I had an excellent experience. From the moment I entered the room Kayla made me feel welcomed. It felt like I knew her for a very long time. We shared jokes and I even got to tell her things about my home (The Bahamas). Whenever I am back I will definitely use her sevices again. I highly reccomend her.

Kayla is always punctual and professional. You never have to sit around waiting for her. She is very attentive and pays attention to detail. She is great at collaborating with you pertaining to the services she is providing. She always listens and gives the most professional recommendations. If there is ever something you want done a certain way or changed she will immediately address it. My family has gone to Kayla for over 2 years for our beauty services (make up) and have never had one bad visit. Always leave her chair looking fabulous!

Where do I even start everything was amazing from the first time i sat in Kaylas chair i knew i would be in good hands. During the consultation we discussed what it was exactly i was looking for and she explained what she could do for me and my hair needs. I explained to her how I have been in nursing school for 16 months and how I have been neglecting my hair the whole time. She did not judge me if anything she understood that at times self care takes the back burner. I have never been more confident wearing my hair down. I could not recommended her enough. Her hands are truly blessed by god him self.

Kayla did a fantastic job with my microlink install. If you're not a fan of tape ins, bulky sew ins, or wigs this is the option you've been looking for and few stylists in this area offer this service. She also does a wonderful silk press which lasts for weeks which is a huge deal for a girl like me with 4c texture in this Florida weather. Her salon is clean and relaxing and she's always on time. If you're looking for a stylist but unsure give Who Is She Boutique a try. You won't regret it!

Kayla did an amazing job on my first ever balayage! ❤️ She communicated promptly to set up my consultation. During the consult, she explained the full process in detail to set expectations. Afterwards, I was confident with my decision to dye my hair for the first time. The result is gorgeous and I'm so happy I went with her. She also helped me get the proper products to extend the longevity of the color.

Absolutely fantastic stylist with and even more fantastic energy. She is always looking out for what’s best for you and your hair and will be completely honest with you if she thinks it will be bad for your hair. Always offering snacks and drinks and just having the SWEETEST personality. Her work is exceptional and I never leave this salon with anything less then excellence. Kayla took my yellow blond extension and blended it perfectly with my natural colors. She reinstalled my extension perfectly. I was uncomfortable with the ends showing from a different stylists install and she fixed the problem! So easy to work with!

Wow all I can say is Kayla is soo awesome 🤩 I loved how quick and easy it was to book an appointment. I had an event to attend and my friend as well. We both booked our appointments she did a phenomenal job excellent job on both of us. Clearly you see the results on the photo below. Yallllll! Just book with Kayla! She is uhhhh-mazing. We did a blonding + color deposit and silk press on me. I couldn’t be happier with the color and how my hair is continuing to be straight even in this humid Florida weather. Kayla is very educated with curls and knows what she’s talking about. Since I’ve been going to Kayla, my hair has been fallin out :( I’m going bald and this has me very depressed. I’m currently on anti depressants. She does not care for her customers. I do not recommend Kayla at all. Horrible customer service and she’s always on her phone while doing my hair.
