Wicked is officially my favorite salon. Such a comfortable environment with such kind, talented people. Despite being a tad pricey, I find it worth it. I'm always happy with my results each visit.

I absolutely LOVE this salon!! They are eco-friendly with an amazing selection of natural products, ranging from bar soap to lotions and hair care products as well as jars and containers to fill!! Everyone is super nice there and the vibe and energy are always on point!! Highly recommend Kenzie or Tori for any of your hair care needs or wants!!

Kat did my husband's hair for our wedding and it came out amazing! He had really long hair and she was able to style and cut it while still maintaining some length and revealing that his hair is actually curlier than I thought. It was a pleasant experience for him and we really appreciate it!

Went to get my hair braided by the main stylist and when I got there. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. I saw there for a good half hour before someone said anything to me, even though I had an appointment scheduled. When I was finally addressed it was with someone that I did not schedule with. She proceeded to cut my hair short because she did not know how to braid. Halfway through I realized and said something. Finally the main stylist came over and finished my braids which turned out bad because my hair was cut. I did not feel comfortable but perhaps because I did not fit their image. Turns out the main stylist still does dreads for yt people (Levi informed me) will not be back.

I was just in for the first time the other day, and this place is incredible. Jess was so knowledgeable and gave me my favorite hair cut I've ever received. Not only that, she made sure I could replicate the style easily at home. I had no idea what to do with my hair, but she gave me something that fit me so well. I love her, and I'd gladly trust anyone from this salon with my hair. Go see them!

McKenzie gave me literally the greatest cut I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like a whole new person and it’s wild. I couldn’t suggest her more if you’re looking for a shag. Love the whole salon but duuuuude McKenzie changed my life with this cut.

I currently see Ash (AshArtistry) as she now works here! Amazing atmosphere, all the stylist seem to be super bubbly and friendly, absolutely love the vibe and they have such a wide variety of services here! Absolutely adored Ash and the work she did with my hair. So happy I finally found someone who can give me the look I'm looking for without me having to come in for multiple sessions or just work with what I received. Highly recommend!

I got the cutest haircut with perfect face-framing curtain bangs from Sam! She spent a lot of time on the pre-cut consult, which made me feel confident about getting the cut I wanted. She's easy to chat with, funny, and all around lovely. Tbh I don't go to the West Bottoms very much because I don't drive, but this salon is worth the Uber ride! The salon: chill vibes, good music, quirky decor. Lots of natural, eco-friendly, sustainably-sourced hair brands to choose from. I just stocked up on shampoo and conditioner, but they have an Oway refill station, which I will DEFINITELY be hitting up the next time I need haircare products.

I’ve been going to this place for a couple of years now and i love it, when my hair stylist moved here i decided to try it out, and i haven’t been disappointed. The place is really clean and really pretty. Very worth the money.

I love this place is beautiful . I do my hair and lashes. Only friendly people there. Es bien relajante el lugar , las personas son bien amables y amistosas te hacen sentir bienvenido . La decoración te relaja es confortable ,corte de pelo y extensión de pestañas. Tienen de todo. Bueno me gustaría q tuvieran manicura y pedicura.

I’ve been going to Karen for my haircuts for about a year now and I never want to go to anyone else. She is the absolute best and always does an amazing job.The salon itself is great and I feel very safe and comfortable coming here. As a bonus they also have a spacious parking lot! :) Definitely recommend going here, and to Karen if you can!

I am a wedding planner in the KC area and had the privilege of working with the Wicked Salon for a styled shoot recently. I brought in both a bride model to have hair and makeup services and a groom to have barber services. The building is stunning! I love the vibe and the atmosphere that the space provides. The staff were great to work with and provided quality services! My model couple looked amazing for our photo shoot! I recommend this business to any couple looking for wedding day services.

I love it here!!! If you're looking for a queer/trans inclusive barbershop & salon in KC, this is it. I see Karen and first of all she's the best human, guaranteed you're going to like hanging out with her for an hour, AND her haircuts are so good, I always come out of there with the best fade. Highly recommend, 10/10 ✨

I’ve been seeing Kat for haircuts and color for years! I can’t recommend her services / Wicked highly enough. Not only is the salon gorgeous, but the vibes from all the staff are so friendly and inclusive. Kat always does an amazing job, and is just an wonderful human all around!

Highly recommend the barbershop. Diego the barber is amazing! He does first time consultations! Also does more than mens cuts! Atmosphere is very lovely kudos to the owners!
