Kelsey is AMAZING!! I’ve been seeing her for skin care for about a year now. Wow!! She has helped my acne prone skin look amazing! She is an expert in skin care!! I’ve learned so much from her. She has taken someone like me that had NO skin care routine to being more knowledgeable and seeing the importance of taking care of our skin. She goes above and beyond. She responds promptly and is flexible. I added services last minute and she was accommodating. You can’t go wrong with coming to white rabbit day spa! The esthetic is gorgeous!! They have wonderful product to purchase as well. Thank you Kelsey! She recommended acupuncture which is done by Dr.Kelsi Sando, I am awaiting approval to use my health insurance 🤞🏽. I’ll report back.

I got a facial here five years ago for my birthday with Adriana, and I’ve been going back ever since! Not only is she such a warm and calming presence, making the entire experience incredibly relaxing, but she is so talented and really customizes the experience to you. My go to gift for my favorite people are gift cards to go see Adriana, and now all the ladies in my life go to her. I actually moved away from San Diego, but any time I’m back, I text her first to be sure I get an appointment in! It’s my favorite self care and I absolutely love going!

I booked a last minute Signature facial with Kelsey while in town visiting and it was great! On top of the place being extremely cute it is also very welcoming. I've never had a facial before and Kelsey was very friendly and explained the steps along the way and discussed everything ahead of time as well as made sure to answer any questions I had. She gave a great experience and gave me some tips and samples for my trip as well. Would definitely come back when I'm in town again!

I had a microdermabrasion facial with Kelsey. She was excellent! I recently has a nasty hormonal breakout with some residual buildup from the acne. She cleaned everything out! My skin is now flat again and everything is clear. Thank you Kelsey! As far as the atmosphere, so relaxing and calm. Perfectly curated and they pay attention to every detail. I will be returning forsure!

I had a signature facial appointment with Adriana, and it was such a highlight of my birthday vacation! From contact in advance to product recommendation at the very end, Adriana had been extremely patient, understanding, and fun. Her knowledge and experience are so so well appreciated. Also, this spa’s whimsical and colorful interior design truly stands out from other spas in the city, showing the owner’s exploding passion and fantastical detail to attention. Thanks again for a five out of five spa experience, Adriana!! Can’t wait for our next appointment;)

I love the facials here and I can see real improvement in my skin. It’s very relaxing and the products are amazing! And they are invested in your skins long-term improvement and knowledgeable on good skin care. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend!

I love this spot! A birthday or Mother’s Day treat and it always feels like one. It’s Alice in Wonderland themed decor is an escape from the real world and the scents, treatments and massage that comes with a facial is a joy. Highly recommend this spot!

I saw Kelsey , and had an unbirthday facial ! From start to finish my experience was great. She is very detailed about every product and what she was doing during my appointment. I was so relaxed and fell asleep during the massage portion. I highly recommend and cannot wait to come back !

My face feels amazing after my un-Birthday facial from Kelsey! No wonder they won Best Day Spa 2022! From the many Alice murals to the mossy mushroom covered walls, my trip down the rabbit hole was divine. She started with a papaya enzyme steam and did a series of other delicious smelling facial treatments and massage on my face, décolletage, and neck. I can’t wait to go back and try the new Oxygen facial!

Anaïs is the best!!!! She has a holistic approach to skincare and wellness. She is so caring, sweet and knowledgeable. Every time I go see her I leave feeling relaxed, pampered and with glowing, beautiful skin. I trust her so much I don’t make any executive skincare decisions without her advice, she always knows best, her #1 priority is always to take her of her clients and make them feel special <3. BEST MASSAGE EVER. Jenifer will chat if you wanna chat, is quiet if you don't. SUPER knowledgeable, and was even able to help get rid of my massive hive outbreak!! SHE IS A MIRACLE WORKER, PEOPLE. Stress? Gone. Knots? Gone. My new go to spot Worth EVERY penny (this is coming from a massage- having veteran) and you will not regret it! And White Rabbit is really not all that expensive, either, considering location, products and services. 10/10 will go again, and i wholeheartedly reccomend!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I can only speak to the full body massage and pedicure services (which were relaxing and fantastic), and safe to say I will be back to experience a facial and manicure in the near future. Love the design and attention to detail.

I love this place! The service is always amazing. I typically see Adriana for my facials. She always spends the time explaining what she's doing and the products that she's using and why. She also takes the time to look at my skin and work on the problem areas

I loved it . Got treated for Mothers day and it was so relaxing. I almost fell asleep twice. I got a manicure and pedicure package with some amazing scrubs and tea soak . My skin never felt better . The nails look great definitely not your ordinary nail color. My technician took was so great in making sure everything looked great. Love it definitely will be back.

This place is AMAZING. Literally the cutest, cleanest, neatest little spa I've ever stepped foot in. There's a reason they have 5 stars, and there's a reason Kristina is so booked up and with a little extra charge ;) SO WELL WORTH IT. This is my favorite place to treat myself to some magical me-time... when you step in, you can't help but get swept away by their whimsical ambience. I truly love this place. And the owner Kristina is so nice and gives the best massage I think I've EVER had! Support a local small business and pay them a visit... Once you go to White Rabbit Day Spa, you'll never want to go anywhere else!!

Valerie was amazing! Beautiful soul, very attentive and really takes her time. She really just gained a loyal customer. The place is beautiful the theme is perfect! I enjoyed every minute of my Shellac manicure!
