I’ve been coming to Trish for a year now for my hair and eyelashes, she uses the highest quality products that always leave my scalp feeling fresh and light. My eyelash extensions are soft and natural looking, lasted me a whole month!! I brought my grandma to enjoy a hair treatment and she loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to feel pampered 🫶🏽💖

I have been going to Trisha for three years now. She does an amazing job with cut ,color ,and eyelash extensions. Her studio is warm, clean and beautiful. I highly recommend giving her a try!

Ive had so many wonderful experiences at wild moon collective, Trisha has cut and colored my hair many times and she is the go to for our whole family. She does beautiful cuts and is very skilled with color, and took my hair from a dark brown to a beautiful strawberry blonde without damage. She does a really great job cutting curly hair as well. Her suite is absolutely gorgeous, always clean, smells amazing and feels so warm and inviting. I have recommended her to several friends of mine and plan to see her for all my cut and color needs as long as I’m in Albuquerque!

This review is on how Trisha runs her business. Trisha told my wife she will refund our charges and said it was applied to our card. She confirmed the credit should show to our account. We never received the refund. The complete lack of honesty as a business owner is appalling. If this is how she runs the business side of things, I’m sure she cannot be trusted with the services she provides. Save your time and money and avoid at all costs. EDIT: Trisha is a rude person and should not be providing hair services. To claim my wife is fraudulently disputing these charges, even though we have texts AND a voicemail directly from her offering a refund, is absolutely appalling. I guess we faked a call from your phone number and faked your voice like you claimed about the text messages. Absolutely ridiculous on how she has responded. All she had to do was stick to her word and issue the refund like she promised. Instead she had to be completely mean in her dispute response. To any potential customer, find anyone else to do your hair and beauty services. Trisha’s lack of customer service, empathy, and overall kindness doesn’t deserve your time, energy or money. Response to owner: After both of my kids were rushed through their appointments, my wife noticed the issues both in their hair, and her own. Realizing she had no trust in you fixing it, she decided to fix it herself, leave a review about her displeasure for the service she received and move on from it. You reached out to us. You offered the refund in return for her removing her review, which she completely agreed to and was ready to do. You said you issued the refund and that it would show in 24 hours. All my wife was waiting for was the refund to post and the review would have been gone. Instead you changed your mind and never notified us and we had to go the dispute route. Either way, that doesn’t take away from the completely rude and unprofessional tone you took in the dispute response. Plain and simple, you lied and made crude comments about my wife. That shows me your true character. I, too, await for a resolution on the dispute as it will allow us to move on from this matter as well.

Trisha is amazing! I have been going to her for over 15 years! Her energy and her services have always made me feel my best. I now live in LA and will wait to have my hair done when I go back home. I have gotten eyelashes, Balayage, hair cuts treatments, even an entire hair makeover! Love her!

I recently visited this salon with my two children, and I am extremely disappointed with the service, as Trisha was recommended. Trisha managed to cut and dry my hair in 20 minutes and both of my children’s hair in another 20 minutes, totaling only 40 minutes for $200 worth of services. Not only did this feel rushed, but my daughter’s haircut was noticeably uneven, and I had to fix it myself at home. She attempted face framing layers and I can’t even describe what she gave her. Unfortunately, the front will need to grow in. Thankfully, she didn’t really do much to mine or my son’s hair, or it would have been even more of a disaster. For the price we paid, I expected much more care and attention to detail. I definitely do not recommend this place. I am shocked she is a licensed professional because none of the services felt professional. Stay away. Response to your reply: As per our conversation, there was a complete lack of trust in your ability to resolve the issue. Your response implies that my daughter is a toddler, but she is 10 years old and stood perfectly still while you took scissors across the back, and proceeded to cut two uneven triangles at the front. Both my daughter's and my son's appointments, including a blow dry, took all of 20 minutes total, despite booking an hour for them. Instead of getting 30 minutes of time each, they got 10 minutes each. The same goes for my haircut—you booked an hour but spent only 20 minutes cutting and drying my hair. You even acknowledged that one side was longer than the other but chose to leave it that way. It was clear that we weren’t valued as clients, and you were more focused on getting us in and out quickly for a profit. You offered a refund on the condition I remove my review, but then didn’t follow through. I wouldn’t trust you with scissors near my hair or anyone else’s.

Trisha gave me the most incredible facial and scalp massage. Life has been especially stressful lately and she did everything in her power to take some of that away. She's a wonderful, talented and positive force of nature.
