Really disappointed on Kathy cutting my hair. I asked her to keep my don't hair longer than the back . What she heard was that I wanted my hair short in front and long in the back. I asked her to texture my hair. That looks like a kid textured them. She hadn't done this and I asked again. Look at pictures. Really disappointed in this cut. It is so hard to find someone that listens to the client. She told me I should have brought a picture. She used the word A FRAME does this picture look like this? Sad.

Kassie is incredible! I have weird curly hair and she gave me one of the best haircuts of my life! She was so attentive, fun to talk to and did a fantastic job! You can tell she cares about her craft and clients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Seldom do I write reviews but this I had to share with others to ensure it doesn't happen to you! I should have read the negative reviews of this salon (several on yelp), and Chera in particular. Chera messed up my hair, she did not do what I asked her or paid full price for, and when I asked her if she could please fix my hair she refused and said to look for someone else. In her bio, it states her desires are to make others feel good about their hair however, her actions do not reflect that at all as she ruined my hair and refused to fix it. I was shocked at how poorly and apathetic she treated me especially since I had been a regular for some time! Additionally, every time I had an appointment with her she always increased her pricing. I couldn't believe she told me if I was unsatisfied to go elsewhere. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. She messed up my hair and took zero responsibility to make things right. I would not trust her for hair nor would I ever give my business to someone like her again. Truly saddens me. Apparently, I am not the only person who has encountered similar issues. I should have done my due diligence. Lesson learned. Avoid this salon.

Chera did an amazing job on my hair. I've been highlighting my hair for years and decided to darken it up a bit. She managed to add beautiful dimensions to my color I didn't think possible and my hair 'feels' healthy again. Chera asks all the right questions and listens to your answers to help you achieve the look you're going for. If you're looking for a new salon, I highly recommend Chera at Whispers Salon.

I have had the same hair lady for 10+ years, but her salon is in Redlands and the drive is just too far. Having to find someone new is incredibly daunting and nerve wrecking. That being said, I am SO THRILLED I found Kassie. I have very fine hair, so having the right cut and color really makes a difference. Kassie totally nailed the haircut and is an absolute wizard with color. I highly recommend Kassie!! She has a super cute salon that she shares with her sister, everything is very clean, stylish, and the vibe is very welcoming and insanely pleasant. Her prices are good, I always leave feeling brand new, worth every penny! 20 stars!

I paid $240 (incl. tip) for a keratin treatment that didn't work; my hair was frizzier after the treatment than it was before I went in. The stylist (Chera) redid the treatment for me two weeks later, but I had the same results after the first wash (72 hours later). I declined the offer to receive the treatment a third time and was only refunded $35. The haircut I got was fine, but I can't recommend this place based on my personal experience(s). I'm currently out $210 and have absolutely nothing to show for it. 6/8/2020 UPDATE: Chera texted me this evening, but not to apologize or explain anything- she demanded I remove my review then became angry when I said I wouldn't and that I stand by every word I wrote. I said I'd be willing to update the review if I received an apology or was made (at least partially) whole, but she elected not to do either. I also had to make it clear to her that I will not be bullied- I'm the one who should be angry, not her.

I’ve been seeing Kassie for over 5 years! She’s been amazing every single time! My hair turns out perfect every time! I’ve gone from dark to blonde and back to dark and never been disappointed in anything. Kassie always makes sure I’m comfortable and offers to get my water every single appt. I would highly recommend seeing her! Her sister Chera also works there and I’ve seen her work too, and I know she would do a wonderful job too!
