I was in need of a day of relaxation as my mom had just passed 2 days ago. I googled spas and came across The White Orchid. I booked a massage and a facial online and it was really easy to do and they had a section for free typing so I decided to let them know my situation in case I just start crying out of nowhere or something because I’ve been doing that with the death of my mother you know. So I arrived today and the staff welcomed me with smiling eyes and just warmth. It was like they ‘got it’. Sometimes places don’t read anything you fill out so that was a plus already and then they have a cute table with a beautiful drink and I ask, ‘is that alcohol?’ and I hear, a worried yes response and I was like thank the good Lord, these people really do ‘get it’! Services were both amazing but the way I was treated and felt is something you don’t find everywhere. Strangers became friends to me today and boy did I need that. These are good people.

First time at White Orchid yesterday. Had dermaplanning and eyebrow wax with Justina. She was super professional and friendly. Prices are reasonable for the time and work they do. The place was welcoming and comfortable. Hope to be a regular client. I will definitely be back again soon!

I have just come from a massage at White Orchid Spa. I’ve been going there for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. But this is the first review I’ve written. My masseuse was Eric and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better massage! I suggest you try the shiatsu massage for 90 minutes. Eric is incredibly intuitive, strong and gentle at the same time. I came away feeling totally wonderful and I can’t recommend him more highly! Don’t wait! Make the appointment!! You won’t be sorry!!

My dad booked this for me for my birthday earlier in the month and it was amazing. My massage therapist was amazing along with the facial. She really got all of the knots in my back was calm and nice. Took her time and really made the most of the time in the room. Top service and customer service. very offering with anything needed assistance beverage you name it. Already looking into another booking with them.

I just received a 90-minute massage from Amy and it was amazing. I have had many massages in the past and this one by far blows all others out of the water. She has a technique like no other. I have booked my second appointment and am already looking forward to it. I cannot wait to tell my coworkers about my experience and will urge them to make an appointment for some relaxation. Parking is a challenge at this time due to construction. So allow yourself ample time to park :)

Incomparable to old ownership when Cheryl owned the spa. My boyfriend and I scheduled a couples massage and it was the worst massage he has ever recieved. His masseuse was a male with zero etiquette and seemed very nervous. I've had such good experiences with this spa until the new ownership. It's now less about customer service and more based on how they can make the most money. I will never go back.

This was my third time returning to White Orchid Spa and there’s a reason I keep coming back! Every time I’ve gone, I’ve booked a couples massage and every time they outdo themselves. The people at White Orchid go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they’re top tier massage therapists. This time, we received massages from Colleen and Amy; who were both exceptional. The champagne and candies are such a sweet touch on an already great value for a couples massage. I recommend White Orchid Spa to anyone who will listen and I already can’t wait for my next visit!

The staff and therapists are welcoming, skilled and helpful. The facilities are excellent with specific detail to creating an atmosphere where you feel relax as you enter the door and shut out the hectic world of reality. I have been at many spas in resorts and can say the only difference is that the prices at White Orchid are much more reasonable. As a person who has had a personal massage therapist for many years due to back issues, I highly recommend you try this place. You will not be disappointed.

Today I was really pampered! Started off with a deep tissue massage ! Eric was my masseus. He has 15 years experience. I want everyone, including his boss that it was a terrific experience! WOW! What a wonderful establishment with multiple services tailored to you and your loved ones! The moment you step through their doors a sensation of serenity is inevitable. Beautiful decorations, ambrosial scents, spacious with various cozy seating options, and an enlivening staff. Ashley's heartwarming smile and Amy's gracious attention to our needs created a priceless experience from start to finish. These cordial hostesses made sure we were comfortable and understood the procedures. We drank delicious champagne and even had a thoughtful birthday display on our table. Ashley and Amy are exceptionally talented at massages and made us feel heavenly relaxed. Overall, we had an extraordinary experience and without a doubt we will be back for more! We didn't realize how many different services were available such as the Himalayan salt room, infrared sauna, MicroZone treatments, and other facial options. We have now been here twice while vacationing both times was Amazing very personal experiences just us and the employees working on us. me and my husband try to do couples massages every time we go on vacation and this one was definitely one of the best. The messages, the salt room, the facials all amazing. Employees were very friendly and the lunch they served us was fantastic along with the mimosas😋 definitely coming back when we get the chance.

We were here to celebrate our anniversary. It was advertised that we would receive champagne and truffles. That didn’t happen. We had booked Swedish couples massage. We were overcharged for the massages. We were both sore for the remaining three days of our trip. We think that the therapists gave us deep tissue massages which was absolutely NOT what we had booked. We were extremely disappointed in the experience.

White Orchid Spa is beautifully pristine and immaculately maintained with numerous spa offerings. I was blessed to find the most wonderful masseuse there when we moved to Fort Myers 5 years ago. Her name is Ashley Berquist and she is young, energetic, and gives the most wonderful deep tissue massage. She works on my old muscles until all the knots are gone, head to toe! If you’re looking for a new spa, don’t hesitate to give them a call! 10 stars all around!
