10 out of 10. I drive from North Charlotte for a wax. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is EVERYTHING!!! The Oasis Spa Bath is a MUST!!!

Absolutely cannot recommend White Diamond enough. From my very first visit as a consultation to scheduling each monthly service, I am very pleased. A very elegant and pleasant atmosphere from entering the spa being greeted by Larae with a welcoming smile and a positive attitude to Badria doing amazing facials always ensuring I am pleased and feel my best. I can't say enough great things about the spa and the staff. I look forward to each visit. 5 / 5 for me.

Been before & received great service in an immaculate facility. Only downside is if you want to gift anyone with a trip here, you can’t simply do it online with an electronic gift card. Surprised and disappointed by that, especially in 2023 (where most everything has that option, to include spa services).

I attended Serene Sunday, it was a good value for only $199. A hidden gem in Charlotte. The place is gorgeous, the staff was friendly and extremely accommodating. The only constructive feedback I would offer, is to organize the treatment sessions better by the groups, when the first group was called for their services, they stayed in the back while the second group waited up front for a long time. Although the music was wonderful, it became uncomfortable sitting at the table waiting. However, the champagne was nice and made waiting a little easier. I only received 3 of 4 services, with no explanation. I also signed a consent form for a service I didn’t get. While waiting for the next treatment, I was directed back to the dressing room to get dressed and told I could leave, it was over. I didn’t want to press or ask any more questions, the staff had worked hard and was visibly tired at the end and was probably just ready to go. I have to mention the guided meditation, it was wonderful, I think I would have paid $200 for that plus the divine facial, another lovely treatment. I wanted to give this experience 5 stars, I only rated it 4 because it felt slightly unorganized at the end, 4.5 stars. I would recommend and will likely go again. Janice

I attended the Serene Sunday event and overall it’s a great concept. For a flat rate I was able to experience a few different services that I have never tried before. The decor and atmosphere is stunning. The overall set up when we entered was visually appealing, however it did not encourage relaxation. I was quite uncomfortable after about 30 mins or so. I felt overstimulated with the bright lights, live music (too loud at times) and ppl walking in and out the front door. I would have preferred comfortable chairs, dim lighting and light music playing in the background given the 2nd group had a long wait for services. Everyone working the event was very nice and accommodating; they also had plenty of snacks and wine during the wait. I enjoyed trying out the services and will consider going back for a service or two. But I will not be back for a Serene Sunday unless there are some major changes to the set up and overall flow.

I've been going to Dr.White for 5 plus years now! I am 51yr old and contribute her for keeping me feeling young and looking rested.I also love that I look like myself and not over done! I highly recommend her!! I'm definitely a lifer!

Love this spa! The interior is simply gorgeous!!! You can see and feel all the thought that went into creating an elegant and serene space from the time you open the front door to every space you occupy while being serviced. I first visited years ago and make it my birthday gift every year first stop of my special day! This year I enjoyed a 90 minute hot stone massage and my facial by La Rae was thorough and enjoyable. I’m in the process of booking more services as this spa is one stop shopping and I’m excited to leverage other services for my overall wellness. Thank you!

Body scrub was amazing. La Rae is wonderful. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Only suggestion is to stop increasing your prices. It would as I Love to keep coming back.
