally found my all in one place!

Krissy did a phenomenal job on my lashes. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the relaxed environment! Also, after two weeks and a few boat rides later……. My lashes still look great! Highly recommend! I will be back soon!

Tatiana does an amazing job with eyelash extensions. I wont go anywhere else! They dont fall out in 2 days like a previous place I went to get eyelashes... and I get compliments everywhere I go on them! I recommend her to everyone!

The technician who did my eyebrow wax felt very unfriendly and barely spoke the entire appointment. The appearance of my eyebrows after was mediocre at best, but the worst part was how hesitant she seemed, like she'd only done this a few times. She also ripped off a piece of skin under one brow, made a halfhearted attempt to clean the wax off my face, but ultimately left me both greasy and sticky upon leaving.

This was a big disappointment for me. This spot was recommended by a friend, but since her preferred person was fully booked, I scheduled an appointment with someone else. Since it was my first time having lash extensions, I had some questions about shape and style, and also wanted to add purple, which I indicated on the online booking form. The person I saw did not receive any of this info, apparently, and seemed annoyed when I asked if it would be possible to add color. There was nearly no conversation beforehand, and when the process began I mentioned that the tape was digging into my eye causing it to water continuously. She said it was fine. When I was finished, I expressed concern about the odd shape, with a high peak in the center and square corners at each side. She said it just needed to be brushed. I left, a little befuddled, and called my friend to see if they should feel so uncomfortable, as if something was pulling lashes and poking my lid. They were so heavy that it created a shade over my eyes. Not having any comparison, I just assumed that this was how it was. Beauty is pain. As the days went on, I could feel sharp points (from the heavy glue application) digging into my eyes, and I developed an infection in my eyes. There were red cuts and irritation along the eyelash line. It got so painful that I called the studio for advice, but could not get an answer. I eventually received a text response after texting my situation, but not after already removing them myself just to make the pain stop. I have since had my lashes done at another place, and the experience was such a positive contrast that I'm only now realizing how poorly my extensions from Whiplash were done.

Best place to go for eyelash extensions! I discovered them about 5 years ago and have not gone elsewhere. Before them, I’ve had horrific experiences at many places, this includes many high end poshy places. If you want your lashes done immaculate then this is the place. No one or any other place can top whiplash!

I love this studio!! Wonderful friendly staff, Tatiana is the best. Always does a beautiful job takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect definitely glad I’m back after taking a break from Lashes, I forgot how amazing I feel after I walk out with my fresh lashes. Absolutely my favorite lash studio.
