I've been seeing Sara for almost a year now and I am so happy I found her! She has given me some of the best haircuts of my life. She listens, asks questions, and is super attentive to detail. My hair has never looked better. Plus, she is such a gem of a person :)

Brook is wonderful!! I have been so very pleased with her ! Brook is not only friendly but is the best with color and cuts. I no longer have to worry about how my hair will turn out it is always great.

Jessica Roger’s is a fantastic colorist and hair stylist. I’m always totally pleased with her services. Plus, she’s an amazing human being. (Side Bar: Maddie the receptionist is warm, kind hearted, and thorough. She’s is awesome as well!!!)

I was charged almost three times as much for a bridal updo than what the employee quoted on the phone. The employee assured me it would be no more than $80 for a bridal updo, and I ended up being charged $150...plus another $80 for a "practice" session that I didn't ask for (and was never warned would cost anything). Not sure what the point of the practice session was, since the stylist ended up giving me a completely different updo on my wedding day, while giving me a little bit of attitude when I pointed it out). Unless you're looking to spend over $200 for an updo, steer clear!

New to Bee Cave and this was my first at this salon. The salon is very cute with lots of plants and sunlight. I chose Sara as my stylist and she did not disappoint. My hair looks amazing! I highly recommend coming to this location and working with Sara!

It’s our second visit to a wild orchid salon, the first was in their Westlake location. The courteous staff was so helpful in scheduling, and I was immediately greeted upon entering for the second time. Our Silas was very friendly asked great questions about our needs for our daughter’s hair, and the receptionist provided us a beverage immediately. As a local resident and real estate agent, I always love sharing our hidden gems and fantastic finds. The customer service, friendly environment and over ambiance of this salon and its staff are refreshing! Thank you wild orchid.

Jessica is Ah-mazing! If you want color perfection with a twist of personal care—she is your stylist! I have 3 girls and we all go to Jess. I also have an18 year old son with multiple cowlicks and Jess is the only stylist in 18 years to figure out how to blend stubborn hair with style. Super grateful when moving into Bee Cave that an area salon “lost” our appointments and we found Jess. She is not only the family stylist (for 5 people), she is family.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Brooke, stylist at Bee Cave location. She recently did a consultation and then color correction for me. She was absolutely fabulous! Very experienced, professional, knowledgeable & kind. I was so impressed with her! She went above & beyond to make sure I liked my hair and that it complimented my skin color etc. She came in after hours & made my hair look amazing! Thank you Brooke!

My wife was traumatized. Elyse Long is driving the business to the ground. She thinks she is above everyone - client's and staff. She was so mean to her staff. Elyse made the place feel like a war zone. She talked behind ppl’s backs openly on her phone. My wife wanted out, couldn't stand walking on egg shells. Elyse really needs to move on somewhere that makes her happy. She hates the salon and hates clients and the people she works with. And now my wife hates the thought of the salon. Cringes when we drive by. There are other places you can go.

Horrible experience! 5 hours in the chair for a color/highlight. My hair looks horrible and looks grey/dark, drab brown. The stylist stained my face with the hair color, sprayed water down my back, and kept asking me to trust him. I do NOT recommend this salon at all. Almost $500 out for a horrible experience. Very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience- was literally butchered by Jessica. My previous hairdresser moved, I didn’t have time to research and blindly trusted this salon and hairdresser. Big mistake. It was right before a vacation, too- so I have horrible hair in all photos. I went back and she made a slight improvement, but still my hair looks like a child cut it. I’m sure great clips would have done a better job. Worst haircut of my life.

Well, I was decided not to write a review, if my Brazilian blowout was successful, but unfortunately I was not happy with my experience at this place, since my hair cut was also a disaster. First of all, I am very used to do Brazilian blowout in my hair, so I know exactly what to expect. Second, my hair is already straight, so its not really a big deal with the results, since I only need to remove the frizz that I have near my forehead. The place is amazingly organized, the staff very nice, professional, understanding and extremely friendly! I was late for my appointment and I was still greeted with a nice smile upon my arrival! The professional who attended me has “fairy hands” and it feels so good to have her hands doing my hair. But sadly I was unable to get the expected results… a nice atmosphere doesn’t mean you’re going to get what you’ve paid for. I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and, like I said above, I am very used to that. If a Brazilian blowout is unable to remove frizz from a straight hair, then I must say USA and Brazil work with different types of Brazilian blowout? I had my hair done Saturday. I washed my hair Monday. After the first wash my hair has gone back to how it was before… something didn’t work out, cause the frizz is still here and I still need clips to keep my hair “under control”, just like before. I paid $260 plus tip to get my hair washed…? So disappointed. Now the hair cut. If my hair was frizz-free like I expected, I wouldn’t write about the hair cut, cause I was not charged for it. I explained - or at least I tried to - what I wanted and showed photos of how I needed my hair to be like. Upon my booking, I explained to the receptionist that I am VERY specific about my hair cut and I like it to be the way I want. I really thought after saying that, the professional who would provide me the service would understand what I wanted. I don’t like my hair with too much layers, but I am not a hairdresser, therefore I won’t know if layers are needed in order to have the desired haircut. I said more than once I wanted the length of my hair in V with no layers. So, if the only way to have the V I wanted was having layers why not just say it before cutting my hair completely different than what I wanted? I’ve got very surprised when she asked another professional to help her, since the other professional only does haircuts and she would probably know what I wanted. Really??!! She was kinda teaching the other how to cut my hair and I felt awful, cause I am not paying to have someone using my hair to learn, right? At that point I was already very skeptical to let her cut my hair the way I wanted. It was late, the place was about to close and she even gave me a full lecture about the haircut I wanted in order to make me really give up on the style… meaning, she literally said I didn’t know what I wanted and having what I wanted wouldn’t please me, cause the length in V would involve layers. I asked “are you 100% sure you can make the haircut like I want?” Of course, I was doubting. When she answered “I will try”, I felt I should keep my hair as it was, cause the risk of having something different was huge… a completely disaster and I should have canceled the appointment when I realised I would be late, cause the universe was already giving me clues that I wouldn’t have a positive experience.. Now, here I am with a hair with frizz and a hair cut that I hated, cause the desired V wasn’t accomplished… and the more frustrating: I paid for one of the two services! Like I said at the beginning, they are all amazing professionals, but I guess it's missing more experience with customers like me, who’s not pleased with anything. I am used to have VIP services and when I get less than that, I get very frustrated like I am now.

First time I’ve gotten a Brazilian blowout done by Lacy. And, I loved it!! It looks sooo good and feels sooo soft. Lacy’s attentive, honest, professional, and sweet!! I would highly recommend her!! Thank you Lacy!! The receptionist was also very nice and helpful. Overall, my experience at Wild Orchid was great!! I’ll definitely be back.

I just had my hair color, highlights, and cut done with Xavier. First of all, let me say, I never write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so given the excellent service and satisfaction. I moved here 15 years ago and have been bouncing around salons trying to find a fit. I think I've finally found it! I have to say, I was previously spoiled going to San Francisco for cuts; but Xavier is an excellent stylist, colorist, and made me feel very well taken care of. So did the owner. I am so appreciative for the warmth, courtesy, and quality of service I received. Very well done.
