One of the best Korean SPA in LA area. I experienced the full-body massage and it was very comfortable. The food here was also delicious. I enjoyed the environment a lot. I will bring my family here again.

Never going back again. I used to visit this place often, but my last experience was the worst. The parking staff, who have always been rude, were exceptionally disrespectful this time. On top of that, every time you hand over your car, they mess with all your settings—your lights, radio, everything. This time, I even received more than five notifications from my car. A business like this clearly doesn’t understand the basic principles of hospitality. Why should I trust them again when they don’t seem to care about their customers? As someone who has been deeply interested in Korean culture since childhood and has even learned the language, I know that Korean hospitality is exceptional. Even those who don’t work in the industry are naturally polite and respectful. However, what I experienced at this spa was the complete opposite—unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Looking at the reviews, I see I’m not alone—many others have complained about the rude staff. I won’t be returning, and I will make sure to inform my friends and anyone else considering this place. This is not a business worth trusting.

Money was stolen from the locker while i was inside. When i came out to pay for other expenses in the end, I discovered that my cash is gone. Requested to check the cameras to prove that i had cash since when just entering the spa i saw the cash in my wallet but decide to pay with card. And camera captured it. No one will go and check each and every locker. The cashier is the one who sees that you have cash and gets it since he knows your locker number and has already seen the cash in your wallet/hand. Called the police of course nobody came. No one was punished or confronted and they get away with it every time. Incident occurred 1/26/25

Stealing from people’s wallets while the wallet is in the locker. Incident occurred 1/26/25. About $150 dollars was taken from my wallet. Police doesn’t come when you call and these bastards know that they will remain unpunished.

The facility is clean and well-maintained, with a good variety of saunas to relax in. The pricing is reasonable, and the staff is friendly. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The general admission is only $30 and have 5 different rooms. I spent a great time here. I’m a fan of Kdrama and want to try out this kind of service, if you are same as me, this is the place u should come too!

这家spa还不错哦，里面有好几层，干净整洁还大，在known实在难得。洗澡换衣服那层还有可以躺的地方供休息，也可以过夜！楼上桑拿房有好几个，地板也是热的。餐厅里都是韩餐，最顶层是露台，是吸烟区。总体感觉很不错的地方！

I really enjoy the Korean-style sauna. The environment is clean, and the staff are attentive. Afterward, I feel completely stress-free. It’s a great spot for gathering with friends.

The service at this establishment leaves much to be desired. I ordered beef soup, and the menu offered two options: spicy and non-spicy. However, I was served a red soup that was so spicy it was impossible to eat. I’d like to note that I do not eat excessively spicy food. When I approached the staff member who took my order to address the issue and clarify if there had been a mistake, she insisted that it was the “regular soup” and that no replacement was possible. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer a solution. Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable. This establishment clearly does not care about ensuring that guests receive what they expect and leave satisfied. If you value your time, nerves, and a positive dining experience, I do not recommend this place!

Wi Spa in Los Angeles is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The saunas, especially the clay and jade rooms, are amazing, and the hot tubs and steam rooms make it so easy to unwind. The staff are super friendly and make sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Everything is clean and well-kept, which really adds to the experience. Whether you’re going alone or with friends, it’s a great spot to take a break and feel refreshed.

Wi spa is a good place to go during wintertime. It’s only $30 per person and we spend here all day. There are several saunas. I like the Himalayan salt most. I felt so relax lying on the floor and enjoying it. They also provides traditional Korean food which is delicious as Korean restaurants. Recommend.

very scary. We were at third floor co-Ed area, and the electricity behind the hottest sauna room some circuits started to misfire and there were explosions and flames. We left immediately.

This place is trash they don’t explain anything to you it’s way over crowded they didn’t even have enough towels robes nothing they never explain where their Sauna rooms were I was literally asking random people that was there for help my massage was rushed the lady did not do a good job at all but wanted a tip I asked to speak to a manager about getting my money back he said he couldn’t so I’ll call my bank in the morning the women jacuzzi area sounds like a bar it’s loud as hell they don’t even have calm music playing since this is a so called spa right ur “supposed” to be relaxing and who the hell brings kids to a spa ? And the staff let the kids come in a run around making noise massage table are very uncomfortable safe to say I’m NEVER COMING BACK ✌️ first time and last

We had a disappointing experience at Wi Spa in Los Angeles, and I’m genuinely confused about how it has a 4.3 rating on Google. The location is far from ideal—situated near downtown with no free parking, forcing us to use their paid parking. The area felt unsafe, as it’s close to a park with a significant population of unhoused individuals, and we even saw people openly using drugs. The spa itself left much to be desired. To get a body scrub, you have to pass through the spa area where everyone is nude, which can be uncomfortable for some guests. The person performing my body scrub reeked of cigarette smoke, and the masseuse didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all. Both the body scrubber and masseuse handed us "tip envelopes," which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. On top of that, the service at the small restaurant was unpleasant. The staff member seemed impatient with even a simple question, and the food was overpriced for the small portions provided. Given this experience, I struggle to understand the high ratings. My visit was far from relaxing or enjoyable, and I wouldn’t recommend this spa.

最近去了一趟 Wi Spa，真的是一次令人放松又愉快的体验！这里的环境非常干净整洁，装修风格让人感到温馨且舒适。 不同的温泉区和桑拿房设计得非常用心，无论是热水池还是冷水池，都让人感觉身心舒畅。尤其是他们的蒸汽房和盐房，非常适合缓解压力和放松肌肉。 最棒的是，这家店 24小时营业，随时都可以来放松一下，特别适合忙碌了一天后或夜晚想找个地方休息的人！ 工作人员也非常友好，随时提供帮助。特别喜欢这里的休息区，可以安静地看书、睡觉或享用小吃，真的是一个逃离城市喧嚣的好地方。 如果你需要一个放松的地方或想要犒劳自己，Wi Spa 是绝对值得一去的地方！已经迫不及待想要再去一次了！
