Beautiful spa, super relaxing and quiet. Staff was professional and welcoming. They have wonderful products that I am currently using. I came in for a facial and it was absolutely amazing. Relaxing and calming. I will definitely be booking future facials and massages from here. Definitely a place to have a spa day with friends, moms, daughters and enjoy some tea and snacks.

My husband bought me a gift certificate and I went for first time today for a massage. What a pleasant experience from the time I walked in door. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. She brought me tea and cookies. I had a massage with Kerri Montfort that was fabulous . She asked where my concerns/pains were, which was about everywhere, and took a lot of time to work out my knots and smooth my muscles and joints. I would definitely recommend. I'll be back.

Allison is an amazing esthetician. The entire place is thoughtful and quaint. Julie is the owner and she is lovely and the tea, cookies and berries were such a nice touch. I am so impressed by this Gem of a Spa Sanctuary, of course I will return. I look forward to it.

I have really enjoyed the tea spa. The environment is calming. The tea and snacks are appreciated. I have had a couple sessions with Elizabeth. Having a demanding schedule increases my stress levels. Her technique in lymphatic massage and skin expertise leave me relaxed and rejuvenated. My skin has improved in such a short time period with her. Leaving the spa my skin feels soft and nourished for days afterward. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I went to Wild Berry Tea Spa as a first time customer. The experience was fantastic! Renee was my esthetician and she did an amazing facial. She actually massaged the product on my face instead of just applying the product like some estheticians do. Anyway, I plan on being a regular client; already booked for next month. The location is easy to find and plenty of parking and they sell Eminence products another reason why I chose to have my monthly facials here.

This is a gem of a place, I’m so glad I found it! I love the cozy and tranquil vibes I got when I first entered. They have amazing tea blends and have a flavor or two brewed up that you can try, alongside some fruit and light snacks while you wait for your appointment. I’ve had two massages with Kerri and a facial with Elizabeth. Both of them are amazing! Kerri knew how to loosen out my tense shoulders and neck, and asks what she should focus on each time. My main concerns were stress and tension, and both times I left the massage feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The facial I had with Elizabeth was excellent as well, I felt renewed with the facial massage and my skin was glowing after! She is knowledgeable, very helpful in answering the questions I had about skin issues and super friendly. I highly recommend Wild Berry Tea spa!

Wow the staff really knows what theyre doing here. immediately booked another appointment with Elizabeth and Lizzie, their hands are magic. the foot mask felt amazing and the peppermint oil was delightful, nice and strong.

Renee and Lizzie were so welcoming and courteous for this being our first time getting massages. we definitely will be coming back! ♡

cannot recommend Elizabeth enough! Her facial left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Her skillful use of lymphatic massage techniques was incredible—it noticeably drained fluid from my face, leaving it much less puffy and more contoured. My skin looks radiant and refreshed, with a glow I haven’t seen in ages. Elizabeth’s caring and healing presence made the entire experience even more special. She has such a calm energy that put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for her work truly shine through. From the moment you enter your greeted by the kindest smile, and then made you sit in tea where you serve a few different varieties of tea to choose from serve with cookies My masseuse was Al McQueen, and she did a splendid with the deep tissue massage. Highly recommended my wife got hers done by keyada and they both went above and beyond to make sure we get what we needed Highly recommended

Renee is fabulous! I can't rave enough about this place. Before my facial I was brought into the cutest waiting room for fresh hot tea and fruit with cookies. I felt totally heard about all of my concerns and needs. This spa is deceiving from the outside, as you walk in you are greeted by Crystal the sweetest receptionist and the peaceful sounds of running water. It's absolutely immaculately clean and decorated beautifully. The warm bed was heavenly and all the products Renee used were like a treat, I wanted everything she used. My skin was brighter, tighter, hydrated and glowy. And Renee gives the best massage, it really felt like a combo deal a high quality facial and massage at the same time. I am in love with this secret gem. Go and treat yourself then tell everyone!

Absolute best spa experience of my life! I had a couples treatment with my partner: back facials, massages and honey foot wraps. Service is top notch, beautiful and tranquil environment and the treatments were amazing. I will definitely be back! Keyada did our massages - she was wonderful all around but her work on my cervical spine was more effective than any massage or chiropractor ever. Highly recommend for anyone with chronic neck pain or just in need of some relaxing pampering!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and instantly felt at ease in the serene The massage therapist JASMINE was skilled and attentive, targeting all my tension points and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. The spa facilities were immaculate and well-maintained, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. I also appreciated the little extra touches, such as complimentary beverages and snacks in the relaxation area. . This is such a cute and unique spa! My husband surprised me with a facial which included some small bites and delicious hot hibiscus tea to start, followed by a really lovely, relaxing and thorough facial by Jennifer. She was so sweet and personable. The facial also included a shoulder, scalp and foot massage. It was a wonderful experience and you can tell the owner has her heart and soul in her business. I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience! I got the divinitea package as a birthday present and it was an above and beyond relaxing time. Crystal Schelldorf checked me in and was so calm and soothing and attentive and helpful. Very sweet beautiful woman. She provided cookies, fruit, mimosas, tea, cucumber infused water, and good vibes. RENEE LEMIEUX SMITH did my facial and it was AMAZING. My face has never felt so cared for and clean before. I planned well to go the day before I got my lash extensions because she was very thorough in cleaning my entire face. JASMINE WRIGHT did my deep tissue massage and I feel like a whole new woman! I’m a full time server and came in with my back hurting and feet in pain but I have felt amazing since the day I left. I’m not even sore. Thank you guys.

I absolutely loved this place! It was amazing service and even better tea. The owner upon entry was warm and inviting. My massage from Jasmine was amazing, she got every knot that needed attention and is a great conversationalist. Renee gave such a relaxing facial with the foot wrap, she is truly skilled because my skin looked amazing afterwards. I will definitely be coming back for a couples massage. An absolute recommend!

I had a facial with Allison. I have had many facials in my life but this was by far the best. Allison was slow and soothing through out the entire process. She asked for my input when appropriate. My skin feels amazing. Thank you Allison :)

A wonderful birthday treat! I had my first ever facial from Evie and my skin looked dewy and flawless after!! The texture of my skin improved almost immediately and looked so refreshed. Everything she used smelled great and felt amazing, I even bought an exfoliating mask that she had used on me! And my deep tissue massage from Jennifer was THE best I’ve ever had. She warned me she had very firm pressure for the deep tissue upgrade I had and I told her to go for it! I was so tight in so many places and she really worked on all those spots, it was so much more individualized care that I’ve ever gotten from a massage therapist! Thank you for a wonderful experience !! And definitely say yes to the peppermint scalp massage!! My scalp felt amazing and was tingling/fresh the entire time.

I recently had an incredible experience at this spa, and I just have to share it with all the mammas out there! Having just had my baby two months ago, my friend Alecia and I decided to book a postnatal massage day, and it turned out to be the best decision. The staff, especially Jasmine, did an amazing job working out all the tight spots in my body. It was my first time getting a massage, as I’ve always been a bit apprehensive about trying new things, but Jasmine’s expertise and friendly demeanor made me feel completely at ease. My friend and I chatted away with her and the esthetician, who was also wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but she’s an event DJ with 20 years of experience, so brides-to-be, take note! The boss of the spa was another highlight. She was incredibly kind and a joy to talk to, clearly a fantastic person to work for. Our checkout process was quick and thorough, and she answered all our questions about the products and services with ease. I also picked up some Earl Grey loose tea during my visit, and it’s delicious – definitely a must-try! Overall, my body feels refreshed, and my fear of massages is completely gone. Thank you to everyone at the spa for making our day so special!

My experience at this spa has been amazing. Jasmine is my go to girl for all things massage. She takes her time on all my problem areas and makes a mental note of what to work on next time. Sometimes she brings special tools to work out the kinks. All and all Ive been very happy with this establishment. The added tea and treats are just icing on the cake.

What a lovely getaway today was, and I didn’t leave Jax. From the moment I stepped into the spa, I was surrounded by aromatic scents and dim and comfy lighting, which was very soothing. I was guided to the adorable tea room, given cute snacks set out, and served a choice of three house-made tea blends on dainty floral crockery. Pinky’s up! I started with Jasmine, who is amazing. She has a calming tone and way about her massages, but they were strong enough to alleviate my tension. She used lovely essential oils, and I was completely relaxed—so much so that I fell asleep, which never happens. Then I moved on to Jennifer, who completed an excellent, thorough, and decongesting facial. I was able to stay awake for this, so we had a fun conversation, and she is very professional. The products they use there are fabulous, and I could tell they are natural because I covet essential oils at home and can identify the scents. My face and body are singing their praises. Thank you so much, Jasmine and Jennifer. This was a great choice for me to get in some self-care and relaxation. I highly recommend the Wild Berry Tea Spa for anyone looking for an escape from the craziness and a place to zen out. Truly wowed.

Can we just say that Wild Berry Tea Spa is WHERE ITS AT!!! My wife and I enjoyed our experience from start to finish, from the relaxing tea and treats while we filled out forms down to the very last minute. Who knew facials could make your whole body feel massaged and moisturized and taken care of at the highest capacity, masseuse Jennifer nailed that!! That deep tissue massage from the other masseuse Jennifer was OUT OF THIS WORLD! We’ve never known such bliss! 10/10! Would 1000% recommend!

I got a 90 minute massage. They had a Father’s Day special. Caroline Cline was amazingly skilled and enjoyable to speak with as well. She is very intuitive and knew what to do to help with my neuropathy pain and tension in my shoulders. She also has good knowledge of energy work. I felt like a new person when I left. Will definitely go there again!

My massage therapist, Jasmine, is highly skilled - she tailors each massage to my individual needs, including focus areas and pressure. Jasmine is extremely professional and attuned to the client’s preferences. I highly recommend Jasmine and Wild Berry Tea Spa.

Wild Berry Tea Spa is a hidden gem in Jacksonville, FL. From the moment I step inside, everything is nothing short of top-notch. Serenity and quiet provide rest for the senses. Julie is a master at her craft. Her facials fix whatever issue I have with my face (usually stubborn dryness), and my massage therapists always provide lasting relief from my various aching back and shoulder regions. Jasmine, Jennifer, and Elizabeth all work miracles with suggestions on how to stretch in between sessions. Like clockwork, I'll be back in a month- a monthly treat for myself.
