Ben did my nails and he did amazing. Hannah have the best pedicure I have ever had. Get the number 4 pedicure it is worth it. They do hot rocks and wonderful massage. All with all your regular steps in a pedicure. Absolutely amazing! The place was clean and so modern. I will be making this place my nail salon from now on! Ben and Hannah both were great to talk to while I received my services.

if i could leave 0 i absolutely would. Terrible never going again. the guy who did my nails told me that he was unable to do a shape that every other nail salon was able to do, then proceeded to tell me to do it myself! Absolutely not!

Everyone was very friendly and concerned about each customer's happiness. They were transparent about pricing throughout the entire process. For $110 (plus tip): a basic pedicure and full set with 4 colors used in a design. It took 2.5 hours due to needing the full set touched up before leaving. At first, the full set I received was sloppy.. I believe the technician was new. The design was perfect, but the dusting and stuff from the acrylic process wasn't cleaned from my cuticles or under the nails. Since they were so nice, I felt bad speaking up about it and accepted my fate. During my pedicure with Nina, however, she noticed my disappointment and let the owner, Ben, know. Ben cleaned up my full set and made sure I was happy before leaving. Although I was hungry, thirsty, and ready to leave and get on with the rest of my day by hour 2, I appreciated the extra time and effort they put into making sure I wasn't disappointed in the quality of the services I paid for. I'm sure I would have saved us some time if I had spoken up sooner about the full set. Ultimately, I did leave with nails that I loved and was happy to see that they were still in great condition after 2 weeks.

Upon entering the establishment I was instantly wowed. Very neat and clean. I was greeted and treated with respect. Hana greeted me with a nice smile. She was pleasant and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Best customer service! Ive been to several other places in the area over the past few years and have left due to poor customer service so this was SO important to me. This was my first time here and Ben did amazing. Ben ensures the quality of the service and even asked me to look at my own nails and he would fix them if I felt something was off. Nail shape was pretty great and also not overly thick. I love how natural they look for being acrylic. I usually get liquid builder gel but they didn’t offer it today. Ben mentioned they would have it for next time though. Either way I did not mind but something to ask for in advance if you have a preference. The young woman who did my nail polish was also very accommodating as well!

I asked for black coffin shaped gel nails with my middle finger and ring finger as a French tip and I got exactly that. The workers there were so nice. The place was clean and comfortable. I'm very happy with the experience and will be coming back next time I get my nails done.

This place is really clean and the customer service was really great! Got in same day I called. This is the only place I come to in Salisbury. Today I had Hanna and another technician they were so personable and professional.

Pays great attention to detail to ensure you get EXACTLY what u came for!! When checking out the cheap price for the quality of work I got near blew me away!!!
