Tell Dean her team are absolutely amazing. I was so insecure about my under eye bags and after my treatment, it is such a dramatic difference. Chelsea and Melody explained everything before I got my treatment done what I had to do what I had to do after my treatment very awesome team. They got over there if you ever need anything done as far as treatments to your face they are the place to go and I will definitely be back. Can’t wait to see my full results in January I tell anybody and everybody if they are insecure and it has anything to do with your skin go to wholistic aesthetics and talk to Chelsea thank you guys so much again I never used to like not wearing make up and now it doesn’t really bother me and I’m only not even a full month in and you can see such a difference

I was recommended this business by a friend and I’m so glad I was! My cousin and I came here for Harmony facials and the scalp treatment. To start off, our technicians (Melody and Reese) were willing to make room in their schedules to accommodate us together, which meant a lot! The setting itself is super cute and has a relaxing vibe which was awesome. Then, the treatments themselves were amazing. Both my cousin and I agreed we hadn’t felt that relaxed and handled with such care in a long time! I’ve been dealing with a lot of extra stress and anxiety lately and both treatments throughly relaxed me and left my skin and scalp feeling rejuvenated. I loved it so much I’m bringing my mom back for her birthday!

I had an amazing, rejuvenating and relaxing facial with Reece! She was so knowledgable on her craft and recommend some great products for me to add to my regime! Reece also derma-planed my face and did such an amazing job and was so gentle. My skin feels and looks SO amazing! I highly recommend Wholelistic Esthetics for all your pampering needs!

Reese was wonderful. I have gotten my back, chest, and stomach waxed four times now by different aestheticians, and she is by far the most thorough. She didn’t miss any hairs. She was quick, personable, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. I have been looking for a place to go as a regular to get the services done, and I believe I have found your business with Reese, particularly! I will see you in six weeks!

I have had my fair share of facials in the past years... but NONE of them compare to this place. Melody was amazing from the moment I met her in the front door. She was so kind and explained everything. It was such a great experience. I had the 90 min bespoke facial... it was tailored to MY skin. My face felt amazing when I left and still looks great days later. I already have an appointment to return next month. If you are looking for a way to treat yourself... RIGHT.... then go here!!

Went to get a Brazilian and leg wax after previously traveling to Northern VA to do so. Reese was amazing and so kind, she asked if I was still doing okay periodically and made sure the wax was not too hot for me. She did a wonderful job and that was the least painful wax I’ve ever had! For years, I've been dealing with TMJ including persistent jaw pain and tension headaches, and I was eager to find a solution. My first time getting a bikini wax and I was nervous but Taylor did an amazing job with it and talked to me about everything she was doing. She was precise and was so sweet. Made me feel comfortable. Such a lovely experience! Melody was amazing and so sweet. Very professional and knowledgeable. I got a Hydro Bliss facial with dermaplaning and my skin feels AMAZING! She even included a nice shoulder/head/scalp massage!! I love that they create an environment and experience like you are at a spa and not just a “medical” spa. The space is very clean and elegant. I felt very welcomed and absolutely enjoyed my time there. Highly recommend!!

I received a $100 gift card to Wholeistic Esthetics, which I used to buy products rather than services because of my own preferences regarding these types of services. I purchased the Aloe Cucumber Eye Gel and the Lip Hydrator, both from Sorella, which came to just shy of $100. First, I would like to say that this purchase was easily made from their website and picking them up was contactless and simple. The shop in Martinsburg is very cute. However, both of these products did not meet my expectations at the price point and in general. Both were extremely drying and irritating. I had to wash off the eye gel because it burned my skin and eyes. Also, the tip inside the cap broke and product squirted out when I was trying to get the cap off. I used the lip hydrator today -- my lips are scaly and feel chapped. It feels like they're windburned. Again, I cannot speak to the services provided, but I cannot recommend these products to anyone. I would be really upset if I had paid for these because they're going in the trash.

Wholistic esthetics is now my absolute favorite place in Martinsburg. The esthetician is knowledgeable and funny and cool and incredibly helpful. Not only are the facials so relaxing it is impossible to speak, hours later my colleagues asked if I was “high”. As of right now my skin, at 40, has not looked this good in 20 years. The products she uses are (I believe) all organic and they smell sooo nice. I was so happy afterwards that I asked where I could get some of the products for home and it turns out she sells them right there. I was surprised only because she hadn’t been advertising or trying to sell me anything at me. And (I was curious) so I checked, her price for the product is a few dollars less than purchasing directly from the manufacturer. I had a small reaction to a product I bought here (user error), and the owner actually texted me (kindly!) instructions on how to fix the issue at 9:00 P.M on a week night. And- she was right. (I’m not advocating that clients should expect this service from a small business, but the grace and class displayed by doing so seemed worth mentioning). If you want to treat yourself, this is 100% THE place to do it. Her schedule is pretty booked up, but she has trained her staff to use her same techniques and I look forward to going to the new Charlestown facility sometime soon.

What a beautiful experience!! Everything was absolutely wonderful. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed, and came out with a euphoric natural high; completely rejuvenated. Chelsea is amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing and she explained techniques when she needed to since it was my first time. The thing I loved the best was the smell of the products she used. I am sensitive to smells and everything smelled wonderful and natural, because it is.

I had been looking at this place for some time and finally decided to make an appt. I was actually seen that same morning, my lash lift is beautiful I’m so happy, the products she used smelled so good. There was soothing music playing and I got to take a nap.
