about 3 months ago i was going through a paralyzing episode of “tech neck”. i was taking 8 x 200mg ibuprofen per day to manage the pain the neck and shoulder pain. a friend recommended white lotus and Cory to help. and help it did. within 1 session with Cory i had enough relief to get back in the gym to strengthen my muscles and within 3 weeks my pain was gone. Cory spoke with me empathetically and helped me understand the source of the pain, the exact location and then got to work to massage it out. he spent 90 minutes on my neck and shoulders. it was a very even and healing pressure. i trusted him and i am so glad i did. I Highly recommend Cory and white lotus. if you’re in pain you need some help. do yourself a favor and book an appointment. i now will be going at least quarterly to ensure i never feel that way again. thanks Cory!

Phenomenal friendly and very accommodating staff, relaxing atmosphere, their herbal tea is on point and last but not least, Melody is a miracle worker. She applied the right amount of pressure, was very considerate, thoughtful anf most importantly: intentional. This place is not only professional but this is arguably one of the greatest massages I've ever received.

What a lovely facility, and what lovely people! My first class was with Gwen. She has such an aura of kindness and generosity, even while making you stretch and sweat. I was really touched by this small act: as savasana began, I put my blanket under one elbow for padding. While I was trying to scrunch up my sweat towel under the other elbow, Gwen quietly slipped another blanket under it instead. I felt both balanced and cared for. My second class was with Nicole, also fantastic. Her workout struck the perfect balance between challenge (plenty) and comfort. I wouldn't have felt bad putting my shaking leg down 2 breaths sooner, but somehow she made me want to keep it up! Nicole also sprinkled some little notes about practicing gratitude throughout the workout (it was day before Thanksgiving), which were unintrusive yet inspiring - another balancing act well done.

I booked a last minute massage, with Carrigain. And OMG. She was so so intuitive and mindful of every movement. I’m heartbroken that I don’t live in Denver because I would be a forever faithful client.

I cannot recommend this massage studio enough. I had a massage booked with Kristen and she did an amazing job not only listening to my needs prior to the massage but also in the time and care she took throughout my massage. She truly helped me feel better in my body and alleviate some of my chronic pain.

Bought my wife a massage for our anniversary. She said it was the worst massage ever ! The therapist only concentrated only on her neck and feet. But she did have energy to strike a good conversation with her .

If you want a massage where they actually take your direction and focus on what you want, plus educate you, this is the place! 5 stars for Carrigain and Sarah! My back was really out of wack after getting in an accident with on my Vespa and I went to a few other massage studios before coming to White Lotus, and after one massage with Carrigain - I can easily say it was one of the best massage experience I've had to date. She's really knowledgeable about all of the muscles in the body and I felt really taken care of. What really impressed me was that she took notes after every session on my symptoms and what she did to alleviate those symptoms. I can't forget Sarah, either! She is always so friendly and welcoming when I come in and she makes me feel like a 'regular'.

Took a great Lunar Flow class on Sunday morning. What a lovely way to start the day. Studio was beautiful and had nice props and mats to borrow. Would take a class here again!

Have seen Michelle several times during this pregnancy and cannot say enough good things about the experience! Definitely the best massage I've had in Denver! LOVE that they use the pregnancy pad/pillow in order to be face down while pregnant. I always feel like I'm (literally) in such good, healing, hands.

I went here for a prenatal massage with Ryan. The studio was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Ryan was excellent and honestly exceeded my expectations given it was a prenatal massage (my previous prenatal massages have been… weak. None of which were are white lotus). He asked the right questions about my pregnancy and any concerns I had. And the pressure was perfect. Seriously, thank you! It was so relaxing. The only thing I would add which I wouldn’t dock a star for because Ryan was so great was, my husband bought a gift certificate based on the price he saw on the website and added a tip. He forwarded the email with the gift certificate but It only showed the amount without the tip. Thankfully my husband had given me the heads up he took care of the whole session and the front desk corrected the error when I provided his receipt. I add this story only for the fact that if you get a gift card and somebody else bought it, make sure you know if there was a tip added since the email forwarded to you won’t say it. But since I had the record of his payment there were no issues just maybe a bit of awkwardness that I felt but didn’t outweigh my positive experience.

Ryan is the most amazing massage therapist ever!!! Really balanced touch and super classy studio with tons of space and full locker rooms! And they sell plants and bonsai for super low prices sometimes!!!

White lotus is great. I've been a couple times, Amber and Melody are both incredible. Just the right amount of pressure, without being too much, for a therapeutic but relaxing experience. Highly highly recommend either to anyone looking for a good massage!

I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s very peaceful and clean, everyone is incredibly kind. I see Aundrea for massage therapy and I stg it really just feels like therapy. She has such a firm and gentle touch, always consistent and exactly what I need. I always feel so comfortable and cared for. Highly, highly recommend!

I had the massage with aromatherapy, and Alexandria was fantastic! My boss gave me a gift card here for my bday and I was super excited to give it a try given that something like this is usually outside what I can afford. I’ve only had 2 massages before, so wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but she asked a few questions in the beginning and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure throughout. It was a super relaxing, refreshing experience. While this is definitely a splurge, I would love to come back again!

I loved this place because of the environment, warm and welcoming receptionist, masseuse ability to listen to my needs, amazing massage in a very clean facility. I also saw other services offered like yoga & prenatal options. Shout out to my masseuse Alexandria who even gave me some things to do at home for my neck and shoulders. The amazing person at the front desk (Chrissy?) was friendly and went above and beyond. I will absolutely be back!

Everything about white lotus is wonderful! I’ve been coming here for 3 years (the packages don’t expire). The front desk staff is always warm & welcoming, Sarah somehow was even able to make me feel relaxed about being 5 minutes late to my appointment and offered tea when I came in. Corey is a massage god! He is kind, calming and a fantastic masseuse. Corey has a heavy hand (GREAT pressure) and lets you know this while sure you are comfortable that you can always tell him to lighten up. He also checks in to see what you want to focus on and how your body is feeling. It sounds funny but I feel like my muscles were put back where they belong, many knots were released, the pressure was heavy and perfect, and each section released to relaxation as he finished it. I highly recommend White Lotus and Corey!

My first massage at White Lotus Therapeutics was great and everything I needed! I felt the space was very welcoming, from the front desk staff to the massage therapist, Cory. I also liked the flow of the massage therapist's techniques. I feel so much better afterwards and I've already booked another massage! I'd highly recommend checking them out!

I didn’t see a ton of reviews for Cory so I wanted to make sure his name is here! Cory was absolutely so kind, knowledgeable, and he pinpointed exactly the spots that were really causing me trouble. He has a very calming presence, and put me totally at ease. I recommend him most highly.

I recently booked a post-workout massage with Michelle at White Lotus. The hour is exactly what I needed. She worked out several pinch points and used very effective techniques I hadn't previously experienced. I will definitely be back next time I am pushing my workout to the next level!

I was visiting Denver for work and I scheduled a massage the day-of. I really loved that I could book online at a convenient time during my day and with various options (30 min, 1hr, etc). The online profiles of the staff also made it helpful when scheduling! The location was spotless. The staff was immediately welcoming and helpful. As I entered, I was greeted and offered a drink. I really loved the overall calming and relaxing vibe. I scheduled time with Cory Sullivan, and I hope to come back and schedule with him again! We began by discussing how I was feeling, and it was very helpful when he walked me through how he would approach the session. He even gave me tips afterwards (I have back problems, so this was very helpful). He is detailed, skilled, and was very easy to talk to. I appreciate his energy, and I felt so relaxed after my session. I only wish I could've booked longer. Thank you, Cory and team!

Terrible customer service. Make sure you cancel your appointment or else you will get charged fully. They have no compassion towards something happening to you, even thought you’ve been going there for 6 months, sucks because Amber was amazing, definitely will miss her!

The masseuse and front desk staff were so lovely and kind. However, the massage just wasn’t great. I asked for a heavy massage (and asked for increased pressure during the massage) and it just wasn’t it. Sadly my cousin who got a massage at the same time said she had a similar experience- this would be a great place to go if you’ve never gotten a massage before or are looking for light pressure and very slow movements! The massage was good for the last ten minutes when she was working on my neck/head. Again, really lovely people (and I can’t stress that enough!) but not at all what I was looking for especially at a price point with tip near $150.

The place has a nice atmosphere and my massage was incredible. Cory Sullivan did a great job working out the knots in my neck & back that had been causing me so much pain. Last night was the first night in a long time I actually got good sleep! He's very good at his craft!
