I’m so happy I found Courtney at Whole Body Health. I have suffered from painful chronic back issues as well as the usual problems that come from sitting at a desk all day. Courtney is a phenomenal massage therapist (and I’ve been to many). She always knows exactly what is needed to address a problem, whether it’s giving me some stretches to do at home or focusing on a certain area that is especially tight during a session. She is also just a cool person in general.

I am fortunate enough to have had many massages in my lifetime and I can say that Cortney is the best. She has an amazing knowledge of anatomy and has been able to solve numerous issues from ulnar nerve entrapment causing numbness in my fingers to psoas muscle dysfunction. I see her at least once per month-- I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I recently had an appointment with Courtney and all I can say is THIS WAS THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER HAD. I have had some very good massage therapists and thought they were talented. However Courtney has raised the bar so high I’m forever her client. Her intuitive and perfectly pressured approach gravitated to my high tension areas and worked them to the point when I left there was absolutely no tension left. I thought I’d been sleeping well, but I didn’t realize it could still get better; woke up this morning so well rested I didn’t have to do the usual ankle rotations before stepping out of bed. My feet felt so good this morning I forgot to put on slippers and walked around barefoot for quite a while before I realized I needed my slippers. Truly a wonderfully intuitive therapist. Thank you! 🙏

One of the best massages I've ever had, even as a first time client. Cortney took ample time with me on some key areas in which I have chronic pain. Her pressure was great from someone that uses massages for pain management as well as self care. A good mix of both. Listened to my needs and honed in on those, and was intuitive to stay on key areas a bit longer. Very knowledgeable about how the body works and what areas are connected. Book soon as her appointments are going to start filling up very quick once word gets out.

Cortney is amazing, I have had shoulder pain for over a year in my sub scap due to excessive computer work. She has found the areas and lengthening tendons that were so tight I thought they’d snap. I’m so grateful to have found her!

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience! Scheduled appointment and completed the paperwork online. Received a confirmation email and reminder with detailed directions to her location. The treatment room was nicely appointed with candles, a fountain, upholstered chairs and relaxing music. My appointment was on schedule and very professional. CoVid-19 precautions were observed using masks and washing hands. At first touch, I knew Cortney would provide an excellent massage. Perfect pressure, pace and rhythm. Even the consistency of the massage lotion was nice; not oily. She found every tight spot and knot and worked them out and improved my range of motion. Only bad thing was when my 90 minutes were up and it had to end! You will not be disappointed if you schedule with Cortney!
