I highly recommend this place. Mary is by far the best massage therapist I've seen in Lexington and stands out compared to a dozen+ practitioners I've seen in other cities over the years. She is incredibly attuned, thorough and holds great space. I'm highly active and have had several sports injuries and high levels of stress over the past year and her body work has been incredibly healing and helpful!

I am so confused. My therapist was so nice and the environment was very relaxing but I got a deep tissue massage there was nothing deep tissue about it. I’ve gotten hundreds of massages in my life and this was much more of a Swedish style rubbing than anything. A majority of it was face up. I’m sure for some people this is a great fit but for me it was a waste of money.

I can’t get enough of White Willow. Chelsea and Mary are both phenomenal - perfect massages every single time (truly, be prepared to sit in your car and wake up a little bit before driving home, lol). The staff is always helpful and warm (we especially love Courtney). The tinctures and salves are game changers and lifesavers, depending on which one you’re in the market for (Charley is magic, I suppose). White Willow is a gem and Lex is lucky to have them!

Alaina is THE BEST massage therapist I have ever had!! She takes the “therapist" part of her title just as seriously as the “massage” part and knows exactly how to make my body feel better ♡ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've been getting massage with Elizabeth for a bit now and I absolutely ADORE her!! She is fantastic at her art AND is highly intuitive. She always knows exactly what my body needs and is so in tune. BOOK WITH HER ASAP! :)

I've been going to White Willow for years for massage therapy for issues related to scoliosis, TMJ disorder, and recently for anxiety. I've happened to have seen several different therapists over the years and I've had a great experience every time! When I've scheduled looking for more of a medical/educational massage, I've learned a lot and they've given me recommendations for stretches and exercises. I recently went in looking for more of a mental health/anxiety reduction massage with Mary, and it was a fantastic experience. I also want to add that as someone who's not really into the stuff that is sold in the emporium, I can say that that really doesn't have to be your vibe to have a great experience with the massage therapy part of their business.

I've had 2 massages by Mary now and she's been a godsend. The last time I went in with some severe jaw/mouth pain and after the massage, she gave me great tips for relaxation and recommended I see a dentist. I am so thankful I did because I went to the dentist and sure enough I have some issues going on and they had been going on for a while now without my knowledge. I am super thankful for her and hope to be on the mend soon! In the meantime, I'm going to self-prescribe some more massages from her!

Relaxing environment with beautiful crystals and decor. Mary is terrific and does amazing work, with helpful knowledge/insight. Left the massage with my muscles feeling a lot more loose/ pain-free and relaxed. It was an overall wonderful experience!

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have been getting massages for a decade now and moved here from CA. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a studio that met my expectations. Since coming to White Willow, they've met and exceeded all expectations! I can't express how grateful I am to have the massage/energy treatments and that this gem is right in the neighborhood! Have sent my mom to get massages and now she's a regular too! Definitely recommend!

Awesome collection of crystals and other trinkets, friendly staff, and Brandon's deep tissue massage was capital P Perfect! I haven't tried their beauty products yet but I plan to. Can't wait to return!

Highly recommended! My girlfriend sees Charley and I see Breanna and we could not be happier with our experiences. I had some trouble with massages at other places due to a lower back condition, and this is the first place I've been comfortable. They will talk to you before and after to gauge how you're doing and they seem genuinely concerned and interested in your long term health and wellness!

This is my first time receiving services from White Willow Massage therapy. This is my honest review and which it will explain why I also gave it a 3 star rating. The atmosphere was to be expected. It was the location of this place, I was able truly able to relax because I can hear a lot of things outside. Secondly, the lymph drainage treatment was new for me and I felt it was done in a hurry. The only good and positive experience that I have received was the massage but there was still a lot of work that needed to be done. Recommending to the customer that a one hour would sufficient, I didn't like that one bit.

This is the best place in Lexington, KY to find a great selection of crystals and stones. When you walk in the door you can “feel” the good energy emanating from the place. They also have a good variety of essential oils, jewelry, tarot & oracle cards, and incense. They have several homemade tinctures, salves, teas, and sprays—I have tried at least one of each and am still amazed at how effective they are. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and they have a small parking lot behind the building so you don’t have to hunt for a place to park.

Tucked away and you'll miss it if you're not looking for the sign. Parking is in the back and the entire place has a cozy feel. the front end is crystals and oils, they even have an oil recipe book if you know what you want to use them for but do not know the blend. They price the oils by the drop, not a bad price for the vial size I got. It came with a roller ball too. They do offer massages, however I did not enquire about the price.

I got an amazing massage here that really helped my tight muscles, it's a great place for athletes and anyone else who needs a really deep massage. I also tried their skin healing cream and some soaps from their shop and they were great!
